We just had our whole house repiped from galvanized to pex and couldn't be happier with Colin, Jeff, and the two crews that completed the work. They were able to give us a same day quote and they were straightforward with the pricing/what they could offer without being pushy. We probably got six or seven quotes over a few days and these guys offered the best deal by far. Since we were heading out of town in a few days, we were expecting the work to be done when we returned, but we were happy to learn they were available to start the next day. The crew that did the plumbing work was on time, friendly, walked us through everything they were doing, and cleaned up after they were finished. The next day the sheetrock crew came in and did quality work in less than a full day. They were also on time and left the house clean. Colin, the manager, even came by at the end of the project to check on everything and make sure we were happy. The entire job took two days. We seriously couldn't be happier and can't imagine it could have went any smoother. Repipe specialists in the Katy Texas area uses contractors not their own employees. The price seems reasonable but it's not. Aqueduct Plumbing was the contractor that installed everything. They charge half for the same job. Don't mention Repipe Specialists just call and ask for a quote. You will save big money going direct. The guy selling for Repipe does well because it's a scary hard job and the customer automatically thinks we'll it's a huge undertaking so I guess that's the price. No it's not. We contracted with RE Pipe specialists to replace the plumbing in our home in the Woodlands Tx that was built in 1984 and experience a major addition and upgrading in 1995. The copper tubing was deteriorating rapidly. We had spent a large amount of money repairing the plumbing and decided it was time to do something more drastic. Everyone that Repipe contracted to do the work were exceptional, much more than I expected and truly good, in every regard. They respected our home as a home and not a work site. They cleaned after themselves, they did as little damage as anyone would hope. They were timely, polite and respectful. I could not have interviewed and assembled a better bunch of people. Worst experience. I had my pipes repiped at the beginning of 2024. Sales rep Chris Archer scheduled me. No one came at the scheduled time I wait 40 mins and tried calling Chris. He didn't answer so I called the people who were supposed to come. They told me I was not on their schedule. Apparently repiping specialists use other plumbing companies to do the work from what I can tell. Apparently they never had received my request from Chris. Chris got back to me and finally got another company to come out. They did the install and were tearing walls to get copper pipes out if only it was worth it to them because when I called their office to let them know they didn't remove all the old piping they said they don't remove old piping which is funny because they did in spots where they could take more of the copper piping out. They didn't tie pipes down correctly because I hear tapping noises from pipes. They didn't screw in the pipes nice where it comes out of the wall. I was originally told by Chris that all the knobs would be replaced with the new half turn ones. That didn't happen. The drywall work was done so crappy a lot of parts the wall sticks out and they didn't even cover it well. When I told the drywall guys if pipes are supposed to come out of the walls at angles they said it isn't their job the plumbers should have tighten the black plastic thing. I spent way too much money for crappy work. Had I known repiping specialist uses third party plumbers I would have researched myself and picked my own. I thought since their name was repiping specialist that they were. Keep in mind I decided to repipe my house after copper pipes had busted in the Texas winter storm 2021. To this day every time I see the work quality I get pissed. When I called and text chris he said "that is how it is supposed to be". I contacted Repipe specialist to come give us an estimate for whole house repiping. They sent out a guy who of course was very nice but really didn't tell us the complete truth. The first group of guys they sent out were very friendly and respectful. They explained everything to us as they started working. They were finished in one day. Then on the following Monday the next group of guys showed up to do the Sheetrock repair. They were rude and did a horrible job. I could have done a better job myself. It looks like a kid did it. They left the biggest mess got Sheetrock all over my sheets on my bed. Left big blobs of the mixture on my carpet in several spots. They had to do work behind my washing machine instead of moving it out they leaned over it to fix the wall behind it and scratched my washing machine real bad. We have a new refrigerator and they walked by with their ladder and left a big scratch on the front of the refrigerator. These people were not professional at all. You could tell that doing a good job wasn't what they were here to do. There are a lot of repipe companies so I suggest you choose someone besides Repipe Specialist if you want a good job done. Had a terrible experience with the job . I had a horrible time trying to get all the water from a pipe they forgot to work on. I called Chris Archer and he kept trying to say he has the Best workers, but when I asked if they checked all the pipes before they left my house, he said yes but if they would have checked the pipes there shouldn't have been a issue. I have a HUGE pool