I waited in line almost 15 minutes just to fill ONE bottle. The lady working there, wearing a face mask, was constantly on her personal cellphone and, in general, talking so much that it took forever to service the customers who were actually waiting. When my bottle was finally filling, it was taking way longer than normal. When I asked why, she looked confused and said it was "so the minerals don't separate." I've never heard that excuse, and it was obvious the real reason was because she was more busy talking and getting distracted than actually doing her job. What makes this even more frustrating is that I'm driving all the way from Santa Clarita. The last few times I've come, either I get sent back because there's no water, or I have to deal with this same unprofessional service. I'm now paying about $5 more per bottle for the same water, but the service does not match the price at all. When I asked about the price increase, especially since just a few weeks ago during the holidays there was no notice of any increase, all she said was "I'm sorry" and then continued having a personal conversation in Spanish with a lady standing next to the register. Always willing to help. Place is a standard size with all the water machines working perfectly. Clean, and has a 24/7 kiosk machine right outside of the main entrance for your convenience. Also, a refill station. They sell from one gallon to up to five gallons of water. Clear bottles and filtered. Also, sell water coolers & honestly their water is VERY delicious! We always get our bottles filled from Water Plant. Healthy for you and the environment!! Not expensive and you get what you pay for. They have at least 5 or more different types of water: all types of Purified water, Alkaline, Ionized water, Distilled water and more... They will also deliver to your home/office, and to your car. I've been paying for water delivery through Sparklettes for their Mountain valley water for more than 5 years. The price seems to keep going up. The water plant is a gem! They've saved me so much money from switching to getting my bottles refilled. I will never look back. The place is very clean. They have all the water supplies you will need. There's not much parking. It's located inside a small plaza.
