I have tried calling them at this number 517-484-8100 for THREE DAYS NOW, no one answers not even an answering machine. All it does after ringing 20 times a voice comes on and says "enter your remote access code". I'm tired of this because knowing how they handle a customer whose warranty is avbout to expire tells me a lot about the business.
