This might be the only Cane's without a line. The service was extremely fast in the drive thru. I ordered a 4 piece box. The chicken was very lightly breaded, and missing in some spots. The coleslaw was missing an ingredient and was inedible. I have been a many Cane's locations and know that coleslaw is usually amazing. The fries, Texas toast, and Cane's sauce were all very good. Stopped in for the first time to see what the place was and found out it's just chicken fingers and fries. Chicken was amazing! The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars is because the place was dirty! Ever table was dirty, the floor was dirty! The employees look like they'd wish they weren't there. Not very friendly! Believe me I know it's hard to get good workers! But if the manager would walk out in the dining room and saw the mess on the tables and floor, it would be better. read more

This location goes above and beyond on customer service! When we pulled in the drive through, the attendant said "CHICKEN CHICKEN CHICKEN, which combo are you pickin!?" We needed a moment so he told us just to say "CHICKEN" when we were ready to order. When we said the command he was back - "Bippity boppity boo, what can I get for you!?" I'm not sure if these are new greeting lines for canes, or if the drive thru attendant was just adding his own special flare to his customer service style, but let me tell you, it had us all laughing and smiling, which started our meal off on the right foot! Our order was also 100% correct and very tasty. I have been to many canes locations across the country and this one was definitely the most memorable thanks to those small jokes. I'm not sure who it was, but we were there on January 11th 2022 around dinner time. This guy deserves a raise because you don't come by someone who goes the extra mile to make customers smile like that any more. read more

Ordered online. Very unclean. Out of all drinks except Diet Coke. Out of ketchup, hot sauce, and coleslaw. Wanted to cancel order, but informed that is not possible at the store level for mobile orders. I have been to many Cane's restaurants, but this is the only one I have had problems with. All three times I have been there with this by far the worst and my first ever negative Yelp review. I will continue to eat at Canes, because it is the family favorite. What a difference a year makes! The chicken was still very good and the service fast and friendly. But..... The toast was soggy, there was no ice in the drink fountain, the windows were dirty, the stuffing was coming out in the booths, not a very good experience all in all. Came on their opening day, and to be expected the place was extremely busy with a line. The staff also said you could park and order inside. The drive thru actually went fast. If you enjoy chicken fingers and haven't had Cane's your missing out. All they serve is chicken and nothing else. Their Cane's sauce is super delicious, even on the Texas Toast. Will definitely be coming back many more times when wanting Cane's. read more

I wish they all wore name tags so I know which obnoxious woman to complain about. Heavy set white female with dark hair up in a kind of bun with freckles and glasses. Very obnoxiously loud and overly rude to the staff, all while the place is packed for lunch with customers. Not the way to manage at all. read more

I wanted to purchase an XL shirt but unfortunately they were out and the sweet woman (long blonde hair, did not get a name) said she's only been at this location for a short period of time and she came and brought me out three shirts for free of different sizes for the hassle! Appalling Experience at Raising Cane's - Sandusky, OH (Milan Rd Location) I am writing to express my deep disappointment and disgust following an appalling experience at Raising Cane's location on Milan Road in Sandusky, Ohio, on the evening of May 26, 2025, at approximately 11:22 p.m. After a long day at Cedar Point, my family and I--tired and hungry--decided to stop by Raising Cane's for what we hoped would be a simple and satisfying meal. Unfortunately, what we encountered was anything but that. We ordered three combo meals, each of which includes a soft drink. Upon receiving our order at the second drive-thru window, the young Caucasian employee handed us only two drinks. I politely informed her that a third drink was missing. She asked to see the receipt, which I promptly provided. Rather than resolving the issue, she stated, "I'm confused," then closed the window and walked away to fetch the manager. When the manager finally approached, I once again explained that we were missing a drink. The original employee interjected, repeating, "I'm confused," as if the concept of fulfilling a paid order was beyond comprehension. I expressed that I did not appreciate how I was being treated. The manager, a young Caucasian boy dismissed my concern with, "We were just confused," as if that somehow justified the incompetence and lack of basic courtesy we were subjected to. Eventually, I was given the third drink. However, upon returning to our hotel, we discovered it was the wrong one. Worse yet, the food was of abysmal quality. The chicken fingers and fries were undercooked, the coleslaw was warm, and all the drinks were severely watered down. As troubling as the poor food quality and service were, the most disturbing aspect of this experience was the clear undertone of stereotyping and racial bias that my family and I, as people of color, perceived throughout the encounter. this canes is VERY ghetto. when i came here before i lost all of my money due to gambling on tarantulas i found that my food has dry skin flakes on my french fries and my bread! the lady at the counter was big and fat and her rolls bounced as she speaked, and, she had exema and her skin flakes were actively falling off of her on the counter, and was very rude and started smoking while i was ordering and set off the smoke alarm! AAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! the entire restaurant was covered in oily liquid and the floors and tables were sticky like a fly trap, the smell of behind the counter into the kitchen smells like a pregnant elephant farting and giving me stage 4 cancer. now, when i came here today to feed my 32 children with 63 different baby daddies, they were closed at 8 pm when the hours are 10am - 2am!! what else am i supposed to buy for my starving children with my last $2.84??? That was just a little rough. All in all, it's consistent with every other cracker barrel. I have to cut a star out for lack of attention. At least check on us once. I don't mind waiting.
