Either way, shocked as to why this place has such low stars but also can't believe I didn't check the reviews before coming here! (And I'm glad I didn't for once hehe) We booked offsite airport parking and it truly is a fraction of the price. Found this place through one of the parking apps and we're so glad we did. This place does get pretty packed and it works like a valet service where you drop your car, leave your keys (and hope for the best ha!) and they move your car around. I was a little nervous about this part but we took plenty of photos and videos inside and outside of our car and when we picked it up, we found it exactly as we left it. The cool thing is this place has a free shuttle to take you to the airport, going there was super easy and quick. Landing was a bit more stressful and we were getting a bit impatient after hours of flying and just wanting to drive home already. Either way, from the moment you text the shuttle in the link/number they provide, you wait between 1 and 30 minutes I believe (which isn't horrible) except when you're waiting around jet lagged with the 10th "taxi" driver asking you if you need a ride. Our shuttle finally came and took us to the lot with our cars running and warmed up and ready to go. Pro tip: purchase a bit of extra time in case your flight runs late or you have to wait a bit for the shuttle. This gave us peace of mind so we wouldn't have to stress. Otherwise, great lot, services and happy to have paid waaaaaaaaaay less than at the airport. read more

They will purposely delay the shuttle to try to charge you extra when picking up, horrid customer service (nonexistent), and overall delays you getting to and from. Not only did they duck my truck up, I had to get it towed soon as I pulled off. My truck is scratched up all over and the ish won't go! And roaches all in my engine. Mike said they would call me today and I got NO CALL. I've been calling all day no answer. I guess they see me on the caller ID. I will see them in court. I'm not playing games. I used 12 bombs get the ones for bed bugs as well. Mix them it doesn't matter. I had roaches, fleas, ticks, and bed bugs. Tape your car up with plastic bags THE ENGINE CAN NOT BE HOT, set off all the bombs. I added 2 to each tire in front, 1 to each tire in the back, 2 under the engine 2 under the trunk area, and one each side by the doors. Also you need the big gallon of bug spray from Home depot. It's a all white jug with a spray hose attached. I'll add that photo. Spray every Crack and door hinge. Leave nothing out. If you need to get more bombs for the inside please do it. Buy 16 bombs to be in the safe side. I slso put the trigger in the rubber of the doors and sprayed so it can roll down on its own. I did this for 2 days. Hope this helps someone. read more

off on the morning of August 14 and returned yesterday and August 20. I'm not the smartest person in the world, but that is absolutely six days however when I arrive the 14th I was told of all the extra and late fees that I incurred I did not understand but paid the fees. Nonetheless, the pick up time was 9 PM however, my flight was delayed for over two hours, which I let ARB parking know well in advance when I called the representative not sure if his name he was an Indian gentleman. He told me that he was on his way that he should be there in 15 minutes he arrived in 28 minutes and it was pouring rain outside. I finally got to ARB parking around 1 AM and was told about all the late fees I incurred and unless I pay them, I will not receive my car. I told the Indian gentleman that we spoke over the phone and I let him know about my 2+ now with their services 3+ hour delay. I wound up spending way more money using this "Groupon deal" And was extremely inconvenienced by this company and their services do not waste your time or your money here you will absolutely regret it. The one star review is absolutely reflective of this company and their horrendous service. Don't waste your time. I would never recommend their services. read more