under my bath tub and I'm sure my foundation is going to need worked on as well . I Paid 9000.00$ just to get a horrible job and he honestly sounded like he didn't want to work on the pipes again which is fine . I just wouldn't recommend these guys and if you do make sure YOU check for leakes before they leave or you will be left on your own . We repiped as a preventative measure for leaks as our pipes are from the late 60s and also because when I thinking of drinking from the tap, I decided the pipe on the right would make a better straw. Very happy with the entire process. This is a house with pipes from the 60s, and we wanted to repipe everything before it became urgent. We had a short window for the project. Repipe Specialists gave us a fair estimate (more than some others, but the estimate included patching all of the dry walls when done which weren't in the other bids), set up financing, did all of the work in a day or two, and then coordinated with the city to make sure they would be there during the inspection. The best part about the process was the near immediate response from the office to my request for more information, the consultation set up, and to conversation with the sales rep. The salesman showed up 4 hours late, but Omar was very thorough in his communication. However, the rest was sub par. The salesman is not the team doing the work, and made it seems like this was going to be a very minor inconvenience that would take just 3 days. The team actually doing the work did show up on time on the scheduled day. But, this is a sub contractor to Repipe Specialist called AquaDuct. Nowhere on any of their literature did it mention this and nowhere on their website does it indicate this in pictures or text. There was only one worker who spoke enough English to do the walk through, but he was more of a worker and not someone I would call an on-site foreman or project manager, so it was very challenging to communicate even with my broken Spanish. The job took all day and into the night, finally finishing around 7:30PM. I also found out they had just come from Dallas, getting back at 3AM and very little sleep, to do my house. The preparation that I "thought" I had to do based on guidance from the sales rep was no where near enough, requiring a lot more work to move things the day of. I realized this was going to be a lot of intrusive work, but I was caught off guard by the lack of communication of expectations so I could have planned better. The amount of dust and debris was incredible, and it had to stay like that with our house a mess for days until the inspector could make it out. The next morning when it was lighter was when we realized just how much we missed in the "walkthrough" in the dark the night before, like flipping the hot and cold water plumbing. It was fixed, but more delays. The sheetrock team was a different subcontracted team and only showed up with one person to put the house back together. I knew this was going to be a mess, and ultimately resulted in a longer day for one guy to finish and requiring yet another day for the plaster guy to mud in the walls and texture. Only one guy on each day to do that work! And the last guy was surprised that he had to take down all the plastic and floor coverings. I had to provide a broom and dust pan for him to do a cursory cleaning and I had to put the plastic out in the trash myself. To add to that, no one showed up to verify the work had been completed to my satisfaction, and up to their standards. I had to spend the next two days sweeping, dusting, and vacuuming. In the end, the work was done, so if you want your old pipes replaced and don't care about communication, planning, preparation, cleanliness, or closeout/checkups and all done by sub contractors who speak very little English, then by all means this is your team. read more

8/24. we we not happy with the work that was done on my mom's house. The company cut 5 holes in the bathroom. The repair job was terrible. we have been trying to get someone out to look at what has been done to the bathroom. My mom is 90yrs old and they left the washer and dryer pulled out and she had no way to push it back in place. After a call to the company they returned the call 3 weeks later saying they could not push the appliances back in place. Now they are arguing with her about the job in the bathroom and won't come out to talk to her about the mess they made of the walls. They also left the bathroom full of dirt and parts of the wall. I hired Repipe Specialists to repipe my home. They never disclosed that they sub the work out. They sent a 20 year old to do the repipe from Aqueduct Plumbing. He fell through my ceiling and cut holes through the inside tile walls in both bathrooms and left it this way. He also cut holes through the opposite side walls. There was no reason to destroy the tile side walls. So to this day I can see all of the pipe in the showers since there are holes in the walls. The guest bath wall has a hole 19" across and 18" high. The salesman said they were supposed to fill the holes with hardiebacker. So how do I match the tile? Two of the outside hose bibs move. One side to side the other up and down. My galvanized pipe was solid. It didn't move when the hose was attached. The sheetrock in the hall bathroom is bowed out. They inserted a board and sheetrocked over it. A level won't sit flat. The sheetrock guy left all of the wall debris behind my washing machine for me to clean up. I invited the Owner of Aqueduct Plumbing to come to my home to survey the damage done by his employees. He refused. Repipe Specialists sent a second