As a lover of the Italian Cold Cut, I believe they make the best Italian Sub in the area. My wife and I visit this location with fair regularity. The one time I had a complaint about staff, it was taken seriously and the problem was immediately corrected. Other than that one anomaly, we have always received good service and the Franchisee is on premise most of the time. The little shop has excellent parking, you can enter through the front or the back (where the parking is more ample). It has always been clean and friendly. I believe this is the only location in the area, would love to see a few more, like closer to work (Owasso)... Every bite was packed with flavor! This is my new sub shop. Hands down the best. Jay was incredibly friendly, and we ended up chatting for a while. For a place that is so busy, you would hope there would be some sort of system that ensures you hear your name being called, they can make it in a timely manner, the employees have time to interact, clean tables, things like that.
