Also, I had just had a leaky hose on a toilet to fix. Wouldn't give me a price up front even though I said it was a leaky toilet hose. We have now used Greg at AquaTech for 2 separate issues in the past 3 years and we couldn't be happier with his service! The first time he helped us with a few water valves that had corroded and basically were stripped. We had replaced a water heater ourselves and when it was time to turn the water to the house back on, the stripped valves were discovered. He came out within an hour and fixed it for an extremely reasonable price considering it was a weekend. A few days ago, we discovered a leak from a valve in the manifold of our home. AMAZING SERVICE!!!! I called Greg because I had a gas leak on the side of my house that the concrete contractors found. PG&E shut down the gas leak, but in order to get the concrete poured I needed someone IMMEDIATELY! After calling the first couple of contractors that popped up on google for my area, I found AquaTech. One contractor wouldn't even come out to give me a quote for a week. He pointed out that one of my copper pipes originally done by the builder was not welded together nor was the gas regulator to code. My shut off valve looks rusty, old, and needs new water pressure regulator. I took pictures and sent to the chosen plumbers. I asked question like, how much does it cost to put a new valve? One word, GREAT! I called Greg on Monday 10/27, and he answered right away. He was just about done with his current job and said he can be at my house in 30 minutes! Our guest bathroom toilet was leaking. He fixed the problem very quick and we were satisfied.
