Cigar Lounge We were out in PBG for dinner and my buddy and I decided we needed a nice cigar to finish out the evening - we did a quick google search and Angry Moon was right down the street so we popped over. Now I've been in and around the PBG area for a long time. I've gone to Angry Moon Café and never, not once, did I notice the cigar lounge located pretty much right behind the café. Go figure. This is an old-school place. Lots of dark: dark wood and dark leather and a dimly lit back bar with just about anything you can thing of up there- exactly what I expect at a cigar lounge. Since this was a snap decision for us, we had to hit the humidor to grab some sticks - humidor was very comprehensive with just about anything you culd wat, and all price points. We found some that worked for us and got them snipped and lit in short order. There are clippers and lighters available at the tiny bar - this is a service bar - not a sitting bar BTW. Young lady working there was very sociable and witty. We grabbed two after-dinner type drinks and found some cozy seats outside. The wonderful thing about this place is that there are a lot of options for seating. Inside / outside / semi-outside - you should be able to fins something that works for you. We chose the semi-outside option where we could look at the boats in the marina. The cigars and cocktails went down smoothly, and a good time was had by all. Prices are what you might expect for PBG / Jupiter. There is a piano and live piano music - just for reference the crowd is definitely on the older side- so not the best place to let it all hang out is my guess. This was a pretty cool bar we found ourselves in late in the evening! The crowd is definitely older so we felt a little out of place but everyone was singing and enjoying the live piano and drinks. The atmosphere is truly centered around the live piano and everyone was having a blast. The bar is impressive with tons of great options at a reasonable price. The outdoor patio was a great spot to enjoy the weather and be able to talk a little easier without the loud music. Definitely a cool spot that we would check out again! read more

I wanted to find a new cigar spot and during a Yelp search, found this little spot. It is an intimate lounge where seating allows for non-shouting conversations and the music was low enough to enjoy said conversations. The humidor was well stocked and had some cigars that I had not seen in many other places. The texture of the cigar I selected indicated that the humidor is properly humidified, there was not cracking, tearing, or hard pulling on my stogie. We wanted to sit out on their rear patio that overlooks a boat dock but with the Florida heat, it was a little to hot even with their large fans spinning. Why four stars and not five? Could possibly improve on the ventilation to draw the smoke upwards and away from those around you so as not to constantly blow smoke in each others faces. There were table fans to assist with redirecting the smoke however and the door to the patio was open to pull stale air out. This will not deter me from returning as it is a fine spot. read more

Thought this was a good place my wife and I were sitting at a table in the corner having a cigar when we were told to move because the table we were sitting at was reserved for another party. There was no reserved card on the table and was told they made a mistake. Not nice when we were told to move. Have been to many cigar bars in the past will never go to this place ever again. Very poor decision on the staff if we were asked kindly if we would move to another table it would have made a huge difference read more

I don't get up to PBG that often, so I was surprised by not only finding a cool cafe but also a cigar bar in the same plaza I pulled into as well. Angry Moon Cigars is a great, intimate cigar lounge, with a nice humidor display a vast array of different brands and styles in different lengths and gauges. The dark mahogany interior combined with the lush leather chairs, extensive collection of different spirits (scotch, bourbon, vodka, gin, cordials) to enjoy with your smoke makes this a great stop for any aficionado. read more

If you want to smoke cigars and actually be able to breathe this place is the move - can smoke inside or out and ventallation is great. That said quite odd that there are servers/waitresses you tip yet you must get up and walk over to bar to order your drink and bring it back to your seat yourself read more

BEWARE. Make sure you track your drinks, they add drinks to your bill and then argue you'd had 3 when you only had two. ALSO they charge an entertainment fee and do not tell you. Best place for a birthday party ! We were looking for a special place to host a surprise Bday party in PBGardens and we found it in this hidden gem. Starting with the great location ( in the Carmine plaza ,overlooking the marina ) with sitting inside and outside and ample selfparking. The owner,Armand and his staff were very accommodating to our requests of menu and table arrangements. The food was DELICIOUS ! ( juicy beef sliders, meatballs ,bacon wrapped scallops , chicken wings ,home baked fruit & yogurt cake ) and the selection of wines and the service throughout the entire event were outstanding ! We also enjoyed very much and danced on the beautiful songs performed by Mr. Fonseca with piano accompaniament. All in all it was the best Bday party we ever had and are looking forward to going back to this place for a casual dinner, lunch or breakfast ! We highly recommend it ! read more

