Beyond base pricing (and chlorine), they bill for most necessary chemicals separately. This happens multiple times a month so expect an extra $35-$70 on your bill. Don't forget required filter cleanings at an exorbitant price. I would look around for a place that won't nickel and dime you. Also, $220 a month for a service (mid level package) that does not even clean leaves from the pool is outrageous.

Several times one did but spoke no english. After a few weeks of having to leave a message finally one showed up only to tell me my levels were low. He didn't say I had a leak but my levels were low. A few weeks, pay cycles, and increased water bills later a leak was "Supposed" See Pool Time cannot diagnose a leak. They can only refer you to a service that is backed up for months. So what happened to me was a wasted summer with no pool and an increased water bill plus being charged for a cleaning service that couldn't do the job. I could see if just one of them said "Look Sir. There's nothing we can do." That never happened. They just showed up when they felt like it and charged me.

I've also had Alex come out and he is fantastic as well. I needed to have a pump replaced and a part in my heater done. Not only did they diagnose it, but the guys also caught some problems and fix them proactively without an extra charge. They're scheduling system and payment system are automated and very efficient and easy to navigate. Appointments are made promptly and you were able to confirm from your phone. I highly recommend them. I've been using them for many many years and if I could give them a higher rating I would.

Our pool was supposed to be finished in April at our Town House residence in Pleasant Hill. IT IS STILL NOT FINISHED... Plus the pool deck is leaking in multiple places and it was done improperly. 100% AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! They would also go weeks at a time before working on things. They also have not paid their gate subcontractor to date because he informed our HOA they still had not paid him. STAY AWAY!!! Super slow progress and like I said WEEKS at a time without site work being done!! I would personally never use this company again!
