I have had my pool now for about 4 years and they still are willing to help me with any problems that I have. The staff is very knowledgeable and on top of pool chemistry. They are always so nice and welcome you when you come in the door. I have tried other cheaper pool chemicals that didn't work so well (shame on me) and had to go back to them to get my pool straightened out. (expensive lesson) It is about 30 minutes away from my house but we'll worth the drive. It doesn't matter how many times I take a water sample in there they are always willing to test it no questions asked. Sometimes I need nothing and they don't try to trick me into buying anything. When I dropped it off, was told I would hear from them when they can diagnose the problem give us an update. I called 2 weeks later to check and they said they had diagnosed the problem and ordered the part, but unsure when it will be in. (Didn't get a call to inform us of this update). I waited 1 month, no call. I called the store on Saturday to check the status of the repair and was placed on hold for 15 min. and no one came back on the line. I hung up and drove to the store and the cleaner was repaired and ready. The repair work seems good. The communication process for the customer is abysmal. I would avoid the store if it requires them to keep you in the loop, as their communication to their customers is non-existent.
