Food: the ham and cheese sandwich was good. The curly fries were not edible, they were cold and hard as driftwood. The mozzarella sticks are slightly warm. The little dessert thing could have been really good if it were fresh, even though there was very little filling in it. The staff was very nice but considering the food, they obviously don't take pride in serving good food. When you're traveling and getting fuel and grabbing a bite to eat on the road, it's very frustrating when you get good you can't enjoy much less eat. The place was very clean. But considering the overall experience, I could not, in good conscience, recommend anyone to eat there. Unless you just want a sandwich then go for it. read more

Arby's is back open as of January 2024, per an employee. The restaurant is located just off the 101 Freeway in Salinas in the Love's gas station and convenience store complex. This Arby's restaurant is cojoined with the Love's Travel Stop's convenience store. The interior is attractively done and clean. There is plenty of seating throughout. The restaurant is open 24-hours. Drive-thru service is available. Employees we encountered were very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. read more

Got gas at Loves this side is always great but Arby's was another story. They first forgot to make our purchase and when we asked the young man was very sorry. The only problem was my husbands food (fish sandwich) wasn't cooked well. My husband was hungry and ate it needless to say he got food poisoning. What was supposed to be an almost 2 week vacation ended up ending in 3 days. I was okay as I didn't have the fish but after my husband's rough weekend we came back from San Diego. I broke rule number one of going through a drive thru,I I didn't double check the order at the window, my bad! I called the restaurant and reported it to the manager, a lovely woman by the name of Miranda, who who apologized profusely immediately for the mixup, and promised to comp my meal upon my next visit. she not only refunded my money from that order, but also replaced the whole lunch! I love Arbys! This place is great--always clean and never overly busy. My only complaint is that it's always FREEZING COLD in the restaurant. I mean, I know restaurants make it a little cold so people don't stay too long, but this place is freezing! Please turn the AC down a few. We were so excited to have an Arby's back in Salinas. We missed it. We waited to try this Arby's after the grand opening and the big crowds. When we came in yesterday, we were the only customers. They got our orders wrong. Asked for a brisket sandwich with no BBQ sauce, they made us another one. My fish sandwich didn't have the extra tartar sauce I requested. They gave me a small tub. I guess their meals come with Curly fries, which I don't like, and they were cold and stale. I would prefer crinkle fries instead. Why don't they ask which fries you'd like? They don't honor any coupons from their app because they're part of Loves. We had a bad experience here. I doubt we'll be back. read more

I temember when they opened this restaurant. I was so excited to have an Arbys so close to home I used to drive 45 minutes just to eat at Arbys in Hollister. It was the closest to me..Now I had one in my backyard..Ever since my college days I have loved this place. My favorite is the beef and cheddar. Add lots of Arby bhq sauce and that fabulous Horsey sauce. A meal fit for a king. read more

I WANT to love this place. We recently drove over from Monterey just for an Arby's roast beef sandwich. You know, "We have the meats". Unfortunately, arriving at 6:00pm, we ordered, then heard what we assumed was the manager call out saying that they were out of prepared roast beef and it would be 25 minutes before they could heat some up! Your claim to fame is roast beef. How can you not notice that you are running low and fail to start preparing more? read more

My family and I have been dying to try this Arby's location since we first learned about it's grand opening last year but my family discovered that this Arby's location doesn't offer delivery through either UberEats Grubhub or Doordash and we can't figure out why this Arby's location doesn't participate in Grubhub UberEats or Doordash and my family even called this Arby's location to ask if they delivered food through Grubhub and got no clear answer. She never mentioned barbecue sauce which I am not very fond of it. I was excited to have Arby's again in Salinas. Unfortunately this place is poorly run and the manager is rude and argumentative. I ordered dinner for my family of 4. We got our drinks and then sat down and proceeded to wait. And wait. The whole time I am watching people come up to the pickup counter to return food that was not prepared quickly. The manager was there helping to get food out and he was clearly in a bad mood, all he did was argue with customers. They had teenagers at the registers who were clearly trying but they keep inputting orders wrong. I waited over 20 minutes and still hadn't gotten my order. All these people who ordered after me were getting my food. I went to the pickup counter where I was ignored for several minutes until I finally got angry and yelled "EXCUSE ME! Can I please get my order? It's been almost 30 minutes!. The manager was there packing orders and looked at my receipt and his screen and said he didn't have my order and tried to brush me off. WTF? He literally saw me sitting there waiting the whole time and now he's trying to tell me my order doesn't exiting so I get nothing? My husband walked up at that point to see what the hold up was and manager changed his tune real quick and gave us our order. The food wasn't great.
