Before the food even arrived, we knew we had found somewhere special. We started with the Bistro Onion Soup and the Red Pepper Lobster Bisque. French onion soup and lobster bisque are two of my all-time favorites, so my expectations were high. The Bistro Onion Soup absolutely delivered--rich, flavorful broth, perfectly tender onions, and an incredible blanket of melted cheese. Easily one of the best onion soups I've ever had.