I have used this parking service for 10 days this month, and I would highly recommend avoiding using this service. To begin with, I booked my time slot and paid on their website. However, when we got to the lot, they told us there was no space in the lot and made us park on a residential street half a mile from the entrance. This is already unacceptable for a paid parking service, however it is the least of our issues. We were parking our SUVs, which they charge an additional fee for. I happily paid this fee on the website. However, on the day of my flight, when I came to park, the man at the front desk (A tall, slender, bearded man with a fair complexion, he said his name as Alex) was adamant that we needed to pay the additional fee in person despite the fact that we had already paid. We told him that we had paid on the website but he insisted that we could not pay the fee online, that it was only possible in person. He kept rudely demanding that I show proof as if I must be lying. Something important to note here is that they should know their own flat rate fee, additional fee, and how long we had booked to park, and I immediately showed them proof of how much I had paid them. If they had any knowledge of their own service it would be easy for them to confirm that we had paid in full, but the man insisted that we needed a receipt to prove it. Luckily I had a screenshot of the confirmation screen on hand, if not who knows what I would have had to do. Once I showed that I have proof and not a minute sooner, another man from the back office came up front and told the front desk man that some of their websites do handle the additional payment as well. The timing of this was not lost on me. As if this was not enough, when we came back from our flight to retrieve our car, we were told that they were having trouble finding our keys. When we checked our car, the car was on and the doors unlocked. The front seats, crevices below the front windows, the front floor mats, and the center armrest box all had pools of water, but the windows were closed. It was raining an hour or two before we arrived, but notably there were no small wet drops from the rain, only larger pools of water, as if rain had gotten in days ago and had since dried somewhat. Our car keys were sitting in the pool of water in the driver's seat. I am not sure how this happened, but if I had to guess, when they moved the car into the lot from the residential street, they must have left the window down. They must have also rolled the windows back up at some point after noticing, and left the car on with the keys inside for some reason. When we called the staff over, we were confronted by the same front desk guy from earlier, who first accused us of having called them too early that day (as if because we called them too early, they started up the car in the rain and that caused this to happen!) and then kept denying that this was their responsibility. Now I have to clean my car to avoid any fungal issues and I am in the process of changing my car key fob. It goes without saying that all of this is unacceptable, and I fear the electronics in my front door may have damage from all the water pooling into them over this time. Do NOT park your car with these people, they have shown a shocking amount of disrespect and irresponsibility many times in my experience. read more

OMG, so it was sketch from the jump, but I didn't have time to find another place so I just went with them. The lot itself is really tight and made me worry about damage to my car. Then as I'm waiting for the shuttle, some 18 year old kid starts driving my car like a bat out of hell in the parking lot and I asked him to chill. I was delayed 4 days because of the stupid weather but the main guy was super nice. I did notice a large scratch on my trunk that wasn't there when I dropped it off. Also, I am currently driving away from the lot and a ROACH just crawled up my shirt!! I know it wasn't because my car was dirty because I got it detailed before I took my trip. Gross. So I'm definitely not pleased. I do appreciate them letting me use their bathroom but...woof, no bueno. read more

The price was good, shuttle pickup and vehicle retrieval ultimately went smoothly, and my car was ready when I arrived. However, I never received the text message that was supposed to be used for pickup requests, and reaching the lot by phone was difficult. The experience worked out well in the end but caused unnecessary stress. One more thing is when i was checking in , the shuttle van was getting ready to leave and I asked the manager if he could hold it for us (about 45 seconds). He did but said the van wasn't going to go to our terminal....... But if we gave him $10 he would go there. I gave the money but felt ripped off as it is supposed to be free. That feeling carried over a few days later when the link was not there and nobody answered the phone. In summary * I was asked for $10 to go to my terminal. * The promised text link never arrived. * The phone communication was unreliable enough to make me worry. * I spent part of my vacation concerned about how I'd get back to my car. Absolutely awful service here. They are always late for shuttle service, never tell you in advance and basically just have you waiting around for sometimes 30 minutes at a time. On top of that, they damaged my car when I parked there long term. Their employee showed me video footage of the moving the car around multiple times and hitting it against other cars. No idea why my car needed to be moved around when I was there for long term. Even worse, I've asked to speak to management regarding repairs and it's been almost 2 weeks and it'd dead silence - it's always "oh we are contacting the boss etc." Absolutely do not park here, it's not worth the price - use Way.com to find other lots that are better and cheaper. read more

