Horrific Experience - This Place is a Disaster! Do yourself a favor and avoid ARB Parking at JFK International Airport at all costs. My experience was a complete disaster, riddled with miscommunication, unprofessionalism, and outright aggression. I parked my car from 12/3 to 12/10, and while there were no issues when dropping it off, the return process was a nightmare. Upon returning to the airport, I followed the instructions I was given: to contact the shuttle service upon arrival. However, what they failed to explain was that I needed to call only after physically being outside waiting. This critical detail was never communicated to me at drop-off. Things went downhill fast. The shuttle driver who was sent to pick us up called my personal cell phone, yelling and cursing at me in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner because we weren't outside waiting. He was confrontational from the start, and when he finally arrived, he escalated the situation further by screaming at me, invading my personal space, and acting like a total maniac. When I defended myself by pushing him away, he ran to get a police officer. Thankfully, the officer saw the entire situation, dismissed him as an idiot, and left. But the nightmare wasn't over. The driver abandoned us at the airport, leaving us stranded. When I called the main office, they showed zero accountability. I requested to speak to a manager or supervisor, but the person at the desk outright refused to provide contact information. Instead, they demanded I pay an additional $20 to send another van, which is absurd given that we were stranded because of their driver's behavior. When we finally got back to the lot, there was no manager or supervisor present, and no one had been notified about the incident. The staff's dismissive attitude, refusal to take responsibility, and complete lack of customer service were appalling. Another critical issue: communication. Many of the staff, including the drivers, struggled with speaking and understanding English, making an already frustrating situation even worse. Instructions were unclear from the beginning, and instead of working to clarify, they resorted to sarcasm and disrespect when passengers were understandably confused. This company's employees (Drivers are incompetent, unprofessional, aggressive, and clearly lack the basic training to handle customers. It's no surprise the driver acted the way he did--this appears to be a reflection of the company's overall culture. Terrible Horrible English and obviously not educated. This place was great. It's a dirt parking lot. Okay that i got my credit card bill On their website it is very clear that you had to download your reservation unfortunately i used the restroom and my husband did not know that i paid already. The shuttle was waiting in the lot when we dropped off the car at 6 am and got us to airport with plenty of time to spare (I didn't get this drivers name but he was very good). When we arrived back to JFK we called the shuttle and it picked us up within 10 min from calling. The name of the driver who picked us up is Love and he was incredible. They damaged my car. We were told to contact the manager the next day to discuss how to resolve the situation and every day we tried to reach the manager. The manager never called back, never got on the phone and was never present on site. Horrible, after going through this I see that many people have gone through the same thing at ARB. Terrible, terrible, absolutely terrible experience. They're cheap for a reason. First of, the ride to and from the airport is completely unreliable! You might as well take an uber TO/FROM! They do not go every 15 mins or so as advertised. Nor do they come "ASAP" when you call them as they claim. Find another way of transporting yourself if you choose to park here. Second, do not expect to get a clean car when you come pick up yours. Not sure where our car was parked but when we got it, it was full of some type of oil residue (see photos for proof). It was so bad, my husband had a difficult time seeing out the front windshield and the windshield fluid was not good enough to clean of. Let's talk about a safety hazard!!! On top of that, when he went back this parking location to speak with a "manager," to make a claim or have them at least clean both front and back windshield, he received attitude and a strong "oh well, we're not cleaning anything because we're not responsible." After much discussion and resistance, he finally convinced whoever the manager was to have one of the guys pass a wet rag and clean the windows so we can at least drive back safely home. What a nightmare!!! Safe yourself the headache and park elsewhere. Ohh and did I mentioned there were roaches coming from what appeared was the engine of our car?? Disgusting!!! Pretty straight forward parking lot, park it, hand them your keys and they give you a ticket for when you come back. The shuttle is nice and that guy will you to your terminal quick. Came back and my car was ready and even started for me. Only problems I had was the shuttle can take a little to show up to bring you back to the lot from the terminal and I had a bit of trouble getting ahold of the office. read more

Horrible experience!! I came back from my vacation to find my car damaged. Noticed the damage to the front end of my car and immediately notified the parking attendant. As instructed, I emailed pics and a description of the damages to arbparkinc@gmail.com. It's been over 2 weeks now and I have sent several emails and made numerous phone calls with absolutely no response. Not only is my car damaged but appeared to be driven, meaning off the lot. My passenger seat was adjusted, had a forearm grease stain on the interior of the passenger window. The passenger side visor also not clipped into its holder. How horrible for a company to take advantage of their customers, damage their car and then completely disregard addressing it. I regret not filing a Police report right there and then. The transport to JFK was also horrible. The driver was cutting across the white pole-like barriers and cutting other cars off. On the horn constantly even while sitting in traffic on the terminal. Was stressful and frankly embarrassing. Just shows how much this company cares about