    Nancy, the owner of The Chauffeur Ladies, provided outstanding driving service for our airport…read moretransfers during Christmas week. She picked us up on Sunday at Newark Liberty Airport and drove us to Red Hook in Dutchess County. On Saturday we took the reverse trip. Communication (text, phone, and in-person conversations) was always easy and direct. She texted us with specific instructions for how to find her at the airport. She drove calmly, competently, and very safely. She checked in by text two days prior to our return trip, and to be safe, we arranged a pickup 4 hours before the time we wanted to be at the airport due to the heavy snowfall (8 inches) expected the next day. Both trips went smoothly and the cars used felt safe and reliable. We trusted Nancy and will trust her or any of her other drivers again for our future trips to New York. We highly recommend her and invite you to benefit from her service.

    TLDR: This is not a professional service. Look elsewhere…read more We had such a bad experience, I don't even know where to begin this story. First, the website to book doesn't work on iPhones, and you should use your computer. We've had two crazy experiences with this company but this last one was a major doozy. Their process is, once the proposed reservation is booked, they accept it and send you confirmations, and even after that, almost everyday you'll get an email confirming your booking. You'd think this was reassuring? We have two people on an account so we both were getting emails and texts confirming the booking. Reassuring. You'd think. The day of our reservation arrives and it's to get to JFK. The time for the car to arrive comes and goes. Reminder: This after actual text conversations back and forth reconfirming the booking as well as all those emails. So we text in that morning and the person says, oh you cancelled 3 weeks ago. I mean, how?! How did we cancel 3 weeks ago when you have been sending daily confirmation reminders as well as having text reconfirmations to confirm the date and time and the booking was made well after June 6th. Again, we have had at least 10 emails and texts confirming conversations since that debacle of our first request for a car back on June 6. Texts and calls back and forth that they are wrong finally got us a driver to the house 2 hours late! Initial flight missed at this point. We had to change flight reservations and make alternate plans for arrival. It was stressful. Beyond stressful. We are still holding out in good faith for them tho. We need to get to get to JFK and really giving them so much benefit of the doubt at this point. 40 mins to arrival promised. An hour later... the driver calls, who is supposed to be a professional driver, and she is somewhere parked who knows where trying to find the house. She's had the address and has CarPlay (as she rolls up finally I see she has her phone, so assumed she's using CarPlay or Google Maps) but parked and waiting at a totally different address. Again, another sign. But we need to get to the airport and are feeling like, beggars can't be choosers, just get us there! However, we really were just questioning this whole experience at this point and how this company is still in business. The driver finally pulls up, and it's obvious she isn't a driver, she's got a sun hat on and not dressed like "car drivers" are typically dressed and put together. I open the trunk and there is a wheelchair back there... I don't even know what to say to this. Except that she is now unable to help with luggage, clearly. And even more so, it has been validated that this is not a professional car service driver and seems to be a friend who has been asked to do a favor for the company. As she's on her phone, I'm assuming, googling a route to JFK, I say to my wife, make sure she doesn't drive off with your luggage when you arrive. The drive to the airport was pretty traumatic too. The driver was not experienced and clearly nervous the whole way, jerking the wheel and braking every time someone passed her. At JFK she didn't know where to pull over and allow for a safe exit and she really did almost drive off with my wife's luggage had my wife not banged on the car for her to stop! She was taking off before my wife even had a chance to get to the trunk. It was insanity. Later that evening, 6:52pm, I kid you not, we both get texts saying, your driver is on the way, with a notice saying, their late policy goes into effect after 15 minutes of waiting. Is this a joke? Then an hour later we get a text saying the trip has ended and they hope we had a pleasant and comfortable ride. Oh, we had a ride...that was insane and we can't recommend this company based on our experience. They need an administrative overhaul. Communication in excess doesn't mean good communication. A website that works on phones. Our driver was NOT a professional driver. They rolled up in their own car and were not dressed professionally, as well as their car not being set up for taking a customer to a busy airport. Not to mention, the driver was unable to provide a basic driver service of placing luggage in the trunk.

    This cab service was over 40 minutes late for a prescheduled ride to pick my friend up from the…read moretrain station and kept giving fake times for when they would arrive. When it finally got there, it had an entire wedding party in the cab already (COVID?) and was heading to a different destination. I called to ask where and the woman running the phone line yelled at me and then hung up on me. Will never use this service again and would never recommend some one else use it.

I need i Allison Also get people aka driver got thee Owen lots .. which brings me to this point yesterday I inquired a ride home from work I had prior arrangements to meet my other person to pursue my rest of my journey home long story short because the owner of the cab company decided not to answer her phone I became a victim of customer abuse I was yelled at for 10:54 sec but a man who I was nothing but respect full to give me credit for standing up for myself on previous occasions and then after this la lost his mind because he had to wait five minutes and it became my fault if he came world war Z It became hostile I tried explaining I have called multiple times to ask where they were and each response I'm not going to rehash but I will share the messages so this way people can see completely unprofessional completely inappropriate not to mention completely illegal i'm not one to creat issues where there doesn't have to be one but like I was saying previously when locals in the community are trying to support businesses there's certain codes of conduct there's certain morals and values that need to be followed liked respect your customers do not have a man screaming and cursing at a female not to mention I'm a domestic violence survivor when I shared the video what this man was doing in the cab company and Howard the dispatcher being a female encouraged his behavior they were absolutely appalled question if she was abused as well not my business regardless whether she is or not that has nothing to do with the way she conducts her business and one as far as letting her know she's condoning and promoting domestic violence then has the nerve to insult me asked me if she needed to sit there and hold mine and her cabdrivers hand. Like then when as far as going and saying that if I respond to her cab driver after he was screaming and cursing at me telling me that he will bring me back to where I came from and I can get the fuck out of his car that I would have to get out of her car because she's the owner of the cab company and she makes the rules because she refused to recommend her Driver instead she did nothing but pointer finger at me and justify his actions well reports are being made I will not let this go like I told her I'm not going to respond inappropriate childish behavior I'm going to take my knowledge on what I know and my degree and I'm going to pursue it in the legal way many people may not see how women have to struggle daily just to be an equal position as a man but like I said haven't taken a diversity class I see the struggles it makes me wonder how many more innocent people innocent women are going to be assaulted verbally demeaned and devalued because of our gender in the screenshots I will share you will see just what I'm talking about she even went as far as demeaning me treating me as if I was a child reprimanding me and pushing her default and defense of her cab company and drivers off on me meanwhile let's not forget I have every receipt thousands of dollars I've spent with this Cab company even though I have a vehicle sitting in my driveway that I can't maintain or drive at this point is what you have to grow threw .
