We for the Manhattan (the Wright Way - with chocolate bitters and cocoa port) and Old Fashioned, and there were lovely. For appetizers, we got the Brussels Sprouts which were delicious and spicy. The tuna tostaditos were also so good. I got the key lime salad with salmon for my entree. The salad was super delicious. My husband got the vegetarian curry. He was not that hungry but finished it because it was so good. It was coconuty with lots of vegetables. And our friend got the conconut crusted mahi mahi and loved it. Came with a party of 10 for a celebration and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We tried all 3 appetizers that our amazing waiter, Rhett suggested...calamari, fried green tomatoes and the charcuterie board. Yes, yes and yes! They serve you a truly unique freshly baked bread and it is out of this world good! They feature seafood, which I don't eat so I ordered Eggplant Parmesan with fettuccine and it was enough to feed 3 people! So amazingly delicious I would get it again. The fish entrées are magnificent! The ambiance is beautiful and bright and the service is fantastic. Alex has been my server on the last two occasions and I highly recommend requesting him. He's efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. AquaGrille is offering a summer special: all entrées are 50% off between 4-6PM. A deal one can't beat! I'm a big fan of the select your fish and how you want it prepared entrée. I've tried the alla plancha (grilled), Asian miso, and creole style. I've had both salmon and snapper prepared. My favorite is the Asian miso salmon. All the flavors and textures pair together in perfect harmony. The Asian miso offers a whipped butternut squash with pumpkin seeds and a delicious roasted broccolini with Togarashi seasoning in a Guava soy sauce. The hardiness of the vegetable with the soft squash and sweet salmon is music to my palate. I recommend adding a side salad for $8. It's a fresh blend of local produce with shaved Manchego cheese tossed in an exquisite vinaigrette. It always leaves me wanting more. On this particular visit, my friend and I tried the Parmesan oysters from the HH menu. These were okay, but nothing to write home about. On a past visit, my Mom and I started with the Baguette by Johnny with whipped ricotta. That's worth ordering! When in it comes to the food, my only gripe are the sides. The coconut rice is not what is traditionally offered and gives me yellow rice vibes. The carrots are absolutely terrible! A friend compared the taste to baby detergent. While I've never consumed detergent, it seems like a fair assessment. It should be noted my friend, mother, and I share this sentiment and I gave them a second chance. The first dance with asparagus was poor because it was served not completely ripe - it was more yellow than green. The asparagus on the second visit was a far more positive experience. I'm not a fan of okra so I prefer to sub it with an alternative when choosing to have my fish prepared creole style. This is where I run into the issue so I've been sticking to the Asian miso and avoiding it altogether. The coconut and chocolate squares served with the check are a bite of heaven. In summary, I recommend taking advantage of the summer special and getting yourself acquainted with AquaGrille. They offer a nice HH menu too! read more

Incredibly disappointed. We've been SO excited to try this place just down the road from our house, but sadly it did not meet our expectations. The rumor mill has it that the chef is of Michelin star quality and the service spectacular, sadly that was not our experience. We went to Social Hour to try it out. Dirty lip stick rimmed glasses on their "specialty cocktails", raw oysters that made me sick and a lack of concern by the staff just ruined the whole beautiful decorated interior of the restaurant. Sadly in that location, the over inflated prices do not match the quality, service or lack of waterfront view. With $28 appetizers I expected perfection. We tried the Brazilian cheesy bread (gluten free!) and raw oysters to start. The oysters were so flavorful! I had the ahi tuna salad as my entree and my boyfriend had the wagyu steak. We were both thoroughly impressed. We skipped dessert but saw a few desserts go by - they all looked amazing. We'll have to come back to try their key lime baked Alaska. Overall a good restaurant. We have eaten here several times. The menu is a bit limited but all of the items are great. The desserts are superb. We did have an issue, however, with alcoholic drinks during this visit. One of the diners ordered a Negroni which is listed as $14. The waiter asked which gin we would like. He named 4 different types of gins. We are not gin experts. When the bill came, the Negroni was $28. The waiter explained that it was a "special gin and counted as a double pour." If a drink is going to be twice as expensive as listed, the diner should be notified at the time of ordering. No reduction or compensation was offered. We just went here this weekend, and I have to say that I went in expecting to really be put off. The reviews that mentioned seating and hostesses, had me ready to be frustrated from the start. Well, my problem, not your problem, of course, but I kinda had this in my mind all the way to the table. Anyway, in the interest of cutting to the chase, I can tell you that from the second our server greeted the table, my hang ups fell off one by one by one. I can honestly say that I have not had a server of this caliber in YEARS. So very impressive in every way. Food was great. I do think that there is still work that can be done on presentation, but flavors and variety were there. Appetizers were great, entrees were great, deserts were great, etc, etc, etc. Really not much more to elaborate on. When I left the place, I truly had the feeling that "this place is here to stay". First, let me start with that I was very excited to come here as we have had nice experiences in the past . we spent a Saturday night was not busy at all and started with waiting 20 minutes for a cocktail. Found the prices to be very expensive which was fine, but the service was not equal to all of the hype. My dinner arrived cold and was taken back to be warmed up only to be returned completely overcooked, which I returned altogether. Sadly, with so many restaurants in the Jupiter area, I found it to be very overpriced and just basically not a memorable evening, which we tried to make the best of. Nobody was rude or anything but instead of apologizing for the long wait and the cold food, they came back to tell us we were wrong and give us excuses instead of just being sorry. Just beware if you are willing to spend upwards of $100 a person please be sure that you receive an evening that you will walk away with happier than we did ! We will not be returning anytime soon in the future. The other times we have been there with a busier crowd service and overall attitude was much more professional than this recent visit. We wanted to love this place as we live so close. First, the highlight of the evening was our server, Manny. He did everything from greet us to be the most fabulous server ever. Manny gets 100 stars. The food gets zero stars. I ordered the snapper with the Asian miso preparation. Snapper was thin and it was grossly overcooked and dry. What they did to the broccolini was a sacrilege. It was so dry and killed. It said the dish had butternut squash, and it was a butternut squash purée. I would rate the dish a pretty epic fail. My husband had the mahi with a different preparation. His cheesy grits, lacked cheese and flavor. I think this may be the place where you have to know what to order. As we live so close, we will try it one more time. I hope it gets better.
