We called to get an estimate for our hot water heater to be repaired. We had contacted the manufacturer for the parts as it was still under warranty. It wasn't urgent, but we wanted to get it done. They were able to come the next day. 30 minutes prior to arrival time they called and asked if they could come early as they had finished the prior appointment. They were professional, educated us on what needed to be done and very helpful. It was a smooth process. We would call them again if needed. read more

Saved my day! I phoned and the owner "Hector" answered immediately. He was able to arrive within 3 hours. The estimate he provided was very reasonable, Hector broke down the labor details, and the hardware I would or perhaps would NOT need. He and his worker arrived Covid Ready with masks, gloves and shoe covers. He repaired my faucet and saved me a ton of money! I was able to get away with spending LESS than I could of spent. This is due to Hector's knowledge and complete understanding of my situation. He is sharp and I would definitely hire this business again. Bilingual too, which I think is a plus. Coincidentally, last week I did phone him again regarding my low water pressure problem. We scheduled an appt and he showed up, again, on time. Hector gave me tips on how I can fix it myself. He did not charge me for this visit which is unheard of. Complete Plumbing restored my faith in humanity. Support your local small business. read more

First of all, when setting up the appointment for the consultation, Hector was super friendly and set me up for all the expectations. Once he came out and assessed our plumbing damage within our crawl space, the problem came down to previous tenants trying to patch up a cracked plumbing pipes with some cheap covering materials and paste. This cause all drainage to get stuck between the cracks and causing a major backup, flooding and nasty odor. Hector was quickly able to get the supplies he needed and immediately serviced our home. They came in with masks and continually kept their distance while explaining everything he was doing. The flooding in my shower has been fixed and I can now resume using my home. I totally recommend Complete Plumbing & Drain Specialist from just quickly identifying the problem and immediately working on the solution. Thank you Hector and Miguel. Service was much appreciated. read more

Complete Plumbing & Drain Specialist - This is the plumbing piped that were previously cheaply repaired and that Hector was quickly able to replace. - Plumbing Near Me

Very pleasant experience. Worker arrived on time and was very friendly. He was able to fix the problem quickly. Great customer service!

A different company(corporation) informed us that our water heater likely had a broken temperature sensor, so we called this company to fix it because they installed it about 2 years ago. Within a minute or two of arriving to inspect the water heater, he knew it was NOT the water heater, but suspected a leaking pipe somewhere under the house. He and his coworker use shoe covers without us asking him to. I mentioned the possibility of the leak being one of the toilets that we know was hooked up improperly during construction over 30 years ago. Even though he knew it was a leak under the house and not this toilet, he still patiently checked it, thoroughly too-not just one look, and it wasn't leaking. Long story short, he was right, he and his coworker found the leak in a hot water pipe under the house, letting out steaming hot water through a 1mm round pinhole. Not only was he on time, he came 10 minutes EARLY-AND had it repaired within 2 hours! One hour and 41 minutes total, I looked on our security cameras to be sure of the time. I was surprised to have people who were unexpectedly considerate and careful. They are professional and respectful. He deserves to be charging twice what he does charge, and is worth it. Thank you for going above and beyond, and doing a wonderful job Hector and Miguel! read more

I had a great experience with Complete Plumbing & Drain Specialist. My water heater finally gave out late one weekday afternoon. I reached out and set up an appointment for them to come out and evaluate the same day. They showed up on time, evaluated the situation, and provided me with a quote. They quickly removed the old system, procured a new water heater, and installed the new water heater within five hours. Additionally, they took care of the permit required to do the water heater swap and met with the city inspector. Everything went smooth and I would highly recommend Complete Plumbing & Drain Specialist for all your plumbing needs. read more

We've only been moved into our new house in Tracy a few weeks, when we noticed we had two leaks underneath our kitchen sink tonight... it must have been leaking for a while. Everything beneath the sink was wet... we called for a plumber at 7pm on a Friday night, and Hector showed up within the hour! He fixed both leaks and installed a new faucet for us! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely call them again for our future plumbing needs. The kids are already back to doing the dishes! read more

Hector did an excellent job. He arrived to my house within an hour of me calling him for a problem with my water heater. He fixed the issue promptly and went above and beyond by checking the manufacturer warranty on items that may go out in the future. After replacing a missing part he even went to a family members house to check on her water heater as well. He already serves my parents whenever they have a plumbing or water heater issue so he's got the whole family to appreciate him now. read more

The service is superb. I called assistance on drain issue in patio this morning, Hector answered promptly and after listening to the problem, he explained how he would diagnose and set expectation/estimated cost clearly. Once I decided to have their service, they came quickly even it still rained. They tried all options and kept me updated. Although we could not get exact root cause to fix since the process would be involved with similar diagnosis of drainage in neighbors' patios which cannot be carried out now, I am very satisfied with their work and Hector also spoke to my HOA assistant to give her his analysis and suggestion so she can escalate and find built-contractor to get stormwater drain system info. In the meantime Hector gave me the workaround to get ready for next heavy rain. I really appreciated their full efforts to help as much as they can and they truly provided an impressive customer service. Thanks Hector and your teammate, and I'd like to recommend the service to others! read more

Had an issue with a water leak in slab. Called Complete Plumbing & Drain and Spoke with Hector who was able to come the next day to inspect and give an estimate for repair. Repair was scheduled as soon as possible. Hector and Luis showed up on time as scheduled Hector explained to me the steps they need to take for repairs and updated me to findings. I needed to have the laundry box and water valves replaced which they did. They completed the job and cleaned up after themselves. That evening The water in the kitchen sink was not flowing through. I called Hector and They came out first thing in the morning. More than happy to say that it was not due to work done but because of a clogged hose on faucet, which they fixed for me. I don't use social media to often or even at all but i thought good work deserves good praise. I would recommend Complete Plumbing & Drain Specialist to anyone with plumbing issues and/or concerns. I feel like Hector and Luis take pride in the work they due and it showed.. And the cost of repairs were reasonable. This is a business card that will be kept on hand. Thanks again... read more

Let me just start off by saying I'm doing a renovation of rental property 90 minutes away from where I live, so it's important to find reliable business owners and contractors who are reliable, competent, affordable and do not waste my time. During this reno, I had leaking of the water heater that required immediate attention. Hector responded quickly, and was scheduled to come the next day. He kept in communication throughout the process, explained my options to replace the water heater, and offered additional safeguards that would save me future repairs or damage in the future. He was so thorough. His follow up was exceptional! He led me through the inspection process. I've called Hector for another repair at the property, and once again he exceeded my expectations. Hector was referred to me by clean up company.. I had a broken pipe under kitchen sink as well as a leak under the toilet. He was professional and punctual and very understanding. He did a quality thorough job. Hector understood I was on a budget and was very conservative with my cost without being pushy or judgmental. On the day he came out to examine the area I was at work, he was very patient while having to call me multiple times to explain in detail what needed to be done And had been understanding when I had to place him on hold a few times. Even had a moment in the late afternoon to talk with me about some concerns I had regarding a recent repair a week later. Came all the way out a couple days after just to look over everything and to reassure me about the repair, and the best part he guarantees his work for a year. I would highly recommend this company... I will definitely call Hector again with any plumbing issues that I may have in the future.. read more
