If you like having communication with a contractor during a project forget it you will have to initiate/hound and may or may not get a response. If you ask... with what they think are too many questions... they will get annoyed and things get worse. Once you pay them the second big deposit work starts slowing down. We have had very nice days when they show up for an hour and leave and don't return for days or a week or more. If you opt for a concrete pool deck watch out for getting the Cool Crete they offer as the finish is very very rough on bare feet and inconsistent texture. Understand work defined in the contract and monitor what has been accomplished. We had $3,600 worth of work that required credit on the next payment we had to bring to their attention. With our project they didn't keep accurate records of color selections and asked us at least two times what we had chosen. If you don't want your yard to become an ashtray with cigarette butts all over tell them from the beginning. During the final hookups the autofill line was leaking because a 90 degree PVC connector was not connected properly or glued. Had to come back after 2 attempts of cleaning up plaster splatters and repaint most of the pool deck. I had to ask when salt generator was going to be connected and chemicals checked and adjusted. Also still waiting on final invoice of total cost which the Homeowner Insurance Company wants along with final inspection and survey. These are the guys... in order... Tim, Brad and David did a very professional job in replacing bowed post and providing a solid structure for the post to rest on , so weigh would be evenly distributed through out the entire three floor structures. It was…read moreshort notice but I needed the sink area disconnected and the garbage disposal removed the next day and to come back 24 hours to install a new faucet set, new under-sink filter system, and reinstall the garbage disposal. Kevin was on time to remove the garbage disposal and disconnect what the countertop installers needed to disconnect. Kevin returned 24 hours later. He installed the new Faucets and Filter system. He ran into a problem with the old disposal, it was too big. He had a brand new on his truck, at a very reasonable cost. Kevin was professional, cleaned up after himself, was very personable, and was efficient and was complete in a short time. The cost was outstanding in total, both days and the new garbage disposal was less than $300.
