Great friendly, efficient service on mower tires that tire stores weren't interested in helping with. Good value. Talk to Dave Hollister.

Have only been in a handful of times and this was pre-covid but doing some valentines weekend…read morereviews and spreading some love amongst the local businesses in our community. Ace was really wonderful about allowing my girl scouts to arrange booths with them. The manager was super easy to work with and flexible. It is great to have these local stores that will support other local opportunities! When I was there selling cookies with girl scouts i did go in and peruse a little bit after the sale was done and picked up a few items to show support back at them. They had a nice variety of items even energy bars or trail mix as I recall. That was some of the stuff i am pretty sure i picked up. The staff was super friendly! The store was clean and organized. They had a good supply of items. If i needed some items from a hardware store I would definitely support Ace! our small local businesses need us more than ever. The big boxes will survive.

I had a $5 off coupon on the Ace app but then it signed me out and said "internal error." I…read moreexplained at the register the app wasn't working and exactly what was happening, even showing them, and asked if there was anything I could do or if they had a coupon to scan there or if I could log on using a web browser. Multiple people said there was nothing I can do. 5 seconds later I pay and THEN guess what? The cashier says I can delete the app and redownload it and that would solve the problem OR I could login on Google chrome browser. WOW. I can't believe they are low enough to not help before a $12 purchase, only after. I will NOT shop here again. Home Depot has way more honest workers!! Also, stop pretending you offer popcorn. "The seasoning is out" yeah...it's been out for years dude.

We have never been to a better store than this particular location. Every time we purchased paint and a load of other items, we got great help from all of the employees we encountered. We were referred to Francisco Mendoza, a contractor affiliated with Home Depot to install our butcher block counter top and we hired him additionally to replace the windows as well. This gentleman was incredibly honest and his crew were very hardworking and accurate. They did an unbelievable job for us-even replacing an installed window that was defective after installed. Highly recommend this contractor and this particular Home Depot store.

In short: I placed an online order for two items that were both shown as being in stock. Got to the store, only one item was actually there. So I cancelled the online order and bought the item they had. Simple, right? Yes, except for one thing: getting my money back for the online order. That took over 3 months, more calls to this location and corporate Home Depot than I can count, and finally I had to file a BBB complaint against corporate HD. As soon as someone with a brain saw my complaint, they immediately refunded my money. But I can't get back the time I wasted, and I really don't appreciate the numerous times when I called this location, had someone tell me they'd look in to it and call me back quickly, and then didn't - ever. This store is poorly managed.

I dont understand what people expect from the employees of a store the size of Lowes or Home Depot…read moreor any of the huge cement box stores. The lady at the returns desk isn't going to know the plumbing department, the guy watering flowers isn't going to know what the current credit special is. Each employee is trained within their department. Period. Sure sometimes you will find some one who's been at Lowes a 100 yrs who has worked every department who knows at the drop of a hat where the exact hex bolt you need is....but cripes people read a SIGN ! Look up..there are signs pointing to each department EVERYWHERE. Once you get into the department then someone can help you define your search, that's how it works. And once you get there ....the employees aren't going to read your mind - a lame attempt at eye contact or deep sighs around an employee isn't going to alarm them the way you think it is, they are tired, overworked, stressed out, underpaid, and if you need some thing ASK. Your threats of going to "Home Depot" means nothing to any one but you, not even Lowes cares. They are the same damn company at heart. Crappy. That's the price the public pays for wanting cheaper & bigger. The loss of smaller, more personalized shopping. Each one of those massive departments used to be a store in it's own right, an electronic shop, a lumber lot, a nursery....you give up a decent shopping experience when you put everything AND the kitchen sink under 1 massive roof. Lowe's/Home Depot/Sams same darn thing. Out of state corporate run, staffed by algorithms, the idea is to have as few workers in the store to run it & make the margin - the customer experience has nothing to do with it. Rotating store managers, lack of true commitment to each community, corporate toothless speak to back up the "values" they spew in public.

I don't like this store and will go the extra mile up the road to Home Depot.
