The lady working there, wearing a face mask, was constantly on her personal cellphone and, in general, talking so much that it took forever to service the customers who were actually waiting. The last few times I've come, either I get sent back because there's no water, or I have to deal with this same unprofessional service. I'm now paying about $5 more per bottle for the same water, but the service does not match the price at all. When I asked about the price increase, especially since just a few weeks ago during the holidays there was no notice of any increase, all she said was "I'm sorry" and then continued having a personal conversation in Spanish with a lady standing next to the register.
