My partner went back to try to get them to replace the incorrect items & not only did they refuse that they didn't make his items correctly, but they also just made 2 more of the WRONG ITEM & gave it to him as if it was correct. They refused to listen to him & correct their mistakes, they were rude to my partner & LAUGHED at him when he tried asking them to fix the issue & they did not care at all that they did not do their job correctly.
