Worst fast food service ever. Assistant manager rolled her eyes when we walked to the front counter and was less than thrilled to have dining room customers. Order was inaccurate and bathroom was disgusting. You can still have pride and respect even at fast food joints. If I could select zero stars I would. The employees all kept announcing that they were quitting because they couldn't deal with these customers today. read more

It took a total of 45 minutes to receive my order from the time I entered drive-through until I drove away. The new checking had obviously been cooked for ahead of time it was hard and over cooked. I had a coupon for a buy new chick king receive a whopper free. When I arrived at the window it said it was a mobile app so after I had to get the cashier to help me with it but I was set back around the drive-through line in order to do to use the mobile app and coupon. This restaurant should probably close down until They have enough help to handle the business that they have. read more

I work in the food service industry and have never written a negative review for a restaurant. I am usually understanding. I realize Burger King is fast food and did not have high expectations, but this particular time at this particular Burger King was the most disgusting food experience I have ever had. My chicken. Sandwich was cold, burnt and hard as well as the onion rings.I asked for cheese on my sandwich and did not get it I absolutely needed it if I was possibly going to choke this sandwich down. I went and asked the employee for cheese and he grabbed a piece of cheese with a paper wrapper and handed it to me. I was still going to attempt to eat , because I had just gotten out of work and am in fact, starving. I put the cheese on it The bun is hard and stale and 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise came gushing out. This was the last straw. I threw the entire meal away and did not even bother asking for my money back. I am genuinely in shock at this disgusting experience and quality of food me and my family were served this evening. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN and I genuinely hope people read this and decide to go somewhere else if at all possible. Definitely dont stop just to use the bathroom either. Unless of course standing/ sitting in other peoples' piss is not something that bothers you. read more

This was without question the worst Burger King I have ever been too. Stopped here on a long drive looking to snag a quick and easy dinner and get back on the road. After arriving, we waited for several minutes until someone acknowledged that we were at the counter and started yelling for someone to come take our order. After we ordered, we waited another 10 minutes before we started wondering why our food wasn't ready and asked the cashier where our food was. The cashier told us our food wasn't even on the screen and had to yell at some people to make our food at that point. We then watched the employees argue amongst each other and get scolded before finally making our food. When we got our whopper junior, fries, and 2 double bacon cheeseburgers, the wrapper on the whopper was soggy and falling apart and neither of the bacon cheeseburgers had bacon. We let the cashier know about the lack of bacon which she yelled back for them to get us some and after waiting another 2 minutes gave up and just left after having been there for nearly 30 minutes. The fries were extremely stale and the whopper had so much mayonnaise on it that it was soggy and inedible. We ended up throwing most of the food away. We don't expect too much of a fast food joint, but the utter lack of any degree of service and this location's ability to make disgusting burgers they only had to assemble is outrageous. read more
