Soon became suspicious about him even showing up at all to clean hot tub. I asked that he leave me a note so I would know that he'd come to clean the hot tub. He insisted on sending pics instead. I agreed to this but the majority of the time he'd forget to send them. Joey is not dependable, has a lame excuse when confronted about his no shows, had to be constantly reminded to clean the filters and to drain the spa. Water level would be extremely low and I'd have to ask him to fill it and then he'd over fill it. He'd often leave and forget to close the cover of spa. When confronted about it, he'd deny doing it. Brand new hot tub had a crack in it. Do you think he said anything? The foam beads in the cover were falling into water. Did he say anything? No on both. Only after I told him the Spa company was picking it up for repairs did he tell me he noticed the crack and foam beads in spa. After his last no show, I called and of course had to listen to his excuses about his car AGAIN. I tried to be nice and told him I understood things happened but all I asked for was that he send me a text telling me he wasn't coming. He agreed and was very apologetic and said he would be here the following day. Damn if he doesn't show up again. This time he doesn't answer his phone. Done with him and suggest anyone considering hiring him really take the time to read the previous reviews on this guy.

The saltwater pool turned a not so pretty shade of green just in time for St Patrick's Day. Another pool tech highly recommended TC Pools for ongoing maintenance. Thankfully, Tom was up for the challenge and restored the pool to its former glory. Saltwater pools require an expert to keep them looking good and TC Pools is that expert for me.