their reputation. I thought perhaps this was an isolated incident, but the driver who picked me up from the airport wasn't any better. Please do yourself a favor and do not use ARB parking. One and done! No problems leaving the car, but unfortunately not so coming back. You're supposed to receive a text message when dropping off the car and you use that text message to let them know you need to be picked up. I never received a text message so I tried to call them. No one answered so it went to voicemail, unfortunately they haven't setup voicemail so it just disconnects. It took me 7 times calling before someone actually picked up. They say vans leave every 10-15 minutes, but it took 45 minutes for the van to arrive and there wasn't enough room for all the people waiting; 1 person decided to wait for the next van, 1 person stood in the van (pretty dangerous, see pic). The person on the phone as well as the van driver were not very friendly; almost like they are annoyed having to speak to you. When I got to the lot, the car wasn't waiting. When I complained that they had all this time to have the car waiting, I was told to not come back! When I left the office to wait for my car, I was met by Adie who said he was the supervisor. He apologized for the other person's rudeness, offered me $20 (off my $75 bill, which I happily accepted), and said he was going to pull the video and speak with the owner about my experience. I asked if the person who told me to not come back would be disciplined, I didn't get a reassuring feeling that anything would be done. As much as I appreciate Adie trying to make things better, I doubt I will ever use this parking again. read more

When I returned to my car from a 7 day trip, my car was covered in some sticky substance, there were bugs covering my entire car the substance may have come from the tree my car was parked under. They could have taken my car for a wash before giving it to me. I'm sure they seen it. I have learned my lesson with this place my 2nd time parking here, the 1st time groupon had to give me a refund because of their service, now this, I will never park here again and I would not recommend it. This parking service charges extra for the vehicle even upon online prepay. They charged me for an SUV which it is, but nowhere in the contract does it say there is an additional charge. This was my second time using this parking lot. The first experience was relatively smooth. Only issue was some challenges getting the shuttle upon my return. BEWARE OF THIS PARKING LOT Do not park here just to save a few dollars. We parked our car for 8 days and came to an infested car, FULL OF ROACHES. We had to stop at a nearby gas station and try to vacuum to the car twice to see if we could get them out. We had roaches all over the kids, our bags literally everywhere. Also, as we arrive at the parking lot, we get charged SUV price when we have a Tesla, standard size! My husband try to explain to him that it's not an SUV and they didn't care. Lastly no one cared to tell us the process after we return. They proceed to tell us we had to call so they can have the car ready. When we get to the parking lot he tells us with an attitude "you were suppose to call while at the airport." When reservation are made, they we are required to add A pick up time. Will never use this service again! First, if you are going to charge $5 extra a day for an suv please just give that option when booking online. Not just in the fine print. Then to pressure you to pay cash for that extra charge is a red flag. Second, our party and another were on the shuttle to the airport. A woman from the other party was sitting directly behind the driver. The driver decided it was a good time to spit out of the window while driving and the spit ended up landing on the woman behind him. She called him out on it, but no apology from the driver, nothing. Third, we landed and requested a pick up following the instructions on the ticket given to us by texting the terminal number and heading to the pick up location specified. After about 10 minutes of waiting we get a call saying to change pick up location and go up to departures at Turkish Airlines. So after lugging suitcases to one location, we then have to go upstairs and wait some more. Once at Turkish departures, we call to let them know we are there. Person on the phone says driver has been dispatched. We waited 40 minutes and still no driver. We texted and got no response so then we call again. Told that driver had to drop off at another terminal and he was on his way. Another 20 minutes passed. Waited outside for an hour after a 10 hour flight. Finally we get picked up and make it back to the lot. Loading up our luggage we noticed lots of ants and bugs all over the car. Not a big deal we thought. As we were making the drive home we squashed nearly 10 bugs crawling on us and the interior of the car. Not sure what they were but disgusting none the less. I'm very curious about the great reviews this place gets on other websites and apps, like Way. Just look at BBB and see how many people write negative reviews that never get posted. One of the drivers in a white ARB passenger pickup van made very rude gestures at me today, with no hands on the wheel, NOT looking forward, WITH PASSENGERS in his vehicle!! I was in another car. He crossed two lanes, cutting off traffic, and almost hitting me at passenger pickup. So I guess he was mad that I didn't let him cut me off a second time father into passenger pickup? He held both arms out and shoved a fist into his elbow, the gesture for "shove it up your ***", and was yelling at me angrily and animatedly. So, not only was he insulting me, he had NO hands on the wheel and NOT looking forward - WITH PASSENGERS/CUSTOMERS IN HIS VEHICLE!! He could have crashed!! Control your anger! The lack of customer service from the parking lost is completely appalling. It has been a month since my return and there has not been one contact after many emails and phone calls. The disrespect for my property is apparent. When I picked up my car I immediately saw my key fob was broken and when I brought it to the attendant's attention he told it that happens sometimes. Then he tried to tell me it was dropped off like that. Lastly he told me to just fill out the form and send