contractor, EPW Services, to fix the hose bib work of the first. They came and cut holes in the sheetrock in two bathrooms. In one bathroom they cut out an entire square, then put the sheetrock square back and put blue tape all around it to hold it in place. They left and never returned to fix the sheetrock they damaged. I asked why they cut a line in the sheetrock above another toilet (40" up from the floor). They said they would have to remove the toilet in order to move the outside hose bib up and they didn't think they could put the toilet back. So they were planning to move the outside hose bib up 40" instead of the normal 26" because they didn't want to dislodge the toilet. Picture my hose going up the siding just under a window. They brought 2x4's to install in the walls. They brought the wrong pipe which was not covered by the warranty. They wanted to break more tile to install the 2x4 behind the master shower wall. They stated that they cut the square hole, 13"x13 1/2", in the sheetrock in the wrong place. Both subcontractors were fined by The State Board of Plumbing Examiners. Per the board, Aqueduct Plumbing, "Violate a state law, plumbing code or municipal ordinance within any geographical location; willfully, negligently or arbitrarily violate a municipal rule or ordinance that regulates sanitation, drainage or plumbing by failure to obtain permit". And the other one, EPW, "Violate a state law, plumbing code or municipal ordinance within any geographical location; willfully, negligently or arbitrarily violate a municipal rule or ordinance that regulates sanitation, drainage or plumbing by improper installation". Repipe Specialists, JD, won't return my phone calls and won't respond to my emails. My neighbor paid less for their repipe job using a local company and ended up with beautiful work. I didn't list all of the damage Repipe Specialists did to my home. No, I would not recommend them to anyone. read more

If I could give them a negative rating I would. I hired Repipe Specialists of Texas on 05/13/21 to replace my existing galvanized pipes with PEX. Everything associated with the job was subbed out to other contractors. Including the plumbing performed by Courtesy Plumbing and the sheetrock repair by a private individual. The work was started early and completed late (21:30) on 06/14/21. During the process, the Courtesy Plumbing crew cut my existing ¼ inch Reverse Osmosis (RO) water line connected to my refrigerator and connected the ice maker to their newly installed PEX line, containing city water. Unbeknownst to me, they then stuffed the severed RO line back into the wall and moved the refrigerator back into place against the wall. I never asked them to even touch my RO system and they never mentioned anything about issues to me. The contract acknowledges that there is an existing ¼ RO refrigerator line. Why would they cut it? Why would I want ice made from city water when I have been using RO water for the last 15 years? Repipe Specialists are the supposed professionals, correct? I'm certain that I'm not the only household with an existing RO line connected to the refrigerator icemaker. After water was restored to the house and the crew left after 21:30, the RO system gradually came back on line. The RO system began producing water overnight into my wall instead of to my icemaker as originally connected. The water leaked all over the Oak flooring in my living room, ruining the floor. I had no idea this was going on overnight until I woke up at 07:00am the next morning to find water all over the Oak floor. I rang Repipe Specialists on 06/15/21 to alert them and they denied any liability, stating that they did not do anything wrong. I ended up having to a claim with my insurance company for water remediation and a new floor. My deductible was $3820 or 1% of the insured house value. I'm asking Repipe Specialists to reimburse my deductible along with any court costs to me immediately. read more

First the salesman(Jeff Potter) told us what he needed to sell the job. A lot of LIES. First- Once they sell the job, no one from Repipe Specialists is on the job. They sub out the job. They would have a supervisor with them to walk the job and show them what to do and should be done around 5:30. NO They showed up with no supervisor, in regular clothes. The supervisor from another company (not Repipe Specialists) came by about 3:45 because there was stuff they would not do so we called the the salesman. The salesman called there company and called told the supervisor it was in the contact. Well they left at 8:45 PM and they did not complete the job. That crew was not trained very well as per the Repipe Specialists salesman told us us. They used black marker to mark wear they going or not going to cut holes. Did not remove the marks were they did not cut the holes. Very poor workmanship. The supervisor from EPW Sean came and complete the work they did not do. Do not use Repipe Specialists!!!! read more

