The most recent service was the pump replacement for the well, which included adding new pipes. It turns out that the water went out late on June 18. The next day was the hottest day of the year (2025). Gabe and Davey knew our vegetable gardens were going to be lost if they did not get the water flowing that day. They worked their tails off in 114 degrees, dropping a new pump, adding the new pipes, and they got the water flowing by 4PM. Unbelievable effort! Mike's drilling made it out to my house very quickly after I spoke with them (also impressive nive I live far away in rural Marana). The team that was sent got right to work and were able pull ove 650' of well equipment out of the ground in only a few hours (the last company I had out 9 years ago took, and bille me for, a full day just to pull the equipment). The team from Mike's drilling was very informative! They showed me some errors that were made when the last company did work on my well, and explain the entire process to me. They were extremely Pleasant, and we're not irritated that I was there asking questions. Unfortunately, due to logistical problems that were completely on my end, we were not able to put the new equipment in the ground that day. Once I had resolved the issues on my end, they came out bright and early the next day and installed the new equipment. It has been a few weeks since they came out, and everything is working wonderfully! They followed up with a phone call to make sure that everything was operating up to expectation. I was told I'd just be covering a few days while another worker took time off -- but as soon as I arrived, that worker quit. No backup crew, no support, no rotation, and no days off. I was left stranded and worked nonstop without relief. They issued paper checks, but with no transportation or access to a bank, I went three weeks without being able to cash them. When I finally took the company truck to town to get my pay, my supervisor tried to confront me -- like I was stealing instead of simply trying to access my own earnings. Even worse, they weren't tracking hoisting loads over distance. No ton-mile records, no line-mile counts. Anyone who works hoisting knows that's how lines snap, motors burn, and people die. I quit before someone got hurt -- because someone eventually will. If you care about safety, fair treatment, or even just having a way to cash your paycheck, think twice before working here."

While the pump manufacturer honored their warranty Titan Drilling wouldn't stand behind the products they sell and replace it free. It only took them a couple hours to replace the pump and charged me thousands! For all I know they may have installed it incorrectly in the first place. Be sure to ask them if they offer a warranty that covers reinstallation. Better yet go with someone else.

Titan Drilling and John Cokely drilled a "well" that did not go deep, only about 150 feet, did not…read moreproduce good, clean water and ran dry after 9 months. The average well is around 500 feet, and they stopped far short of that. The agreement was to go to 500 but they hit a water pocket early. They were told to drill deeper while the rig was still drilling but they refused. That well had to be abandoned and a whole new well had to be drilled at another location on the property. These people cost me a lot of $$$ and there are indications that they fall under influential developers and others who oppose your interests. Not recommend Titan Drilling or John Cokely AT ALL!
