Call Tony's Plumbing and don't call anyone else. They will take care of your needs so quickly you won't believe it. They replaced a water heater for me on the same day I called a couple months ago. This week unfortunately I had a large water leak under the house. It was a major job that required many steps. I was fortunate to have Archie doing this work and coordinating it with Emergency Services. Can't address their work yet but do have concerns about pricing. Charged 26000 to replace home pipe system. All seems to be working. Wanted almost 4000 to add a gas line but charged 1600 when we said the 4000 was too expensive. Ask for an estimate to repair our air system with a leak and was quoted 4800. Four hour job for 2 workers. Could not let us know how it broke down for the coolant and labor. Parts still under warranty. Just be careful. read more

Be sure to do your research and check all their work- had to get a loan to pay for new pipes because of roots- the next day after they said they completed everything, everything in my house backed up- turned out they didn't even replace the proper pipe. They came back a week later to replace what they were supposed to already done. When asked for discount they said NO. And when I asked to speak to the owner, as the manager was not hearing me out- he also told me NO. We had a small pipe break from the water valve to the refrigerator water dispenser as well as replacing the laundry room hot and cold valves (which were backwards). Benjamin from Tony's Plumbing arrived around 1pm Saturday. Advised us of the process to fix our plumbing problems. After that, Benjamin went straight to work and took great care in preparing the area he was working in. Before we knew it he completed the project, cleaned up any mess, and showed us what he did. Three years ago, my water softener drain tube got kinked, the system blew up and shot the little pellets all through my pipes. For three years I've been telling different plumbers, contractors, and handyman that my shower water is dirty. They look at me like I have two noses. I've now gone through four water softeners, three water heaters, and two shower fixtures. None of it fixed the problem. Was not happy with Tony's service charge. They changed a valve on the toilet and water heater, which the water heater was not leaking and charged close to $900. The valves costs less than $100. We inquired and the said they do not charge by the hour. Only that they 'charge each job more or less'. My sister is elderly and didn't know what she was signing for on the estimate.