A great place to have a cigar and a glass of scotch. Their humidor is very well stocked, and the owners who are often there are very knowledgeable & friendly. The girls that work there are all nice and funny. If the cigar smoke is too much to handle they have a patio overlooking the intercostal waterway. On Thurs. & Fri. nights (around 9pm) they have the best piano man I have ever herd, who sings as well as he plays. It's worth going just to hear this guy...Seriously! Sat. nights they have a good guitar player. It's a classy place, but there is no real dress code since it's in South Florida. This is the place to go if you want good conversation and good live music in the Jupiter area. You won't meet an unfriendly person even among the customers. An amazing place! read more

Angry Moon Cigar never disappoints! I have been going here for the passed 4 years and now that I am a permanent resident it has become a monthly visit. I used to come alone to grab a smoke but always invited my wife. Now she loves the place as much as I do. I like cigars, my wife does not. But the view of the marina and you can smoke outside so she is not surrounded by smoke makes for a great place to have a cocktail and a smoke even for non-smokers. The location of this cigar lounge is also the best one in the area. It is on the marina and right in the heart of Palm Beach Gardens. Next to a couple of Carmine's wonderful restaurants, some shopping and businesses. This is a great place to have a business meeting or just to invite friends and family for a smoke and/or a drink. The service here by their staff is great. They check on you regularly and is exactly what you would want! They also look the part for the area. They do some events here with music and gaming which can be a lot of fun. The cigar collection is pretty good too if you are coming just to smoke. They have everything from your normal priced cigars to your expensive (overpriced) cigars. They will get you what you want if you can wait a few weeks for it to arrive. The owner is there a lot and always willing to help. If you are going to drink the drinks are a little pricey but hey that is Palm Beach Gardens and really everywhere you go in the area. But this is the place to come to relax and leave the budget at home. I highly recommend Angry Moon if you are a cigar smoker. It is one of my favorite places to smoke in the country!!! read more

I found this Cigar Lounge on a recent trip to Singer Island and I felt right at home as soon as I walked in. They not only have a great selection of Scotches but their Cigar Humidor is stocked with every Top Shelf Cigar in the market. You won't find any Cubans but you won't care since their list is extensive ranging from Ashton VSG/ESG to Fuente Opus X (several boxes) so any connoisseur will be impressed. Having traveled the U.S. widely and always seeking out the cigar lounges, Angry Moon Cigars stands out in my memory, but not for the best of reasons. The air in the main interior lounge is well ventilated, the furniture is extremely comfortable, and there's plenty of seating both inside and out to relax and enjoy a cigar and beverage. The humidor is nicely stocked, although I agree with another reviewer that it is a bit overpriced. I never did find the standard Padron line on their shelves, and the smallest 1964 Serie was priced about $2.00 above my home tobacconist. The service both evenings that I was here was really quite excellent, although the drinks are a bit pricey (even the sparking water is $5.65 per bottle). The staff are smiling and friendly, just what you would hope to find in non-private "club" for cigar lovers. Now that feature that really stands out for me. I could have sworn I was in New York, only with palm trees, or perhaps experiencing an episode of The Jersey Shore or on the set of the movie Goodfellas. The regular crowd occupying the comfortable seating outdoors by the front entrance when I arrived were all sixty-somethings who to a person spoke with the thickest of died-in-the-wool New York accents. Not one of them demonstrated the slightest interest in the obvious visitor in their midst. When I politely tried to join their conversation they gave me the drop-dead-look silent treatment. It got so bad that when an attractive lady came in to join one of them, the apparent Casanova among them introduced her to the other three men and one woman and then when he got around to me he pointed and said "I don't know him". Their F-bomb laced, Swiss-bank account name dropping conversation was that of adolescents who just happen to be well into their seventh decade of life. The live music is inside, and it's there that I found friendlier folks. I'd go back to hear the piano player on Thursday through Saturday, otherwise it's the Smoke Inn for me. If, on the other hand, you happen to be from New York of New Jersey, I'm sure you'll fit right in and no doubt feel right at home. read more
