When your sweet 87-year-old mother asks for Arby's, you take her to Arby's. We used to live around the corner from this restaurant and we'd go a couple of times a month. The service and food have always been consistent. I appreciated that when I'd ask for a pound of roast beef in a container with no bun, they didn't bat an eye. During this particular visit, we got a great parking spot where I could easily maneuver my mom's walker up the sidewalk and through the door. After we ordered, Mom and I sat down at a handicap-accessible table and the teenage guy who waited on us was kind enough to bring the food to our table when it was ready rather than call her name and make us come to the counter to pick it up. Clean and efficient, Arby's is a nice fast food alternative when I'm tired of burgers or pizza. This location has a nice interior with free WiFi. The food comes out fast. Shakes are super creamy. And the staff has been above average friendly each time I've been here. I've asked for recommendations since I'm not super familiar with the ever changing menu, and each time the staff here have been very helpful. read more

I have wanted to stop into Arby's to try the new Hawaiian King fish I seen advertised. Almost $10 for the combo meal which I don't think was terrible. The sandwich was big and the fish was thicker and longer than most other fast food place fish sandwiches. I don't care to admit how many times I've rolled through this Arby's drive-thru. So I usually don't Yelp check-in, so to shame-eat my mozzarella sticks in peace and quiet. But my fondness of this Arby's crew at this location has my secret-Arbys-cat out of the bag. This Arby's must have some combination of excellent management and extra-friendly staff because each time I come to the window, they are chipper and sweet, much more so than your typical fast-food drive-thru interactions in general. Kudos to you all for keeping a smile on your masked faces, through all of this. :-D As far as fast-food goes, Arby's food is probably my fave of this category. The mozzarella sticks really bring it over the top. Sure they are freezer-to-fryer, but they still are hot, gooey, stringy cheesesticks that taste greasy-great. My hubbs enjoys the jalapeno poppers. The Bronco Berry dipping sauce is divine; I really wish Arby's would bottle it for grocery store sales, it is that good, a nice, smooth sweet-heat sauce. The curly fries are the best fast-food fries you can get, IMHO, such a nice seasoned flavor. The roast beef isn't as good as a local beef joint like Anderson's, but for a national fast-food chain, it is pretty good, with generous portions. The flaky, warm cherry turnovers are a sweet treat, love the icing. If you are feeling fast-food gluttonous, this Arby's drive-thru is sure to satisfy. Sometimes you just want to eat quickly and for a reasonable price. This location is my favorite Arby's and they always have daily deals and plentiful coupons in the mailers that come almost weekly it seems. Nothing much to report besides that, as it is a typical chain location--the meats are plentiful, coupons and daily deals make it reasonable; and I can always count on quick and friendly service here at the drive thru. A go to snack here is a slider and a snack size Jamocha. Most recently, we used the 2 for 6.95 beef & cheddar sandwich coupon and also got some mozzarella sticks, curly fries, a turkey slider, and a Jamocha shake and I believe the whole bill was well under $20. A reasonable meal. I prefer to eat at local restaurants whenever possible but sometimes you just need to go to the place where they have the meats! read more

So, I have always enjoyed this location, friendly staff and clean. However, after miscommunication and me getting the wrong order, they went above and beyond to fix the order and then some. I had made it to another store and wanted something to eat before getting groceries (so then I didn't buy the whole store) and while sitting in the parking lot I noticed my order was wrong AND they forgot my cookie...I was a little upset but I called them back quickly when I realized they charged me for a classic when I asked for the beef n cheddar (can't eat the sandwich without the sauce and cheese) I was even fine just getting the sauce and cheese to put on top and my cookie, but they were going to remake my whole order fries and all! I said no to the fries (cause I ate mine) but got a warm sandwich AND AN EXTRA COOKIE!!! (BTW GET THE COOKIES THEY ARE AMAZING!!!!) honestly made a day that could of been bad better just by being kind and taking care of it without being annoying about "having to see the sandwich" like other fast food places! read more

This location specifically has some of the friendliest employees out of all the Arby's I've ever been to. They always greet you with a smile. Something you don't always get anymore. The Con of this is they are all coached. You know....up sellers.....ehhh But it is what it is. Although this is a fast food place the drive thru is often anything but. Every time I go here I am generally waiting behind only 1-2 vehicles yet it takes about 10 minutes EVERY SINGLE TIME for me to get to the window after ordering. Bottom line is French fries = delicious but swimming in grease Roast beef and Cheddar= delicious but horrible for you Cheese sticks= horrible. Tasted like french toast with bad cheese Creamsicle "milk shake"= OUT OF THIS WORLD but at almost 4 bucks.... no bueno. The above listed items cost me 17 dollars which is insane for the sub par overall quality. For 17 dollars I could have gone to red lobster......and should have. read more

Lovin' Spoonful (AKA Norb has opinions on everything Restaurant Division: ) I had some business in Williamsville Tuesday so we decided to stop at Arby's 6845 Main St. Williamsville, NY 14221 (716) 632-5391. My wife and I both had a beef and cheddar, because we had a BOGO coupon (We seldom go anywhere without some kind of discount), a small curly fries and a medium drink. Because we didn't think we were clogging our arteries enough, we opted for a side of cheddar cheese to dip our fries. The meal was served both hot and quickly. The restaurant was clean and we had no problem finding a clean table. In fact all the tables looked clean. It was raining heavily and we ate in the atrium like area with the glass roof and walls. The rain cascading across the roof and down the wall was very pretty. It was almost like we were dining underneath a waterfall. The reason we went around the corner was the "main" dining area was a bit cold due to the air conditioning and the side area was a bit warmer. With the addition of their horsey sauce we had a very good abet messy lunch. I visited the rest room on our way out and it was quite spacious not cramped like the Arby's in Lockport. The rest room was clean and neat. I find that the condition of the rest room, the "forgotten room", to be indicative of the cleanliness of the restaurant overall. The only problem I noticed was there was a roof leak at the hallway leading to the back rooms causing a buildup of water on the floor. The stain on the ceiling indicated this was not a new problem and a "wet floor" sign should have been placed there for safety reasons. Arby's delivers what they promise "We have the meats" and I consider the value received for the price we paid to be good. I give them a 9 out of 10 for the food but they should get the roof fixed. read more

OK Never been a big fan of Arbys. Went there for lunch and they had an Arbys Gyro on the menu. I must say it was pretty damn tasty. Everything else that my compainons had looked scary and Im glad I didnt have anything with a mystery cheese sauce on it. Curly fries kind of sucked. read more

I try not to review fast food for 2 reasons one it usually sucks and two I don't want everyone to know how fat I actually am. But Arby's you sure got the meats. Love the family deal there for 10.99 such a steal. Let's be honest though for a family meal I can eat it alone. But the real reason I felt compelled to review this meaty establishment was the lady at the register. She was a gem. I could have just watch a small chinchilla get run over by a car and this one could paint a smile on my face. She was such a ball of sunshine Mike Tyson would have caught sun burn. Her compliments were genuine unlike the leather items you find at the dollar store. Gift this lady a raise. Kudos!!! read more
