A temporary fix was installed, but all the pipe was rotted cast iron underneath the bathroom area. There was no p trap so the sewer smell was non-stop. We called Simpson out for a quote and they provided an extremely fair price for two days of work to replace all the cast iron with ABS. They managed to fit a p trap underneath in the tight space. They had to cut a concrete slab, and managed to replace the toilet flange without removing any bathroom flooring. A project that should have probably been a full remodel ended up being only a plumbing fix. The lead, Aaron, was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and considerate. I felt like Simpson did everything possible to make the project smooth and reduce the life disruption. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.
