Sometimes the operator misdirects your call thus after you sit listening to Muzak for a 2nd 1/2hour, you are redirected again so you can again listen to Muzak for a 3rd 1/2 hour. After one-and-a-half hours on hold you will be given a procedure date (many months in the future) but will not be given a time until the afternoon before. NOT able to provide a date AND time = unacceptable system!

EDIT: Anthem/Blue Cross' Grievances Department just mailed the attached letter on January 10, 2025 stating that I am due a refund of $3,793.67 and my financial responsibility is $.63 cents.
