A couple of weeks ago, my child turned on the bath faucet with too much force, and sheered the handle completely off. So I had to turn off the water main until it could get fixed, because otherwise the water would just run full blast. I had a pretty significant plumbing issue that was causing sewage to back up into my downstairs shower. I called several plumbers. Some companies didn't answer their phone. One couldn't get out until Friday and wanted to charge me a fee over the phone to confirm the appointment. Jesus answered the phone on the first call. He explained that it was a busy day, but considering the urgency, he would fit me in between 6 - 8 pm. He also told me that if he could, he would come out earlier and would call me to let me know. He ended up calling me back to tell me he could get to me within an hour. By then, I ended up finding another plumber that could come out sooner, but I appreciate the time he took to answer my call, his willingness to fit me in at the end of his busy day and his follow through to get to me earlier. Jesus is a good dude. I had a water main line into my house crack and start spraying water so I had to shut off the main valve which stopped the flow of water into my house Sunday evening. I was unable to use any water in my house at all. Jesus was able to come out early Monday morning and repair it. Not only did he repair it but he upgraded it and improved the system so that if the pipe ever leaked again I can shut off a secondary valve to stop the leaking outside while still having water come into the house. Our water heater sprung a leak overnight. Our plumber we normally used retired so I decided to get on yelp and send out a request for plumbers. Tracy rooter responded right away and had two technicians at my door at 8am the next morning. They gave a very reasonable price to install a new 50 gallon water heater, but we decided it was time for a tankless water heater. I have hired to Jesus to fix the water leaks the near water meter infront of the house. Without diagnosis the problem he quoted $$$ and replace the coupling and he said it is fixed. There are more leaks after he has done the work. He wants to pay more to investigate and fix. " DO NOT HIRE HIM". He will say first that I will fix it but once hire him he will try charge every single problem he creates. Even if you are ready to pay he won't do it because he knows what the damage he has done at your site. POOR QUALITY of the work. I spend the time and money for hiring him but work is incomplete. I needed to replace a garden hose that popped a hole and in the process of removing the garden hose I realized I needed someone with the right tools, so I called Tracy Rooter and immediately spoke with Jesus. I told him the problem and he came out the same day within a few hours. It is such a hot day and he never complained and finally was able to remove the hose which needed a couple of pipe wrenches to remove. He even stayed and helped me roll up the new garden hose.
