Everyone should be eating at the Parched Pig! Great service. Amazing food. Stellar cocktails! Whenever anyone asks me about my favorite spot to eat, this is the restaurant that always comes to mind! I have never left dissatisfied, hungry or not tipsy. It's not the biggest location, but it's a spot you should be thankful that you even got a table in! Wish I got more food pictures! I'll always be back!

Best spot for happy hour! Amazing drinks and food! Service is great and you can tell they truly care about their food and drinks. I've been here three times in the last month!

I've been many times, but somehow I missed this affogato!! Omg, so good!! Their cocktails are beautiful and delicious! We enjoyed sitting at the bar admiring all of the specialty cocktails they were making.

We had to sit outside. It was a cool night but not uncomfortable. The Sazerak was on happy hour menu. It was just like New Orleans. Feta dip was full of flavor-citrus. Oyster's fresh.service friendly and good recommendations.

Came here for happy hour with my girlfriends. Place is on the smaller side but the bar and the art gives it a very chic vibe. Our server was good and gave good suggestions especially about the dessert. I had a Moscow mule which was solid. We shared the spare ribs, pizza, mac and cheese. The ribs were tender and flavorful. The pizza was also very good; thin and crispy. The mac and cheese was my personal favorite and a dish I would love to have again and again. For dessert we shared the cookies and cream cheesecake and it was also very good. It was not overly sweet and I loved the presentation of the dessert.

This place has great service, a great ambiance and great food! Need I say more? Check this place out!

Chicken and waffles. Enough here for two dinners!

My new favorite local hangout! Oysters from Maine! Really fresh and good. Fun, energetic and knowledgeable server. Cute bar scene with fun decor. They had good wines and interesting drinks although I'll say 12 bucks for a very small mock-tail might be a bit much? Great huge salad and the chicken and waffles was delish and ample. Definitely enough for two to share and you could have your choice of meats. Will definitely go back but forget the mock tail!

Ask the Community - The Parched Pig

Do they allow dogs for outdoor seating?

Do they have a happy hour on Friday's? If so... what is it l?!

They have happy hour all midweek days but everyday has something unique along with their regular happy hour menu. Example... Mondays... oyster special!

Hi! Does anyone know if this place have happy hour on oysters?

Yes, they do! A buck a shuck on Monday's and Happy Hour is 4-6 and oysters are 2 bucks a shuck during that.

Do they serve any non alcoholic Beer/Wine?

Not sure. I believe it is mostly wine though.

For my main, I went a little unexpected and got the Heaven & Hell Salad (buffalo chicken nuggets, mixed greens, queso fresco, strawberries, apples, onions, ranch dressing). Somehow the combo just WORKS. Easily one of the best salads I've had in a while. Don't skip the brussels sprouts either, they're seriously so good. And of course, you can never go wrong with their burger and sweet potato fries Their original location in Palm Beach Gardens still has my heart, but they just opened on Clematis in West Palm perfect spot to grab drinks too. Already thinking about my next visit!

I particularly enjoy the Wallenbergare, while my wife opts for the chicken. We concluded our meal with dessert, the Golden Chocolate Dome. The restaurant provides ample seating options, both indoors and outdoors, and is quite spacious. The men's bathroom is rather amusing... take a look.

On our drive home from Miami to Jacksonville, we traded Interstate 95 for the slower, more scenic A1A. It made for beautiful views, but after crawling through one coastal town after another, lunch became a priority. A quick search landed us at Stage Kitchen & Bar on PGA Boulevard, a restaurant I later learned had earned a place in the 2025 Michelin Guide. After one meal, it was easy to understand why. We began with two appetizers that could not have been more different, duck confit egg rolls and a grilled cheese. Calling the grilled cheese "just a grilled cheese" would be unfair. Brie melted between perfectly griddled bread kissed with white truffle oil already sounds luxurious. Pair it with a bright mango jam and suddenly a childhood comfort food becomes something unexpectedly elegant. Richness met sweetness in all the right proportions. The duck confit egg rolls were equally memorable. The duck was deeply seasoned with Middle Eastern spices, giving each bite layers of warm, savory flavor. The accompanying peanut chutney added sweetness, nuttiness, and just enough contrast to keep the dish from becoming too heavy. These egg rolls packed far more personality than their modest appearance suggested. For lunch, my wife ordered the grilled black grouper sandwich. The fish, sourced fresh from local suppliers, was flaky, moist, and clean tasting. Lettuce, tomato, onion, and a malt vinegar aioli gave the sandwich brightness without overwhelming the fish. It was simple, balanced, and exactly what a fresh fish sandwich should be. I chose Stage's signature burger, two Certified Angus Beef patties topped with aged white cheddar, caramelized onions, sunflower sprouts, and their house "fancy sauce." This is the kind of burger that reminds you why burgers became America's favorite sandwich in the first place. Cooked to a juicy medium, every bite was rich without becoming heavy. The caramelized onions added sweetness, the white cheddar delivered sharpness, and the sunflower sprouts provided freshness and texture. The fancy sauce contributed just enough heat to keep everything interesting without stealing the spotlight. Dessert continued the restaurant's habit of taking familiar flavors and giving them thoughtful refinement. My sticky rice ice cream, finished with mango sauce and toasted coconut, captured everything I love about mango sticky rice while transforming it into something lighter and more playful. It was creative without feeling gimmicky. My wife ordered three macarons from local pastry maker Macaroner, S'mores, Passion Fruit, and Lime Coconut. Each shell was delicately crisp before giving way to a soft, airy center, exactly as a proper macaron should. Stage Kitchen & Bar takes familiar dishes and quietly elevates them through technique, quality ingredients, and restraint. Nothing feels overcomplicated or designed simply to impress. Every plate feels carefully considered. Sometimes trusting Google is a gamble. This time, it paid off. Great restaurants don't always announce themselves. Sometimes they're simply waiting for hungry travelers willing to take the next exit.
