We were quoted a price that included draining, cleaning , refill with proper chemical levels and the filters were extra. Everything came to about $350. Extra bc of the filters. They met time expectations and after they concluded thier service the HT wasn't heating up so I reached out to them and they did not displace blame instead they helped problem solve what the issue might be. Winded up that all we had to do was reset the breaker what a relief, but I will give the owner kudos because he did state that if we were unable to resolve the issue on our own he would personally come out and figure what the issue was! These guys caught the issue right away and got it taken care of. A little pricy but well worth the expense! Our pool looks the best it has in years!

We had Adam and his team install our pool in the spring of 2025. We noticed footprints and smearing…read moreof the plaster after only a few months. We spoke to their techs and they confirmed it would need replastered. We then tried to get this scheduled and have called and left messages for over three months for Adam and he has yet to return our calls and set up a time to make a plan to redo the plaster. Since he has been non responsive, we have had to call another pool Installer to price this out since this has all occurred during the 1st year of warranty. Unfortunatley, what we initially thought was a good install has turned into a real pain in the rear. Be warned that if you have Wetworks/ Adam install your pool that if there are any issues or warranty items to address he will not respond and you will most likely have to take legal action as we are. Real bummer as his original PM, Brian, was on top of it but he quit and now we are left with unresponsiveness and poor service.
