Isaiah , Brandon, Mannie and Jessie showed up and showed out. Truly skilled professionals. We needed our three toilets replaced. The one in the master bath was leaking down to the first floor. The tile floor in that area had to be replaced. First the original tile had to be removed along with the sub-floor and supporting beams. The ceiling sheetrock downstairs had to be replaced. Watching them work on this project prompted us to ask if they would replace our bathroom faucets and shower heads. They also recalked our master bath shower and replaced our attic access door/ladder that was in the ceiling. All this work took a week. We never felt uncomfortable with all the time they spent coming in and out of our home. We will definitely use them again.

Project: Water Heater Installation…read more Alex was professional, arrived on time, extremely experienced and polite. He was scheduled for a repair on various items relating to gas. After the diagnosis, he made a few recommendations ... not an upsale but a requirement due to the age of the unit. Ultimately, a new water heater was installed plus other items. The project was completed in a timely manner. They cleaned up nice and hauled away everything. After a few months, the inspector reported the water heater was manufactured in 2005 and hence, out of warranty. I contacted Alex and he responded. It turned out the inspector made an error which resulted with incorrect information. The unit was manufactured in 2025. This goes to show you Alex will not ghost you after the work was installed and invoice was fully paid. He will help you with whatever you need after the work has been done and paid for. Well we've got plumbing guys - Ell-Dee Plumbing. When you read the reviews on here and on Google, you'll read words like "honest", and "fair", "hard working", and "trust worthy"... ALL TRUE. Our hot water heater went out 2 weekends before Thanksgiving; we called Steven on that Monday totally expecting for him to come out Tuesday already, but he was actually apologetic that he couldn't make it on the same day I called. So we agreed upon 9AM the next day, he comes out, assesses the situation, and then talked us through all the options from least to most expensive, short term vs. long term fixes, and best and worst case scenarios... very thorough and transparent. We opted to replace the old water heater we had (it was 14 years old anyway), and he had the new one installed by 2:00P that afternoon, all clean and up to code! Thanks, Steven! But that's not all... So a week later, the day before Thanksgiving, we noticed a puddle slowly forming on the garage floor. Immediately called Ell-Dee and left a message, with-in 15 minutes we get a call back from Steven who is about to leave town (it is the holidays) telling us that he's sending Joe over to check things out. Joe shows up, assesses the situation, gets our permission to open up a wall possibly two, and finds the leak that had probably been leaking for years but had been plugged up with sediment that we probably never even noticed it. Less than an hour later, leak fixed, shiny new copper pipe in place. Thanks, Joe! That's right, twice within 2 weeks. I ended up having Texas James plumbing fix a gushing leak made by Andrew, I was losing a gallon every 5 seconds. Fixed that leak so well a leak somewhere else came out, I had gotten the year pro plan thankfully, so I got a whole house inspected, and then that's when I knew with everything they found. I will need to repipe the whole house. Main issue was Andrew using pex pipes and connecting to very old pipes causing them to crack , no couplings, with nothing but push together shark bites. Not one plumber tool was used. Referring to my pictures I added. Have you seen a plumber secure pipe with duct tape? Me either. I would like to specially thank Shawn The Great, Zane, Nash, and Will. I appreciate the great company you guys brought to my whole house. I have now ease of mind knowing that every thing I have to worry about when it comes to plumbing was done by the best hands around. Great customer service and top tier quality work. I'm not going to say they're cheap, that'd be an injustice to their high end quality work. Great work with a great price. You can beat their price easily of course, but I highly doubt you'd be able to beat the work they show up and do. My cheaper option put hot on the right side and cold on the left. When I called out the outrageous price, they dropped it to $420, more than a 50% reduction, without any real justification. I addressed the issue with the office to be helpful and Christy, the owner's wife, dismissed my concerns with spiteful remarks rather than questioning why their plumber dramatically changed the price. She mentioned her husband but didn't acknowledge the blatant pricing manipulation happening under their business. In the end, I had the issue fixed for just $97 elsewhere. It's clear that this company is out to scam innocent people who may not know better. If you care about fair pricing and transparency, I would strongly advise against using this company.

The other plumbers had said they were going to need to cut holes in the wall to try and find the leak. We so appreciate the fact that Knights was honest and transparent with us and let us know the best course of action for us would be to call on the leak detection experts saving us time, headaches, and money.
