First project: Elliot installed a French drain in my basement and noticed damage to the walls, so he recommended and installed a special polyester wall barrier. He walked me through the entire process with patience and clarity. I waited a full year before writing this review, just to make sure everything held up--and I can confidently say, even through heavy rains here in Medford, NJ, my basement has remained dry. His work speaks for itself: solid, clean, and reliable. Second project: I still had high humidity in the basement, so Elliot suggested and installed a whole-house dehumidifier (AprilAire E100). He connected it directly to the French drain system, so I no longer have to worry about emptying water or dealing with moisture. It runs efficiently and quietly--even when I'm traveling, I have peace of mind. Third issue: Recently, I had water flooding in the finished part of my basement. I thought it was the water heater, but Elliot offered to stop by just to help figure it out. And he did--within two days, exactly as he promised. He quickly diagnosed the issue: it was actually the AC pump, not the water heater. Thanks to his advice, I was able to get the original installer (under warranty) to fix the problem. Elliot didn't have to help with that, but he did anyway--because that's the kind of person he is. Beyond his technical skills, Elliot is honest, communicative, punctual, and just a genuinely good person. He always followed through on his word, showed up on time, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Even when I had concerns, he didn't brush them off--instead of just talking over the phone, he came in person to give me peace of mind. I also want to give a shoutout to his partner Phillip, who was also fantastic to work with, and again, to Susan, for being so welcoming and helpful from the start. As of June 26, 2026, Bill has been giving me date after date for over two months, promising to return and finish restoring my backyard, but the work still hasn't been completed. My yard is left with piles of dirt, uneven ground, and a large section of concrete that still hasn't been patched. Because of this, my kids haven't been able to safely play outside, and I've had to put off hosting family gatherings all summer. The most frustrating part is that the job has already been paid for. The repeated excuse has been that he's "busy," and communication has been inconsistent, my calls and texts are only answered when it's convenient to him. I appreciated the quality of the plumbing repair itself, but customer service and following through on completing the job have been very disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
