Regarding Adam's knowledge and how helpful he was during our conversation which was so much better than my service with current pool service company that I was with the last 10 yrs that I ended up switching my pool service to Adam's pool service. He drained my pool and refilled and started me out with new water and chemicals to help remedy my mustard algae and calcium buildup issues. He has also been very helpful and responsive to my needs and questions and replacing my spa light that was burnt out.. I reached out to them on a Sunday and was immediately contacted by Andrew. Andrew was awesome and got us on a plan to get our pool back into premier shape. We had been struggling with algae. Once Andrew and his team took over our pool hasn't looked better since we moved in in 2011. Rise & Shine's communication is great as they notify you when they're headed to your home and they come out on a designated day once a week. They also take pictures of the pool and gate when they leave. Abbie has been our tech and she is so nice and friendly. This is a huge change from our previous pool man. Gave me some great information and a reasonable quote over the phone. Scheduled my tile cleaning appointment that same day for yesterday, 7/22/26 but nobody called or showed up to do the work. It's really disappointing when you take time off from work to be home for a contractor and then get ghosted. Update. Brandon has really gone out of his way to make this situation whole. I respect and admire his commitment to do the right thing and acknowledge mistakes happen. We're all guilty from time to time. I fully expect to amend my review a third time for 5 stars once the service is complete. His work speaks for itself and I am looking forward to completing this project.
