This was my first summer in my new house and I was so excited to get the pool open. I had Charles out in the winter when I moved in to make sure everything would be good to go in spring. I called the first week of April to get on their schedule early. Charles started work on Thursday 4/25. After showing up without notice very sporadically and spending most of the time sitting in a rented van in my driveway, I began calling asking for an end date for the cleaning. I wasn't seeing any progress. Ashley gave me the same story every time I called, "just a few more days" "mid next week" and now "it should be done by Monday (Memorial Day)." As you can see from photos - there was zero progress. Pool is still deep green and totally unusable. It's now been four full weeks of the runaround and I'm left scrambling to find another company that can fit me in. I missed out on memorial weekend and had to change my guests' plans. I'm several weeks behind schedule and of course they waited until everyone was booked up, so now I will have to wait several more weeks. Disappointed doesn't begin to describe it. Every time I go in my backyard and see my festering green pool, I feel sick. I wish I had started with a new company rather than trying to remain loyal to the vendors the previous home owners used. Huge mistake. And it really pisses me off coming on here and seeing recent reviews - clearly they've been working, just not with the person who booked April 3rd! read more

Our pool cleaner was not working properly and Charles came out as soon as he could. He was professional and courteous with even helping me walk down the steep slope of our backyard to the pool equipment. I really liked how he explained to me the bad and the good news on how to problem solve our issues. I took his advice and within minutes, this company text me some options while keeping in mind I had a budget. What is better is they are going to come right back out next week and install my new cleaner. I am pretty excited to finally be done with old issues from an inherited pool. These guys understood what I needed and I finally felt like I was in good hands with servicing old pool equipment. Very fair and did not try to sell me on several things that my pool very obviously needed. Keeping these guys on my contacts in my phone. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I should have found another pool cleaning company long before I did. After my call with Ashley yesterday, I spent the remainder of the day making it my primary focus. For the last year and a half, we have had consistent problems with our pool heater and had been told time and time again that it was fixed by them. This winter we have only been able to use the pool one time after their repeated visits "fixing it" because it did not work. As tomorrow will be 73, I turned it on again on Sunday. It was not working yet again with the same codes. Ashley acted like she didn't know what the problem was. I had to explain it to her yet again. Same problem for a year and a half. When I asked her if she could send someone out Monday to fix it she said it was most likely because my filters were clogged ( although they are in charge of checking equipment weekly) and charged me $150 to clean them just to get the same error message. She also became belligerent and rude and said that I needed to listen to her and what she had to say or she wasn't sending anyone out. She talked to me condescendingly and told me that she would try to get someone out on Tuesday and that it was most likely our fault. When I had told her months ago that maybe I should stop getting the pool serviced in the winter if they couldn't fix the heater, she said she would not be able to get me on the schedule for the Spring and Summer if I did. I should have looked then but my father is sick and I work full time so shame on me for letting someone speak to their paying customer like that over and over again. I blame myself for that. The good news is I have found a reputable company in the company that actually built the pool as I didn't realize that they had cleaning services and they can do the warranty work right as well . It is actually $25 a month cheaper then I was paying although cost was not the issue. They were also inconsistent about coming out on the day scheduled and the pool cleaning was average. They drove around in a rented Uhaul that did not even have the company name on it and typically left our back gate open and we have dogs. Subpar customer service and subpar work as well as overpriced. read more

Over 14 years of having a pool in the Blackney area, I have been thru many pool service companies. Until now, none ever call you back quickly, keep appointments on time, stay reliable. Well, I have found that one that actually does what they say, when they say and follow up is amazing. From Ashley at the office, who calls or texts you right away and lets you know when your service tech is on their way & after service to be sure all was ok, to Charles, who has been my same person who handles my pool. Charles is simply amazing, very detailed and always there when needed. No more of "we will see you Tuesday and never show up"? This pool company is BY FAR the best I have ever used. Communication is key when hiring someone to come and do any work in/on your property. I have struggled in the past to find a great pool company that treats me like a person and not just another pool they clean. This is a wonderful company. They were so quick to diagnose my problem and came out exactly when they said they would. The repair was quick, and cheaper than I was quoted by a few other companies. They communicated with me every step of the way and ensured I knew about the new parts added to my system.
