In talking with Andrey during the installation, we learned FOL also does landscaping, outdoor patio and kitchens etc. We contracted with FOL to have 12 trees (a combination of thujas and arborvitae), azaleas and purple fountain grass. We also had them extend the sprinkler system into the back yard. Couldn't be more pleased with all of the work the team did. Again, great sales and service and follow up when we had questions. Been a customer for years spent multiple thousands there buying equipment. They will have some…read morereally good deals price-wise. They are not very service friendly or communicate well. Example bought outdoor refrigerator price was above online price but they install it and haul the old one away. Problem refrigerator was not leveled. I watched the install it looked good. When checking it later it did rock. I signed off on the job so that is my fault but after having multiple surgery's it's hard to throughly examine and test everything. I asked if some someone could drop by and level up the legs, no hurry just when they are in the neighborhood. I was told that will be $179 to stop at your house. That seems to be unreasonable to me. In the future i will buy online and hire a contractor to install.

I don't know if it was the owners that were working there, or who I was dealing with, but I know I'm not the only one that feels this way because the couple in front of me started to leave and turned around to introduce themselves by name and get the name of the woman who helped them. When was the last time you left a retail store and did that? I don't even want to price shop anything on Amazon because I do not want this store to go anywhere. I have had my pool now for about 4 years and they still are willing to help me with any problems that I have. The staff is very knowledgeable and on top of pool chemistry. They are always so nice and welcome you when you come in the door. I have tried other cheaper pool chemicals that didn't work so well (shame on me) and had to go back to them to get my pool straightened out. (expensive lesson) It is about 30 minutes away from my house but we'll worth the drive. It doesn't matter how many times I take a water sample in there they are always willing to test it no questions asked. Sometimes I need nothing and they don't try to trick me into buying anything. When I dropped it off, was told I would hear from them when they can diagnose the problem give us an update. I called 2 weeks later to check and they said they had diagnosed the problem and ordered the part, but unsure when it will be in. (Didn't get a call to inform us of this update). I waited 1 month, no call. I called the store on Saturday to check the status of the repair and was placed on hold for 15 min. and no one came back on the line. I hung up and drove to the store and the cleaner was repaired and ready. The repair work seems good. The communication process for the customer is abysmal. I would avoid the store if it requires them to keep you in the loop, as their communication to their customers is non-existent.

Kevin came to our house several times, considered the situation and at one time indicated he was not sure he could meet our needs. We worked together and he did more research and was able to develop a plan that has worked. I never felt he was upselling, in fact we decided on our own to get a higher cost unit. I am amazed at the negative reviews, nothing could have been more different in my experience and I would highly recommend them. I will do another review of my operating experience in a few months.
