We would give 0 stars. We have been using their services for several years now, there have been minor problems over the years, off and on, but we have been patient Until now. We paid our last invoice where services were really and truly provided in February of 2023, at that time we were promised new uniforms. No new uniforms ever came, and no services or delivery ever happened. I started to make phone calls to my delivery driver and then the service manager. No response, they are working on the problem. There is a change of staffing and a lot of running around with them when making calls to customer service or trying to get ahold of someone in management. In the meantime, no service since the end of February 2023, we have been billed for May and June of 2023 for services NEVER received. We call weekly to dispute and speak to the district or regional managers, we leave messages and receive NO response. YET, we are still being billed. We have had service tickets regarding this case. The latest was on 8/17/23 Aramark collections called about the outstanding invoice. We explained that we had not had services or received any products since the end of February yet were billed again in May & June. Zachary from collections stated that he would file a dispute.... I have filed many disputes but this has not stopped the billing and invoicing even after closing the account in July for NO SERVICES being received from Aramark. Zachary stated that they would have to contact the district manager. Great!! I would love to hear from him, I have been waiting for a call back for months. Zachary stated This could also involve GPS tracking of their trucks to see if they drove to our building.... WTH? Please be advised, that Aramark, has caused us undo stress and violated our consumer rights. The next step is to contact our attorney and let the consumer protection law handle this problem. read more

I agree with Rashad D's review. These guys are the definition of unreliable and unprofessional. They sell you services they cannot fully provide. I can't tell you how many times they haven't replaced my carpets and my employees are constantly missing pieces of their uniforms. When you try to cancel service they will attempt to collect $5000 or more in cancellation fees as well as add on a bunch of additional service invoices. Another negative review here. This company needs to be shut down. I am not going to stop until they end my service. The contract clearly states that they need to notify their clients prior to automatically raising their fees. That is breach of contract. I tried to end my service and the manager reached out when we were working. He wanted me to personally talk to him. I have been calling him back and he is avoiding my calls. Where are the negative stars. Unethical company. Have been with them for almost 10 years. Not sure what changed over there. We always had a problem with the quality of product supplied but they were pretty consistent at least with the pricing until last year. Now they keep raising pricing every few weeks with no notice. 50% of the towels we get are shredded and unusable. We are now being charged 230% of the actual contract. Our multiple stores have same contract but they all are being charged different pricings courtesy of their drivers. The excess charge is for replenishing their inventory. I don't understand why your customers should be responsible for maintaining your inventory when you don't supply useable product to begin with. They seriously need to be investigated and shutdown. read more

If you're ever looking for a uniform company, stay the hell away from Aramark. The absolute worst in an industry full of terrible customer service, Aramark takes the cake. Just threw away three (3) coveralls that were supposed to be fixed by them but never were. It's constant. It takes, at a minimum, a MONTH to get anything through them. I ordered new pants a month ago. How this company still turns a profit is beyond me. Clothing quality is terrible. Nothing but torn seams and missing buttons. I mean, I don't even know if they wash the clothes. EDIT: As of 7:16 am on 5/17/17 it's actually four (4) pairs of coveralls that had to be thrown away because they weren't repaired. Do not do business with these people, I pay them double to get double the amount of uniforms a week ( instead of 13 uniforms every two weeks I should get 26) I did this because they would always send me 4-5 a week and I needed 6 a week ,I have been paying double price for three years and they still send the same or less,this week I got 2 ! , they also send uniforms with arms and legs sewn shut and iron on patches over zippers and buttons. You can talk to reps and managers all day, week in and week out and no results. Do not sign a long term contract with them! The problem I have been having with them has been going on for 9 months! And I have talked to every person I could with them with no results. Avoid them! Update,6-7-12 they were getting better, 4 star better, thanks to a manager who contacted me and fixed all my problems. But then we got new coveralls at work, They delivered over 200 coveralls all with they pockets sewn shut !! this was not done by the coverall manufacturer but by Aramark who sewn on the reflective tape we requested on our coveralls. Not a mistake, you can't miss sewing over the pockets on 200 pairs of coveralls!! true professional move by a big corperation, they should be ashamed of them selfs. Then if thats not bad enough I only got 13 pairs and I still pay double, it took me months to get double and to get a refund for the months I only got two or three pairs a week when I should get 13!! Stay away from this company. They take forever to fulfill your request. they overcharge you and charge you even when you're not using their service. They have a salesperson named Kendra Boone. She is a lying snake. She quoted us a price and we get charge more then she quoted. now she dodges our phone calls when we have a problem. The only thing positive was the driver that came every week. Worse uniform company. Shop in Burlingame where I work . Uniforms are dirty. Uniforms get deliver to other shops, jackets get lost all the time and pant buttons don't get died. Driver tell us to tie the pants in a knot. Still no buttons. Get one or two shirts back each week. Service is terrible!!!!! read more

Aramark that services Dublin chevrolet is useless. Every week I run out of uniforms. the representative Steve who services us takes months to get anything ordered. He has not had fender covers for nearly a year now. Ron from the presidents office has pretended to try to fix the list of problems that we have had with no results. Beware doing business with this company. Their contracts has loop holes so once you sign on, there's no getting out until you mail out a termination letter via certified returned mail with signature 60 days before the end of the contract. The services are not great. They do not know what quality linens should be especially for the food industry. You may think you signed on for 1 thing but you'll find out that your invoices will double even triple by the time accounting realize it and all they can say is that your in a contract. It takes weeks for an explanation cause it seems that they're not even sure how to answer your accounting or product complaints. Just an example, our order of aprons cost per week is $8 and they add on an additional $8 for inventory replacement costs. Apparently, they starting charging all of their customers beginning in March 2012 in addition to increasing per item cost yet the quality of the products has not improve. No notification, just started billing cause their contract allows price increase at any time. Our bills has tripled in the last 12 months. Recently, we asked for a copy of our contract and it took 4 weeks to finally get it. We asked about costs issues and it's been 10 weeks and we're still trying to get it resolved. read more
