That said, this one has been consistently the slowest and most inaccurate location I've known. It's been that way, that I know of, for a few years. The plusses include that they hire a bunch of kids without experience, train them, and put them alongside other workers who would struggle to get a job elsewhere. I mean, how many people do we all know that get their first paid gig at a McDonald's? A bunch, right? It's the same here. We have young humans in our orbit who love it here. They knew when special menu items drop. They think it's a treat to get a Happy (or other) Meal. So, we aren't going to swear off of the place. I go inside and sit down for a meal and leave thinking I need depression counseling because of the atmosphere. My waitress was awesome though. A young lady with short black hair and she kept a check on me and her other customers. I must say she did an awesome job. I ordered a small personal pizza with cheese sticks and sauce. I love the Huts personal pan pizza but this one wasn't so good. The pizza dough wasn't completely cooked regardless of the cheese being melted on top. The restaurant was busy so I think the cook rushed my pizza out. The cheese sticks were great. The Pizza Hut owners as a whole need to realize the dark carpet and walls are depressing. The company needs an interior design image change and I think it would draw better business. Just my opinion though.

What was once an almost always full establishment, is now a shell of its former self. In years passed the issue was (more often than not) that their Slushee machine was simply Out-Of-Order. Nowadays, you get to play hunt for a stall that works! While there may be a menu board present at any given stall, it may/maynot function any longer. A simple Out-Of-Order sign, or even a basic traffic cone to denote "No-Service-Here" at this stall appears beyond their capacity. While the food quality has always been satisfactory, the effort to obtain such grows increasingly burdensome. Its another one of those cases where "I can read the handwriting on the wall" as things fall further and further into disarray. I'd love to see the local Sonic make a comeback, but its recent track record is continuing to go awry.

To add insult to injury, I poured myself a lemonade soon to discover it was water. When I spoke to one of the teenage cooks/servers about it, she said she knew, but didn't know how to fix it. Just a half block away is another really wonderful restaurant called Pie Hound. There are other restaurants in the area that would also be better choices.
