I thought it would've gone away but all weekend I woke up to the blaring noises of the highway. That was so rough. 2) Small inconveniences - as where to put my toiletries in the shower, the shower style allowed for water to go everywhere, the sink leaked when the water was shut off, it just seemed not thought out at all and a lot of maintenance issues. 3) The air conditioning was on point when we came in, nice and cool. But the last day it didn't seem to work at all, barely blowing long enough so the room wasn't cooled completely. I was super hot the morning we left. 4) We felt like no one was around. They said we could purchase breakfast however no one was ever around to seat us. It was a complete ghost town. The fountain wasn't even running and a lot of lights were off all the time. Although some of the art was gorgeous and the place obviously has potential - the work should be put in before charging the insane amount to stay. Sadly, I feel cheated and I don't think I'll be coming back.

They maintain a safe swimming environment for children of all ages, and the facility was overall very clean. They don't seem to have enough of the life jacket vests for the super littles, which is the age that these are most commonly worn. A lot of older kids were using the super small vests which should be regulated a little better by the staff. Staff tried to make it fun when the pool had to be cleared during the safety check. No one really wanted to participate in their games but it was still a great effort by the young staff to make the time pass quicker. I appreciated the thought! We brought our own snacks and beverages to enjoy, which I highly recommend. I also recommend arriving somewhat early or there will be a wait to snag some lounge chairs.

Aww man, the whistles; no one can be jumping on one another. Every few minutes a whistle was going off. The majority of the boys stayed in the Pool. I was half expecting to get thrown out. There are two slides, one is faster than the other one. Only little ones allowed in the Play Area. There were two breaks. They were giving out free sunscreen, which was also nice. I kept moving around, I'd be in the Pool, then I'd circulate within the group. I was hoping that it would stay overcast, but it didn't. Got really dark. It was nice to see the boys let loose, since on the field, they are all business. And to talk with the other Parents, about other things, not flag-football related.

It was the first time our furbabies registered for the event, and first time they ever experienced swimming in a pool!! Fiji and Makana had a pawtastic time!!! It was so fun to watch them frolick unleashed under the sun!! We paid $11 per dog to spend time in the water from 11:30am to 1:00pm for their weight class (40lbs+). We just had to make sure proof of vaccination was good to go. I thought we'd be in and out of the pool within 30 mins, but we ended up staying the entire time. We brought a jug of water, a dog bowl, lawn chairs, and our tennis ball thrower. Once we walked in, there was a table full of bandanas and tennis balls that were complimentary for all puppers! Plenty of lifeguards on duty, too! By 12:30pm, there were at least four pet vendors highlighting their businesses. I ended up with some frozen yogurt cups and apoopie bags for free! Keep an eye out on the City of Henderson Calendar of Events. We would definitely sign up again in a heartbeat!
