We are regulars here: it's great to stop in, get our $10 ten gallons of alkaline water, listen to some classical music on the radio and call it a day. Owner is the sweetest man, always offers to help carry the water, and when I lost the cap to my jug he gave me one for free! It's cash only so come ready. He keeps a spot in front reserved for customers which is nice since this parking lot is a zoo. Come on by; support local businesses!

I was very disappointed with how this situation was handled. Due to an error on Burbank Water and…read morePower's end, my account wasn't billed for three months. I had every reason to believe my account was on autopay the entire time, so I had no idea anything was wrong until I suddenly received a very large bill. I called to explain the situation and simply asked if they could offer any type of courtesy adjustment or discount since the billing error was not my fault. Unfortunately, they refused to work with me in any way. I understand that I am ultimately responsible for paying for the services I used, and I wasn't trying to avoid that. My concern is that their mistake resulted in an unexpectedly large bill all at once, creating a financial burden that could have been avoided. In my own business, if I make a mistake that negatively impacts a client, I do my best to make it right. I was hoping for the same level of customer service here, but that wasn't my experience.

Although I would have preferred it cut off in the afternoon since it was my move day and it surprised me that I couldn't put the AC on for the movers, I had no choice so that was fine, whatever. I saved $ not having to pay for more electricity. However, then they charged my account a late fee for the final bill even though I still had it set up in their system to pay my bills one day prior to their due date. I went on their website and deleted my bank account information right away. Then I contacted them via email and their employee (J.) told me he would refund my money in 6 weeks. He said I would get a check in the mail. I had a bad feeling that he was not going to follow through with it and I was right, unfortunately. The refund is $2.08. It is over 4 months later and I have contacted them half a dozen times since then. They have yet to refund my two dollars. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing. I cannot believe it is taking so long. At this point they really should provide a full refund with interest! Good news. There is a page of contact emails on their website that I found today. I had been emailing their general email but now I will email their top employees until I am given my money back that they stole!

Studio Village Apartments - E-mails with management where they admit that the apartment is so unsafe that they use a PO box because packages get stolen every other day

TLDR: DO NOT LIVE HERE. RUN AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE…read more I would give this apartment a negative review if I could. I'll let you decide what the worst part about the apartment is. Is it A) The fact that on-site management refuses to speak to anyone about any issues in the building. You cannot set up meetings or calls with anyone, and Paola and Chelsea who are the current managers literally will not come out of their offices and essentially hide from the tenants because they are incompetent. B) The constant theft of packages, which is so rampant that management themselves admits that even they do not feel safe in the apartment and have their packages delivered to Amazon lockers and PO boxes because someone in the building keeps stealing everyone's packages. I have had hundreds of dollars worth of stuff stolen and when I begged management to check for certain packages that got delivered in a window where I was away for a family emergency they still blamed me and were both rude and non-unsympathetic, even after three years of being a tenant there (this specific incident was my final straw/the reason I gave up my lease). C) The state of the building - the apartment is literally falling apart - at one point my entire bedroom door broke off the handle when I opened it. The door also broke off of the building's exit door during a fire alarm, so pretty much if you live here and there's an actual fire you will probably perish. D) All of the above! People have said it before, and I'll echo their sentiments. I would not recommend this apartment to my worst enemy. Do not live here if you can avoid it. It's just not worth it. The management company Anza is also just as unresponsive.

These guys handle every bin, piece of furniture, appliance, and wardrobe box with great care. They take the time to disassemble (if needed) and reassemble (if needed) every bit of furniture. It all gets wrapped in plastic, too! Plus, time is used efficiently. For my latest travels (about 5 miles to the new place), from start to finish, the job was completed in just 6 hours! And, that's for a fully-loaded, 2- bedroom condo WITH 16 STAIRS AT BOTH RESIDENCES! So, so, impressive. On top of that, the fellas have always been friendly, enthusiastic, skilled, and hard-working. For this most recent move, I was so fortunate to meet Alex, Vladimir, and Nick. They were on time, and nothing short of amazing. You might be wondering the price for the wonderful service they provided? Incredibly reasonable! And, I received a discount for paying in cash. From the initial click on the Fastruck website to waving goodbye to the guys, everything went smoothly. They are the ONLY movers to hire in the greater Los Angeles area. Thank you, Fastruck! You move me! (-; *Don't forget to tip your movers well. They deserve your generosity!
