The communication felt a little unofficial to begin but I trusted it to get done and sure enough it did, and the men who took out our tree were wonderful and hardworking. It took them 5 days to take it all down and cut up the roots (due to a law in Ojai that requires electric chain saws and requires time to charge them half way through a work shift). Since we were not on a time crunch it worked fine for us. The guys did good work, but we had to ask them to cut the roots otherwise they were going to leave them. They did it all for $2100, which was a fantastic price! The estimate didn't change even though the tree took a while to take out and we added in the root grinding and a bit of the neighbors tree that was taken out by our fallen one. I would go back to Carlos for any and all handyman needs in the future. He runs a great business for great prices.

The guys showed up early for the job with a massive crew. They were here for about 5 hours and dealt really well with me freaking out about my large mulberry tree as it was only half-done. Everything looks great, and they cleaned up my yard and my neighbors' yards where debris had fallen. They removed two bushes and grinded a stump down, and they also did a quick trim on a tree that I hadn't put into the original bid. Would/ will hire them again when need arises. I highly recommend Arboles Care Tree Service, but make sure you get the 805 one (there's another one that they said has been using their name, based out of Camarillo).

This year they were not willing to make it right. You take a look at the photos and tell me if that is stacked wood per the definition of a cord of wood I would not recommend this company in the future based off of the poor customer service.

They did an excellent job removing a large Redwood limb that had partially snapped off. They also expertly trimmed an overgrown lemon tree, bringing it back to healthy shape, and pruned a large fur tree that was taking over the back yard. From meeting Janeth on-site to review the project scope to receiving a quote and scheduling the job, everything went quickly and smoothly. I appreciated how responsive Janeth was when I reached out with calls and texts.

We got quotes with several different services. HS was very fair with other prices, and they were so nice that I ended up canceling appts for more quotes. We ended up having them remove the two trees, and grinding out the stumps of two other trees that had been chopped down in previous years. We asked them to cut the trunk of the large tree into sections sized appropriately for a fireplace, which they did, and we will split those when they've dried out a bit. They did such an excellent job and I would definitely use them again.
