One of the crew members climbed all the way to the top with a carrier backpack on and a can of wet food in hand! Unfortunately, being so on edge, Porter JUMPED from the top of the tree, hitting a few branches on his way down and then bolted. Scott called me afterwards to check in and give me advice on potential injuries he's seen and it was so nice to see how caring he was. Porter ended up coming home shortly after and miraculously sustained no injuries- just has a bit of sap in his fur! (Cats really do have 9 lives!) I'm so grateful to this amazing crew! Beautiful tree but so so messy. He showed up on time and confirmed what we had already discussed during the meeting for his price quote. He had his men carefully climb the tree since we did not have access for large mechanical equipment to be used in the backyard and they removed all the dead and overgrown branches. He has an amazing chipper that ground up all the limbs and branches and made the job go faster. He found a 12 inch diameter branch that was 80% split through that we had not seen and would have potentially fallen this winter! He had us look at the trimmed tree to confirm it was to our satisfaction, then had his guys do an amazing clean up job. Branches and needles from our roof, the neighboring yards and even debris that had fallen before he started his job. His price was competitive. He is fully licensed and insured and I had done work with his father, Jesus, six years ago that I was also very satisfied with. I give his service my highest recommendation to others in our beautiful valley.

They are licensed and have insurance to perform work with houses with HOA. Now I have less fallout.