Should have read the reviews before booking this!!! Location is hard to find (put it in your GPS and then keep driving down the street). Price is low, but you get what you pay for - I waited 20 minutes for the shuttle to take me to the airport when dropping my car off, and then we waited outside for over 45 minutes (with my elderly mother) for the shuttle to pick us up when we returned. When it finally came, there was room only for us - every seat was taken in the van. They need another shuttle! Tried calling when we were waiting - went to VM and the mailbox is full, and the second number someone finally picked up but put me on hold and did not come back. VERY poor service. I was traveling with two young children, exhausted after a long flight, and we were left standing outside at night with no clear information. The staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful when we called. Instead of apologizing, they told us to "just wait" and acted like this delay was normal. No empathy, no professionalism, and absolutely no respect for families or customers' time. Standing outside that long at night with children felt stressful and unsafe. No parent should have to go through that after a flight. This level of disorganization is unacceptable. I strongly warn others to avoid this parking service at all costs. BUYER BEWARE: Don't be surprised if your car is damaged at this parking lot. I had the misfortune of being abruptly redirected to this parking lot by Way.com around 2 hours before my flight - which was a rip-off since the actual cost of the lot was 30% cheaper than my original booking. So, I had no other choice at this time to accept the change. When I arrived, the parking lot was just as everyone described, poorly kept and cramped. They park cars here bumper to bumper. I was worried, but once again, I had no time to change at this point. When I returned to pick up my car after 6 days, the shuttle took almost an hour to arrive, then I discovered a brand-new dent on the front passenger side of my car. When I reported it to the front desk he first denied it. Then when I showed it to him he acknowledged the damage then said he would report it to Way.com, who would then send me money for dent repair. I figured he might be lying and just trying to get me out of the lot because he didn't even take a picture of the damage and claimed that his name was "John Vk." Yeah like John Wick. It turns out it was a lie. He never contacted Way.com. I never was contacted by way.com. And I never received a credit. So not only did Way.com screw me over on the parking reservation, this parking lot weaseled itself out of the damage they inflicted on my car. So whatever you do, DO NOT book a reservation at this lot unless you truly do not care about the damage that will likely happen to your car. The cost you pay for car repairs will far outweigh whatever discounted price you may get here. You've been warned. read more

I reserved via SpotHero and included my vehicle model (full size SUV) and was quoted accordingly. I used an alternate smaller vehicle (5 passenger crossover small SUV) but was banged for "oversized" vehicle charge. The shuttle ride to and from the airport is a gut wrenching shake, rattle and roll adventure. Upon returning, there was one cowboy shuffling cars around. There is no logical system to their placement of vehicles. When I got in my car, it was apparent that my storage space in my center console had been gone through. My phone charger was taken. Shuttles do not run every 15 minutes, at least 30 minutes. Had to get an Uber one way. Shuttle seat belts were held together with duct tape. Our Uber driver said next time to park in the neighborhood curb side, you won't get towed. read more

Zero stars in not enough to review this place. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They damaged my vehicle and scratched it when trying to remove the snow. They used the ice scraper on my car to remove snow instead of the snow brush, resulting in damage to my paint. The employee named "Harry" stated they dont have snow brushes. I asked for an official complaint form as per their own posting in the office and Harry said they dont have any available. I then asked to speak to a manager and he stated he will be in at 7am next morning. I called the morning of, and now the manager will be in aroubd 2pm. They also disconnected my dash cam. But wait, thats not all. They shuttle you to/from JFK. But its based on first come, first serve. So, youll be fighting with other patrons to grab a seat and to hopefully have your suitcaes fit in the small van they have. Its gets better though, when you land at JFk and call them for pick up, they will ask you how many passengers. I said there are three adults and one infant. He said okay. When the shuttle arrives over 30 minutes late, the van is full. How?! Why ask me how many passengers if the van is full?! I wasnt the only one stuck in cold with children either. Multiple people were left behind to wait ANOTHER 30 MINUTES for a shuttle, an hour total, in the frigid cold, with kids. They are now ignoring my calls and emails. Horrible Experience: Harassed, Blocked In, Hidden Fees, and Dishonest Practices** This was by far the worst parking experience I've ever had at JFK. **Avoid ARB Parking at all costs.** When I returned from my trip, the **shuttle driver blocked my car, refused to let me leave for over 10 minutes, and harassed me because I didn't give him a $20 tip**. I gave him $5, which he clearly didn't like, and he decided to retaliate by holding us hostage in the parking lot. I had to **call the police** before he finally moved his vehicle. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. The **shuttle to the airport took nearly an hour** to reach Terminal 1 -- ridiculously slow and poorly organized. On top of that, their pricing is **dishonest and deceptive**. They charge a **$5/night "SUV fee"** with no reason, and when you pay by card, they add a **10% upcharge** that's never mentioned during booking.
