I called the first week of April to get on their schedule early. Charles started work on Thursday 4/25. After showing up without notice very sporadically and spending most of the time sitting in a rented van in my driveway, I began calling asking for an end date for the cleaning. I wasn't seeing any progress. Ashley gave me the same story every time I called, "just a few more days" "mid next week" and now "it should be done by Monday (Memorial Day)." As you can see from photos - there was zero progress. Pool is still deep green and totally unusable. It's now been four full weeks of the runaround and I'm left scrambling to find another company that can fit me in. I missed out on memorial weekend and had to change my guests' plans. I'm several weeks behind schedule and of course they waited until everyone was booked up, so now I will have to wait several more weeks. Disappointed doesn't begin to describe it. Every time I go in my backyard and see my festering green pool, I feel sick. I wish I had started with a new company rather than trying to remain loyal to the vendors the previous home owners used. Huge mistake. And it really pisses me off coming on here and seeing recent reviews - clearly they've been working, just not with the person who booked April 3rd!

I took his advice and within minutes, this company text me some options while keeping in mind I had a budget. What is better is they are going to come right back out next week and install my new cleaner. I am pretty excited to finally be done with old issues from an inherited pool. These guys understood what I needed and I finally felt like I was in good hands with servicing old pool equipment. The communication was spotty from the start, but Clay assured me we would get on a schedule and everything would be fine. Fast forward a month, multiple missed appointments, no returned phone calls, and a pool that is now green and has algae growing on it, and Clay is telling me to "find another company because he is not the one for the job." Mind you this is after another company has quoted me $3,000 to repair this pool that was perfectly flowing at the time I handed it over to him. Clay has now stopped responding to text messages, claims emails were sent that I never received, and refuses to stand by the work that they promised. Absolutely do not hire this company under any circumstances. They lack ethics, morals, proper communication, accountability, and professionalism.