an email to get it resolved which I did before I left. I have since called multiple times and was told a manager would call me back each day that I called, which never happened. Today after my call I was told the manager has been out of the country and unsure when he will return and no one else could help me. I was denied an email or phone number to connect with the owner. My friend and I were flying out of JFK and she booked the parking and I was going to drive. When I read the reviews for this place I said NO WAY was I going to park my car here for a week. We drove her car and although it looks like everything is fine and accounted for, the experience getting to and from the airport was hell. First off, the lot was weird and sketch and inside was nasty. The driver on the way back just about killed my friend and I. I have never seen a driver this aggressive. My suit case in the back was brand new and when he pulled it out and gave it to me it looked like he had dragged it BEHIND the van, I'd be suprised if it didn't hit the ceiling while we were driving. Hello I'm writing this review if I can give it 0 STARS I would but it would only let me give one... first off we got to ARB in Newark on Haynes Ave around 9/19/2025 4:10am... when we pulled up we seen a shuttle loading people in by the time I came out that shuttle has left... so now we are waiting for the next shuttle to return... at this point it like 25 people out there waiting for shuttle but me and my friend was the 3rd and 4th person on line to get into the next shuttle coming. When the shuttle arrived at 4:45am we pushed our bags towards the back of the shuttle to get loading on... the driver gets off the shuttle yelling "Im only taking terminal B" we told him that we are terminal C and he proceeded to tell us that he not taking us at this time.... Now it's almost 5am and we had to pay for and Uber to take us to the airport or we would have missed out flight... when we had paid ARB for a service that we DID NOT get.... On 9/22/2025 the shuttle back I was getting out the middle row of seats and felt something pulling on my pants... I got out the shuttle and I now have a big hole in my pants... I told the driver that's unloading customers bags and showed him the hole in my pants... I went back into the shuttle to see what tore my pants... it was a broken seat belt... the part of the seat belt that's stays by the seats.... I took a picture of both my pants and the broke seat belt but can't upload it to this website...I proceeded inside to get my key and tell who ever was in there what happened and they just asked like it was nothing... told me they will tell their boss... but I have not heard from them as of yet.... We reserved parking at this lot for a trip from Newark Liberty Airport; our car was damaged when we returned. Both sides of the car had scuff marks as if the car was rubbed by another car. The passenger's side of the car on both the front and rear doors was scratched like it had been keyed. We pointed it out to one of the owners but he immediately blamed us. He tried to explain the scratches and scuffs weren't recent as he rubbed some of the scuff marks off with his hand. Because we had no recent photos or proof, he told us it wasn't their fault and just walked away. This whole place is shady and over-packed with cars. It's a junkyard and management has NO care for your vehicle. DON'T use this place. read more

Driver threw my new bag on top of all the other bags in the back of the shutter and watched it fall down around 10 feet, the inside bar that allows me to lift the handle has broke, since he threw the bag on top while the top handle was risen up once the bag fell it broke that handles interior, the driver then decided to put all his weight and push down the handle to close, the handle never was able to be used and I spent all my trips dragging the bag around as the handles did not rise up or work Horrible company. This place advertises valet parking and 15 minute shuttle service, but neither are delivered. After we entered the lot , we were told to back out into the street because the lot was full. When we asked the attendant to guide us because there were cars in the entrance, he replied, "you'll be OK "and walked away.Then after parked car outside on the street, we had to carry our suitcases through the rocky lot to the trailer were I was told that my small suv was oversized . So they demanded an extra $20 cash no recieipt. But if that wasn't enough , upon return, we waited 1hr and 20 minutes for the terminal pick-up. The people running this parking place are some of the rudest people I've ever met. I imagine because this is a busy area they think they can just treat customers any way. My family and I parked here on a Saturday evening. When we pulled in we were given no direction or info about where to go to give in our keys. The driver who drove the shuttle was not friendly at all and barely spoke to us. On the way back we requested our car and it took them 45 minutes (prob more) to pick us up! When we called to see what was the issue we kept being told "he's coming." When I asked if this is how they do business I was told he's coming and to "do as you wish" when I said I would leave a review letting people know of their poor business practice. I've used this facility more than once with no issues but the last time they hit my vehicle while moving it to another space and the only reason I knew was because I have a dash cam. We were fairly pleased with our experience. Pros- low cost parking option (paid leas than $10 per day for a long weekend), close to the airport, did not have to wait long for shuttle to the lot upon arrival in PHL, lots of availability. Cons- Waited a while to be directed to park upon arrival to the lot for our departing flight, a mishap with the first shuttle where we had to wait for a 2nd one. I paid online and reserved my spot. The reservation asks make and model of the car. The day we got there at 5:00 AM the person behind the desk informs me that it will be $35 dollars more because my car is a Traverse. They knew that when I paid originally. I felt there was no choice but to pay it because either I would have to leave and go somewhere else (we were there and had to make a plane) or argue and have them do something to my car.
