His last message told me to stop asking. The original part was damaged when it came in and he had to reorder it. The first request was last month. The reorder of that part has been over 2 weeks. His last text told me that he was not going to do the work. He would not provide the name of the parts, though he was paid for finding this out on his last visit. I DO NOT RECOMMEND using him. He does not communicate at all; he was rude to my son's girlfriend when she had to talk to him; and finally he was rude to me and dropped the job simply because I asked him if he knew about the parts. This is subpar for any kind of service company.
