This place overcharges! This meal was around 7 last year now it's over $10 for the mix and match, and for a basic lemonade it was $5. It's not like the girl was back there squishing lemons like hotdog on a stick

I came here for an early lunch as I was craving a chili cheese hot dog from wienerschnitzel..I ordered a chili dog combo with two chili hots with cheese, fry's and a soda.Good food.Good service.

I miss the Wienerschnitzels in Santa Cruz and Watsonville so we come here for our Chili Cheese dog fixes. The food is always prepared correctly and the fries are away fresh and hot! Sometimes there's a bit of a wait in the drive thru but it's not excessive.

So much good stuff!

We had an enjoyable meal at Sourdough Company. Both the quality of the food and the friendly…read moreservice left a positive impression. From the moment we walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind, which made the whole experience even better. I ordered the Double Chicken Pesto, and it was easily the highlight of my visit. The sandwich was served warm, which made a big difference. The pesto added a rich, savory flavor and all of the ingredients worked well together. The bread though! Crisp and nicely crunchy on the outside, yet soft and fresh on the inside. It had that perfect texture you hope for in a sourdough sandwich and elevated the experience. My son ordered the Chicken Caesar Salad along with a cup of clam chowder. The salad had a generous portion of chicken, lots of croutons for extra crunch, and a Caesar dressing that was creamy and flavorful. They also included two sides of dressing, which was great for anyone who likes a well-coated salad. My son ended up asking for a third. The clam chowder was decent overall. It wasn't the best we've had compared to some of the chowder spots in Monterey, where the standard is pretty high, but it was still warm, satisfying, and worth trying as part of the meal. Overall, Sourdough Company delivered fresh food, solid portions, quality bread, and excellent customer service. If you are looking for a satisfying sandwich or casual lunch spot with friendly staff, this is definitely a place worth visiting. We'd happily return to for lunch.

The trip was completely spontaneous since we had been in Big Sur earlier that day, but it ended up being well worth the drive. I never would've expected this market to be tucked away at the end of a residential street, but once you get close, you can smell the food before you even arrive. The sandwich was incredible...huge enough that we had to share it. The meat was so juicy it was literally dripping down my fingers, and I made an absolute mess eating it. I would definitely return. It truly feels like a hidden hole-in-the-wall spot run by hardworking, down-to-earth people. The owner was personable, engaged in friendly banter, and made the experience even better. Plenty of locals stopped by during our lunch, and what really stood out was that he even remembered my friend despite him not having lived in the area for the past three years.

The soup of the day was split pea, I've never had a better one! With chunks of ham and vegetables, it was the perfect amuse-bouche! Next comes the Tri-tip sandwich! Tender, juicy and full of flavor! Last but never least, the ribs! Tender, fall off the bone, smoky! We got the full rack for four of us, we each took home ribs for the family! We stopped here on our road trip and I suggest it to anyone looking for a lunch stop! Will be singing Martin's praise for years to come!

8/10 I ordered the…read moreSupercharger and the Belair, and overall both sandwiches were solid, filling and generously packed. Starting with the Supercharger, this was easily the standout of the two. It's loaded with roast beef, bacon, turkey, ham, salami, pepperoncini, tomatoes, red onions, gouda cheese, and chipotle aioli on a ciabatta roll. They definitely don't skimp on the meat, which makes it super satisfying. The combination of the soft ciabatta and cheese worked really well together and balanced out the heaviness of the meats. My only complaint is that it could've used a bit more sauce, something like extra mustard or mayo would've taken it to the next level. Still, a strong 8.5/10. The Belair was decent but didn't quite hit the same level. It came with turkey breast, bacon, gouda cheese, spring mix, tomatoes, red onions, pepperoncini, and chipotle aioli on fresh sliced sourdough. Ours actually came with American cheese instead of gouda, which slightly changed the flavor profile. It was a good sandwich overall, but noticeably drier, especially with the sourdough, so it definitely needed more sauce to bring everything together. I'd give it a 7.2/10. Service was fast and efficient, which I appreciated. The ambiance stood out too, it has a cool retro gas station vibe that gives the place some personality and makes it feel unique. Staff was friendly, and the overall experience was smooth.

We were lucky enough to snag a spot while we were waiting for our food if we wouldn't have gotten that seat, we would've just sat outside in the provided seating. It is nice that they have indoor and outdoor options. The service and staff are always super friendly and I want to say the guys name is Mike with the long ponytail. He's always there on Sundays and he has a crazy infectious personality. He's literally always smiling and happy. I've never seen someone at work( especially in customer service )that is just genuinely happy. I am very thankful that he is blessed with that. Because let's just admit it he works in customer service you know not everybody is wonderful all the time and there are only certain people that can let it roll off them and keep it pushing... I'm gonna say it again just come here. I bring my mom at least twice a month. I've brought my brother also a coworker and of course my Hubby The sandwiches are fire, and the fried green beans are literally a must The only thing that kind of bothered me this time (and I have literally never had a complaint before) when I ordered my sandwich. It came hot like toasted/melted. I definitely didn't want that and I always order the same thing and it's never been offered hot either, so I thought that was kind of weird but other than that Everything was delicious. I still ate it because it was extremely busy and I didn't want to be that person while they were slammed to make such a minimal thing a big deal... I still ate it. It was still good. It just wasn't what I really wanted, but it's all good because I will always be back.
