The only reason I am putting two stars is because the food was alright. I got the chicken bacon sandwich and it was good. I went in around 1pm so it was past the huge lunch rush yet I still waited 20 mins for my sandwhixh to be done. I was in line and they were doing online orders first which is understandable but both employees do not need to be making the online orders especially when there is a line with several people in it. There was several food delivery people waiting before me as well and one even canceled because it was taking too long . A couple of nurses after me left because of the wait as they were on lunch. We waited a total of 8 mins for the line to start movin. Once I placed my order they told me to wait because they were gonna start the hot sandwhiches next. I waited a full 20 mins for sandwhich. This was a few weeks ago so I hope they have improved over the last few weeks but I will not be back to this location for a long time at the very least and especially if I am in a rush. read more

Amazing! We have been to Jersey Mikes now three times this month and it's only the 11th. Lol. The sandwiches are fresh and made to order. So add or delete what you like. Friendly staff with knowledge of the menu and will make suggestions or say their personal likes. Great for on the go meal. The place is very clean and the employees stay busy wiping things down. I ordered through door dash. I ordered a regular chipotle cheesesteak and upon delivery realized I had a chicken cheesesteak. Door dash was absolutely no help. I called the store to let them know and of course they realized they put the wrong sandwich in the bag. Seems pretty careless to me. They did offer a refund on the sandwich but since it went through door dash that can't be done either. So I'm now out my money and my food. Terrible experience. Update... Let's be very clear here. DD gave me a $4.95 credit. This sub cost me $16. So no, I was not fully compensated for a sub that ended up in the trash. read more

The cashier was great he also made my 1st sandwich. The problem was with the other person making the hot sandwich's. She was rude, unpleasant and acted like it was a problem that people were ordering subs. 2 customers came after us got their sandwich and ours was still not done. We asked where ours was and she looked at us and rolled her eyes. We ultimately left with no food and simply asked for a refund. It is very sad that no a days you cannot get good service for even a sandwich. We love Jersey Mike's but we will not be going back. read more

I ordered delivery through the Jersey mikes app and didn't receive my food. I did not get to eat on my lunch and had to go around the hospital looking for my food. When I reached out for support they still had me jump through hoops to get a refund. I used up all my breaks to finally receive a refund, but I still did not get a chance to eat. Laurie Songtag had no customer service support and instead was upset that I had called her after being prompted by restaurant staff. The staff was very helpful and listened to the concerns. Laurie however told me I didn't pay her and that I should buy a sub somewhere else next time. She proceeded to call me again to give me an update on the refund and recommend that I buy from subway and togos. Sucks because I used to buy Subs here once a week, but there's other sandwich shops here aside from those recommended by Laurie. Update: Since the owner is out here lying. I didn't refuse to call, I just pointed out the fact that you can't access customer service for DoorDash when the order was placed through Jersey mikes. DoorDash prompted me to inform the restaurant that the amount would be refunded to them because I paid on their app. I still have yet to receive any refund information, much less the extra 10 dollars that you mentioned. Check with your GM and get your story straight first. read more

It had been a while since I ordered from here in part because they now require a minimum of $30 order for delivery and I was not able to use a coupon I had earned. Tonight I decided to order because it was convenient to pick up and they would not take the $10 off that I had earned in rewards saying it had to be ordered online. Employees disappear to the back while multiple sandwich orders pile up. The customer service is terrible, and the negative reviews make sense--they don't know how to manage this establishment. There's no organization or focus on the customer experience. Corporate needs to step in and address the situation, as it's tarnishing the Jersey Mike's reputation. read more

As we live really close to this location we were happy to see it open on a super hot day this was very refreshing. I'm almost mad at myself for not taking pictures of the sandwiches we purchased but I think we were just excited to dig in LOL. I'd like to mention that it was very clean everybody was super friendly and they were very busy. Monday mid day on Labor Day weekend I was glad to see that they had a lot of business. We ordered the Mike's famous Philly cheese and supreme cold cut. For us personally salt pepper oil and vinegar make the sandwich. We were really happy to see that is a norm for them. The only thing that kept this from being five stars is we felt that it was more oil than anything you have to have the vinegar to set the oil off and I think if it would've been even on both we would've been like over the moon happy. The girl who was making the cold sandwich I didn't get her name however she had large gauges in her ear, she was super sweet and friendly and was happy to answer questions. She reminded us to grab two free cookies on the way out, a sweet treat that we really enjoyed. Overall this place is definitely worth checking out we're happy to have them here and I definitely know we will be back. read more

Every Jersey Mike's cuts their meat deli style for each ordered sandwich which guarantees freshness and "fluffiness". What made this location standout in a positive way was the people behind the counter, very friendly and seemed genuinely concerned about serving you a great meal. "Laurie" was especially kind and personable and made you want to come back again - which I'm positive we will. The workers were very attentive and fast at making the subs perfect for every customer. The restaurant was very clean as well. The person at the counter was preparing some subs and there was a lady behind him cleaning . I waited there for about 3-4 mins . Th person or lady never acknowledged my presence there and continued to work on thier task.
