I'm in disbelief…read more... I have a pre-drilled 75 Gal aquarium tank and was in a bit of a bind with my API Filstar XP canister filter which had a bad impeller and the water flow was poor. While looking for a replacement part, I found out that this filter was discontinued and replacement parts are scarce to non-existent.  I purchased a Fluval Canister filter but found out that it was not compatible with the existing plumbing.  Facing the propects of having to do a replumb, and not knowing where to start, and what parts I would need, I decided to google search for companies that could perform this service.   I called MK Aquarium and Kevin answered.  He took the time to understand my issue.  What I really appreciated about Kevin is that he decided that I could save money by doing the work myself AND he would be willing to walk me through how to do it.  Candidly, I was shocked and touched by this act of kindness from a business owner. Kevin was on the phone with me, answered all my messages and I was able to get it done.  My tank is up and running with no issues so far. As with any act of kindness, I'm playing it forward.  Anyone that is willing to assist a total stranger is high character in my book and it speaks volumes about the company itself.  If you need aquarium services , I strongly recommend you reach out MK and Kevin because they are going to be honest and fair..Thank you Kevin for the huge assist.

I only had a few days to book since my friend's schedule is super packed, and Bryan was quick to respond. He was very professional, moved quickly, and was patient. I didn't have any photos of the actual fish tank, but he agreed to come out and help. Once he arrived, he could spot a few areas that needed improvement and repair. He jumped right in! Plus, the family had extra tubes, a filter, and I had no idea what any of those were. He communicated well with me and my friend throughout the whole process and went above and beyond. The before and after photos are incredible! Plus, he cleaned up after himself, and it looked like he wasn't even there! Definitely someone to hire.
