With the weekend coming up, I was unable to reach my own doctor and even Urgent care was booked for the rest of the week. I checked on Yelp and found Josephs great reviews and sent him a message about my condition. He immediately responded and told me he could make time at the end of his work day to help me do the ultrasound (knowing my condition). Whats really great is that I could pay out of the pocket at a great price without worrying about my medical insurance limitability, which most places will not take. On the same day, I drove to his office in the afternoon and met him. I told him about my worries and he was just so understanding, comforting and told me he would do his best to find any issues and would even provide a note to emergency in case he found something that needed immediate attention. As we went through the ultrasound he kept reassuring me about things, and did a super thorough scan of the area I was concerned about. He provided me with a lot of information, including images I could take home and a report that was sent to me within a few hours. I learned a lot about the scan and felt like I was under the care of someone who really wanted me to pull through. I feel he goes 100% in the work he does! I'm very grateful Joseph was there for me on this day and I don't know how I would have coped if I didn't find him here on Yelp. The second visit involved delay to receive a CD, despite the X-ray itself took less than 10 minutes. Today (4/22/2026), although there was a larger crowd, which I understand the process was poorly managed. The technician saw me within about 10 minutes, and the exam itself was quick. However, I then waited 45+ minutes for my CD, only to stand in line and be told it had been overlooked and they did not process it. This reflects a lack of organization and attention to detail. While the technical staff performs well, the overall coordination and service quality need improvement. Retraining and better workflow management are clearly needed.

The studies took a couple of hours, I was very comfortable in there MRI and was watching a great James Bond movie. I had an MRI done recently, for the second time in 6 months. Not only the results were not ready 5…read moredays later but I was told by the employee that VRI does not have Radiologist full time ! Before the exam I told the technician to pass my info to the Radiologist and "not to copy the findings from my last MRI as they did 6 moths ago! Back then, Sept. '25 the MRI findings were copied- word by word- ferom my last MRI back in 2023 which my doctor found and did not like it at all. Neither did I. What's the sense and purpose of MRI, if the findings are copied from the prior imaging test? Outside of getting paid for that expensive imaging, it did not provide the current extend of spine damages making it useless for the treating doctor. Consider facilities with full time radiologist on payroll!