Wish I can give them zero stars We contacted this company on Feb 26 after our pipes busted due to the winter freeze in Houston. No one ever called back. I continued calling them until finally, I was able to get in touch with them. They scheduled an onsite estimate with a salesperson by the name of Je Patrick Moor. On the day of the onsite estimate, the salesperson called and advised that he could not make it because of a dental issue and provided us a quote for a recipe based on the drops we have in the home. The salesperson advised us that he has availability for March 29. and in order to secure that spot, we had to pay a 10% deposit ($699.00) We paid the deposit and scheduled the job for March 29th. On the day of the Job no one called us to confirm arrival and after many phone calls I was finally able to reach the salesperson. He advised that another company will be contacting me. Finally, 2 hours later a company by the name of EMS contacted me to advise that they will need to reschedule for the following Friday due to the fact that they have other jobs. I contacted the salesperson and advised him that we have already waited for a month and a half without water and that this is unacceptable. He said that he is on the phone with his dentists and there is nothing he can if the crew is ill and cannot do the job. I explained to him that that is not the case and that they were overbooked. The least they could do is contact us and let us know not wait for the day of the installation and call us two hours later. He said he very much doubts that is the case and will have his Manager call and he will call us right back- - He never called us back. The company they contracted EMS called back I talked to Ben he advised us that they are overbooked They are not The repipe Specialists They are a local company He assured us that if we can be patient and wait for Friday April 1st the job will get done, He came by the house to check the pipes, He advised us that the repiping will take place on Friday, April 2nd, Inspection will be done Monday, April 5th and wall patching will be done Tuesday, April 6th I advised him that I already took a day off work and will need to schedule these other 3 days and to please let me know in advance of any changes. I also let him know that I had no idea that the Repipe Specialists broker the jobs out. Joe led us to believe they were a plumbing company and never mentioned another company coming to do the job. He assured me that this time the job will be done on schedule and to our satisfaction Today Friday, April 2, 2021- Once again no one called, and no one showed up to do the job. I called EMS and talked to Mark who advised me that The Repipe Specialist canceled the job late last night and to call the salesperson. I told him that we were guaranteed and that I took another 3 days off work. He said there is nothing he can do. We have no contract with EMS and I need to deal with The Repipe Co in CA I called the Salesperson Joe. He was very rude said there was an issue with the ownership of the house I asked him what the issue is since we own the home for over 35 years and everything was properly signed. He said it was a mix-up on their side (another excuse) AND since this job is a pain in the ass and that if I want to cancel I can. He has over 400 customers he can put in my place and good luck in finding a plumber for 6 months and hung up. No resolution was offered and once again I was lied to. I called The Repipe Specialist's main number and advised them of the situation I was told that a manager will call me right back - No one called. Called back again and spoke to a sales manager who explains that the job was canceled because we are not the owners of the home. I went on HCAD tax records and emailed him a snapshot that we are the owners of the home ( for over 35 years ) . Then he said that the email address that the contract was emailed to was not the owner's email ...... Once again wrong information . First and foremost I was not aware that The Repipe Specialists was nothing but a broker that books the jobs and sells it to a local plumber of their choice. There is no way to know who the plumber and any agreement discussed with the salesperson are not made with the actual people doing the job- So there is absolutely no accountability. This company has the worst customer service. They are disrespectful and treat their customers like trash. There is absolutely no communication from them once the deposit is collected. Their subcontractors just do not show up without any consideration to the days taken off work and the fact that we are without proper water and plumbing for a month and a half. They are located in CA and hire local salespeople who are rude and disrespectful. They are still holding my deposit after they canceled the Job and have not issued a refund. Repipe Specialists Review 11/20/2022 I will preface this to state that I know no one, nor have any connections to anyone associated with 'Repipe Specialists'. I learned of them though research, and from advertising on "The Michael Berry Show"... I had been reading, and thinking, about replacing the water lines in our house for two reasons. One reason being that our piping was galvanized and 45 years old. The second reason was the hard freeze in 2021, and damages caused by bursting water lines, due mostly to no power. I did not want a "cheap" job for a "cheap price". I knew of people who had this repair done "cheaper", and they had leaks after wards, causing damages. Having had my home (in another life) flooded once, I pray to never have it happen again. On 10-31-22 we had a 'Repipe Specialist' "Sales Manager" (Josh Hughes) come to the house for a quote to have our old, galvanized piping, replaced with the "PEX" tubing. He showed up on time, walked me around the inside and outside of the house explaining some issues that were already showing SMALL seepage around several fittings under the kitchen and bathroom cabinets... Josh Hughes did a great job in explaining how the work would be done... through more discussion I came to agree on the price for this work, and all that it would entail... 