The company provided prompt service. Leo did a thorough investigation to determine why I had excessive water usage. Leo checked interior, exterior, filtration system, toilets, sinks, pool, irrigation, EVERYTHING you can possible think of! This company was assigned to us from First American Home Warranty for a shower drain leak. First guy shows up and puts a lot of putty around the drain and tells us he will be back in a few days to test it. A week goes by and we test it and it is still leaking. They send 2 guys out to try tightening the drain still no go. They tell us there is not enough room for them to tighten so we have to provide access by either removing the wall or by removing the shower enclosure. The warranty company would not authorize the work that aqua pro is saying needs to be done. My son and I go underneath the house and look, we see it looks like the previous owners had used the old drain on the new shower enclosure. We remove the pipe from the no-hub fitting and remove the old drain, put in a new shower drain and no leaks. $30 in parts was all it took. Aqua Pro was beyond incompetent. read more

I just paid $180 to have my toilet snaked. It didn't clear the line and I explained before they came that I had already snaked the toilet and it didn't work. Complete waste of money. They did respond very quickly but they may as well have not showed up. read more

This company was sent out by FAHW co., the tech lied about FAHW will only replace my garbage deposal with the exact same one and that the FAHW co uses only a certain website to order from and that their authorization dept. was down to get it approved, Then couldn't find a rubber ring for my toilet, so he finally came up with some rubber off another flap, Said my problem was normal wear and tear, what do that mean, I told FAHW send a second opinion and don't send this co. back! read more

Great company!! Contacted my home warranty company because my shower wasn't turning off due to the on/off lever not catching the mechanism that shuts off the water. Had to turn or my main water line so had no running water. Home warranty forwarded my service request to Aqua Pro and they called me right away. They arrived earlier than the appointment time which was awesome. Had a few issues with the home warranty but the Aqua Pro technicians talked to my home warranty company and took care of the issues. One of the guy just entered my home wearing dirty shoe all over places (Bed rooms). They don't know anything about plumbing.
