Can you give a place 0 stars? Waited over 45 minutes in the drive thru only to be told at 11:50 (closed at 12:00) that they were closed. Manager said they'd been telling people inside there was a 20 minute and we should have known. I haven't eaten at a Raising Cane's in nearly a decade, so I thought I'd give this one a try. Kelly at the window gave me the wrong size of drink for the Caniac combo and then refused to give me the correct size unless I paid for it--the bigger drink size is part of the price! I ended up having to Google if I was correct in my understanding of the size and then had to turn back around to get either the correct drink size or be reimbursed the price difference because, of course, no one answered the phone when I called twice (I also forgot someone's food order). When I got to the drive-through window, I asked if a manager could meet me at the window. I told her about the incorrect drink order, to which Kelly replied, "That's what she needed a manager for?" I responded with, "Yes because when I tried to tell you about your error, you wanted to charge me extra for it." She then looked at me and closed the window. Perhaps Kelly better get it together! And to top it all off, the food is horribly bland just like numerous people have said. The drive-thru line is also SLOW. So, don't be in a rush when going to this location. read more

This might be the only Cane's without a line. The service was extremely fast in the drive thru. I ordered a 4 piece box. The chicken was very lightly breaded, and missing in some spots. The coleslaw was missing an ingredient and was inedible. I have been a many Cane's locations and know that coleslaw is usually amazing. The fries, Texas toast, and Cane's sauce were all very good. Stopped in for the first time to see what the place was and found out it's just chicken fingers and fries. Chicken was amazing! The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars is because the place was dirty! Ever table was dirty, the floor was dirty! The employees look like they'd wish they weren't there. Not very friendly! Believe me I know it's hard to get good workers! But if the manager would walk out in the dining room and saw the mess on the tables and floor, it would be better. read more

This location goes above and beyond on customer service! When we pulled in the drive through, the attendant said "CHICKEN CHICKEN CHICKEN, which combo are you pickin!?" We needed a moment so he told us just to say "CHICKEN" when we were ready to order. When we said the command he was back - "Bippity boppity boo, what can I get for you!?" I'm not sure if these are new greeting lines for canes, or if the drive thru attendant was just adding his own special flare to his customer service style, but let me tell you, it had us all laughing and smiling, which started our meal off on the right foot! Our order was also 100% correct and very tasty. I have been to many canes locations across the country and this one was definitely the most memorable thanks to those small jokes. I'm not sure who it was, but we were there on January 11th 2022 around dinner time. This guy deserves a raise because you don't come by someone who goes the extra mile to make customers smile like that any more. read more

Ordered online. Very unclean. Out of all drinks except Diet Coke. Out of ketchup, hot sauce, and coleslaw. Wanted to cancel order, but informed that is not possible at the store level for mobile orders. I have been to many Cane's restaurants, but this is the only one I have had problems with. All three times I have been there with this by far the worst and my first ever negative Yelp review. I will continue to eat at Canes, because it is the family favorite. This lives up to the hype I have heard about Raising Cane's. Who knew chicken fingers could be this good and loved the Cane's sauce too. Food came out promptly and hot, the employees were outstanding and the manager went above and beyond to do something very special for us.