11/4/2022: At 7:30 AM sub-contractors (Jody) here with two young guys (JJ and Damen), to do all the re-pipe in the house. Kitchen (sink, dishwasher & refrigerator), Washroom (water heater and washing machine), Master Bathroom (toilet, shower, sinks), Guest Bath (toilet, tub and shower, sink)... also, re-piping the outside hose bibs, and adding one at the back of the house. Water off at 8:30 AM. They pulled the dishwasher out, and the refrigerator out, the washing machine out... Cut square holes in the wall of guest bedroom to access the water lines to guest bathroom, and another hole for the outside hose bib. Cut holes in sheetrock in master bedroom for access to master bathroom sinks, and outside faucet. Water lines were pressure tested at "80 psi" for over 1/2 hour and was told that there was no drop in the pressure... assuring that the lines would not leak water. I took their word on this... did not see it personally. The crew (Jody, JJ, and Damen) seemed to work together very well, and seemed to make the flow or work go well. They were all very cordial, and well mannered, and BUSY. I was impressed with their work ethics, and think that they are a credit to themselves, and Repipe Specialists. I was especially impressed with Jody and his work ethics, and leadership... So far NO LEAKS, and I am keeping my fingers crossed with winter coming up. Water was back on at 5:00 PM!!! Next step, having all the holes in the sheetrock patched and textured. (I would paint) 11/5/2022: (Saturday) RePipe Specialist contract employee (Will) called to say that "they" would be here today around 12 to 1 PM to patch up all the holes and texture. Will & John got here at 1:30PM. All patching has been done and we will paint in a couple of days. They left at about 5:30 PM. Both Will and John were very cordial, professional, and worked quickly, patching and re-texturing all holes in the walls. All in all, as of today, this experience with 'Repipe Specialists' was better than I had thought it would be... I can't say enough about this company. The overall quality of products used and the installation team was amazing! Their service is top notch! They put covers down on all my floors, taped off where they were working and my house was left completely clean. The foreman walked through the whole job with me to go over everything before and after completion. The company has great policies & procedures in place that they follow to make sure there are no leaks and that everything is done right. You didn't address the trash left behind and disrespect to our home. When they dug the line outside, they had the choice to throw dirt in the yard(right next to digging) or in our landscape rocks. I hired Repipe Specialists in February and as time passes problems surface with the work that they did. First they used cheap material and I didn't get what I was promised. I was promised color coded pipes, red for hot water and blue for cold water, well I didn't get that, which confused the re modelers working on my house. About a month ago the master bedroom flooded due to a pipe that was broken because it was tighten to much. I called Repipe Specialists since the work was under warranty and and they told me that they could not come out right away and they had to put it on their schedule. In the meantime my master bedroom was a river because of the flood. The flood ruined my bedroom furniture which I had to throw away. I called a plumber and payed over $450.00 to have the pipe replaced correctly because of the sloppy work that Repipe Specialists did. I reported this to them and they told me that once another plumber is called out, the warranty is voided, even though they would not come out immediately while the water was gushing out. Had I known what this company was all about I would have never used them. The plumbers I called had a five star rating and excellent references and they did a fantastic job and told me that they could have done the repiping for half of what Repipe Specialists charged. I hope this helps if you decide to hire this company, just be ready for unexpected surprises. read more

I called customer service and they said the were sorry to lose our business over such a "small" concern. I told the guy that I didn't think their customers' health was a small concern and he started talking about how people have different opinions about masks. Repipe Specialists relocated the plumbing from the slab in the home of an elderly relative of mine. Although the sales rep, Jeff Potter, promised the relative the moon (as did the advertisements and brochures), after the contract was signed, Jeff couldn't be reached. Repipe Specialists subcontracted the work out to a local plumbing company in San Antonio and then proceeded to pull the plumber off of the job consistently, which resulted in the process taking MUCH longer than promised. Several observations: Although Repipe Specialists told relative that relative could reside in the home while the work was being performed, relative was asked to relocate. The Repipe contractor didn't show up on the agreed upon start date, and days later attempted to enter the home at night and work overnight (until 5 am the next morning). The neighbors called the police, who indicated that this was a violation of the permit. The subcontractor, it appears, didn't have the resources nor the manpower (and perhaps not even the intention)to complete the job timely. On top of delays, there are construction errors that need to be fixed. The total amount of necessary repairs exceeds $3,000.00 to date and there are other issues that contractors are still investigating. To be fair, let me provide a list of pros and cons. Pros: (1) Plumber was polite and seemed competent; (2) Plumber worked hard while in home; and (3) Same plumbing crew showed up to complete work. Cons: (1) Plumber and entire crew showed up late every day and were consistently pulled off of the job to handle "other emergencies," and would try to come back in the evening hours to work overnight in violation of permit; (2) Sales rep couldn't be reached after contract was signed; (3) Workers did not clean up and a cleaning crew had to be hired and paid for by relative to clean up construction mess; (4) As part of contract, Repipe Specialists stated that they would not paint, but would retexture...unfortunately, the sheet rock repair specialist they sent inadvertently sprayed texture on walls that were not affected, which resulted in relative having to pay extra costs for painting; (5) Water pressure in kitchen is now subpar, sprinklers malfunctioning due to too much pressure, almost flooded patio and bedroom; (6) Work is not completed to relative's satisfaction and despite calls and written complaints, items still need to be repaired. If you use Repipe Specialists you may want to : (1) Refrain from paying full amount until work is complete; (2) If the sales rep makes a promise, ensure it is memorialized in writing; (3) Determine who the subcontractor is in your area and ensure they're well-regarded; (4) Ensure that you have a place to reside while work is being performed; (5) Ensure that you supervise any sheetrock repair; and (6) If anything goes wrong, document, document, document. If you believe their lovely brochure, you may be disappointed. In summary, the process was not done to our satisfaction. It was not clean. And it sure wasn't trouble-free. Despite all of the headache, Elderly Relative continues to attempt to resolve this without legal intervention, and my guess is that Repipe Specialists hasn't figured out that two of Relative's children are attorneys... read more

I will start by saying the install process was what we were told. The process was smooth for the most part. It's the service after the fact that is the reason for the poor review. . Several months after installation we had a leak. The leak was inside the wall and we have no idea how long it was leaking before we finally noticed water coming into the garage. It was a Sunday afternoon when we found the leak and called to get someone to come fix it. Called the 800 number and we were told that they would contact the office that handled our installation. A couple hours later and I get a call informing me that they can't come out and I need to just shut the water off to the house. I call again Monday morning and spoke to the warranty department. Since it was more than 60 days from installation we had to pay a service call fee of $195 and told it would be refunded if it was covered by warranty. We were also told the $195 covered the service call and the cost of the repair if it wasn't covered by warranty. Of course they decide it was not an issue covered by warranty but a mouse. OK fine whatever. Then the technician calls his office and I am told to pay another $100. He asks for cash. Seriously. He asked for cash. You can guess my response. I go over all my paperwork and of course the office number is not listed. Only the 800 number. So I go get the number off the van and give them a call. After much back and forth I pay the $100. I needed the pipe fixed so I could turn the water on to the house. We were blackmailed & held hostage by them saying pay the fee or they were leaving. It's 4:30PM Monday afternoon and we needed the water on. Lie after lie after lie is all we are hearing from them. We went with this company because of the warranty and the precautions they take to keep rodents from chewing into the pipes. They supposedly wrap ALL new pipes in insulation that is supposed to deaden the sound and keep rodents from hearing the water rushing and keep the pipes safe. Funny thing is they didn't insulate the pipe that was damaged. We paid for it yet they didn't do it. Company doesn't hold up their end of the agreement and you will need to walk every inch of your attic to ensure all work is completed to the contract. Any issues will also magically be rodents and not covered by warranty as well. Update 11/29/2022 Just to be clear I have already contacted your office. I completed the Customer service escalation email that I received on 10/31/2022 and still have not received a response. Had your company insulated the pipe correctly this would not have happened. Failure to properly insulate the lines in tight spaces was a decision your employees made and now I am having to pay for their failure to complete the job according to the contract. The warranty is not worth the cost of a service call and price gouging you charge when you were at fault. read more

We had water pressure trouble and used repipe specialists. Their price was reasonable and they cleaned up all the mess. Friends had used other providers and complained about the unfinished repairs and the dust which lasted for weeks. We couldn't have been more pleased read more

Repipe Specialists completed our whole house repipe about 39 days ago and we could not be happier. The team arrived on-time, kept us current on what they were doing and completed the job in one day. It was important for everyone involved to refer to the contract to make sure they were in compliance. From the sales visit to the Sheetrock team, everything took place as represented. After springing a few leaks in our home since we moved in a year ago, it was highly recommended that we re-pipe our home due to rusted galvanized pipe. Wife and I agreed to call your company the third week of September and a sales representative by the name of Colin Cantu visited us to do an assessment and to give us an estimate. The job, including drywall, would cost about $10,000. We took a huge financial hit but figured that it needed to get done. We signed a contract and the work was scheduled for Monday, October 1st. The job was scheduled to last 2 days and Mr. Cantu informed us that a city inspector would need to stop by on day 3 to do an inspection. The drywall guy was scheduled to arrive on day 4. Keep in mind that both my wife and I had to schedule vacation days with our employers to take these days off since one of us had to be present while the plumbers did the work. I agreed to take off on days 1 and day 3 while my wife took off the other days. October 1st gets here and we're waiting on the plumbers to arrive. We were told that they would arrive at about 8:00 AM. The time is now 9:00 AM and they have not yet showed up. We call Mr. Cantu's cell phone and he told us he would check on it and call us back. We receive a phone call but it's not from him. It's from a nice polite young lady who works in the corporate office. She tells us that the paperwork was not turned in in time and that there was no way anyone could get to us until later that week. I then inform her that both wife and I had already put in for time off but she was extremely apologetic and told us that there wasn't anything she could do. My question is why Mr. Cantu had someone else call us? I would have had more respect for the man if he would have simply admitted his mistake and tell us that he neglected to do what he was supposed to do. I then have to go to my employer and make different arrangements to take other days off. She then tells us since we are not considered the city of Houston (we live in the Copperfield area), an inspection is not required. Again, Mr. Cantu has demonstrated a second time that he did not do the proper due diligence in assessing our situation. As for the plumbers, they were great. Very fast and professional and courteous. As of today, December 19th, we have no issues with the plumbing at all. They performed the job on Thursday and Friday. That Thursday after they were gone for the day, I had to leave the house to run an errand and Mr. Cantu stops by when there's no one home. He then calls my wife on her job and wants to know if he can swing by her job and have her sign another contract with the new dates. I suppose without her signature; his commission is affected. He meets her at her job and does not own up to his mistake or apologize for anything. A total lack of professionalism on his part. Saturday, the man who was responsible for the drywall comes over. He arrives at about 8:30 as promised but he ends up staying for about 8 hours. I'm thinking that the job with a 2-man crew would have taken half that time. And while working on the drywall in the kitchen, he stabs one of our pipes with his drill and we then have to call Re-pipe specialists again. My wife calls our point of contact, Mr. Cantu and explains the situation. Once again, he had the opportunity to apologize for his earlier screw up and own up to his mistake but has not. The drywall guy finally finishes at about 3:30 and just when we think he's ready to leave, he tells us that he forgot his paperwork and has to wait on his boss to deliver it. That's another hour. We had a bunch of errands to run that day, but we were waiting on this man the entire day. Overall, the work was satisfactory, but the customer service experience was horrible. Mr. Cantu obviously needs to be re-trained. I'm giving 4 stars to the plumber and drywall guy and zero to Mr. Cantu which would explain the 2-star rating. We had to dig into our 401K accounts to come up with 10 grand and I can't believe we get this kind of awful customer service. read more

Had the entire house re-plumbed. The company did it at an excellent price. The crew showed up timely and we're able to re-plumb the house in one day. They took care to control the dust when cutting into the wall and kept the cutting to a minimum. The Sheetrock guy came in a day or so after the plumbing job and covered the holes that were cut into the walls. You couldn't tell anything was done after all was completed. Would definitely recommend this company. read more

Can anyone tell me why they can't repipe a condo unit? They told me they do not repipe condo units but refused to give a reason. You would think a "specialist" would be able to do it. read more

Repipe Specialists completed the job at an excellent price. I was very impressed with company representatives and the crew throughout the whole process. They completed all aspects of the job on time and left the home looking just as they found it. They did a great job came out right away to give us a quote they were ready to work within about three days of agreeing on the quote the work took three days quite thorough throughout the house explained everything they were going to do before they did it left the house in better shape than when they found it and all I had left to do was paint . We have much better water pressure in our shower now. highly recommend them for anybody else wanting to get their full house re-piped great job guys!!! read more

Repipe Specialists don't repipe anything. They take their cut off the top and farm out the work. Once they get the deposit they are done, no follow up, no return phone calls - nothing. In my case the work was done by very unprofessional, rude people from Aquaduct Plumbing. If you don't want people sleeping in your house and threatening to leave you completely without water call someone else!! read more
