*Actually went to the spot on Transit and it was very nice and clean. What you'd expect in east Amherst. Probably my second favorite smash burger (Buffalo Bros). BUT, this smash burger is much bigger than Buffalo bros. 4oz patties, didn't taste any onions with it, don't know if they make them traditionally. Best way I can describe the meal is it tastes like a well cooked smash burger you'd make at home, on a soft bun similar to Burger Kings, with fries similar to McDonald's. They do give you enough fries similar to five guys which is nice! This would be a sit down fast-food type of meal but think fresh. Definitely on the opposite end of the spectrum for burgers if you like ABV or grovers type burgers. But good. Will come again! read more

I consider myself somewhat of a burger expert. I've had burgers from everywhere and I can honestly say the burgers from here are in the top 3 of all time. The flavors are smashed into each burger. Good portion. Perfect balance of ingredients with the added toppings being nice and fresh. The unique sauces they have are all very flavorful. Can't recommend enough. Especially if you love burgers. Went into cluck cluck moo moo for the first time the other day! When we got there it was about 90 minutes until close time. However, we could tell the staff were ready to close. All of the chairs were put up and we were not greeted which was a real deterrent initially. Aside from that there's not much to mention about the ambiance. A pretty small storefront with nothing to write home to sister Mary about. Although we had many questions about the menu my partner and I just rushed to order. Much to my surprise they did not have any vegan options whatsoever. So they were able to get a burger with back and a side of fries. It was described as "one of the best burgers in Buffalo". Here we go again! When you have family in from out of town, you have to take them to your favorite spots. So we stopped in the other night for some burgers and they LOVED it. We ordered a few smashburgers, a chicken sandwich, and some fries. The moo moo sauce on the burgers was a hit for everyone. They were trying to figure out what it was the whole time. That sauce that makes these burgers so much better than any burger in town. The chicken sandwich was delicious as always as well. The cluck cluck sauce on that is way better than a chick-fil-a sauce and has a good flavor to complement the chicken perfectly. The fries are really good too and have the right amount of salt and pepper to make them taste great with or without something to dip them in. The food is delicious but my only complaint is there light fluffing buns, I personally find it annoying when the bun soaks up all the grease and the bun is super soggy, almost everytime I eat here the bun gets all soggy. Different buns would be great!! read more

The pictures I took won't do it justice, but I got both the burger ($12 on Uber Eats) and a chicken sandwich (same price) and they were both delicious! Also got a regular side of fries ($5) which were hot and crisp and got the side of Cluck Cluck sauce for dipping which was fire! This is a $14 chicken sandwich... it's thinner than a piece of cardboard. It's so thin and over cooked that it likes you eating cardboard. Called the restaurant and talked to the manager. I took mine to go because there was nowhere to sit when I ordered. Hot Chicken sandwich was very good, moist, crispy, and pretty spicy and i had them add lettuce and tomato also. The Works Smashburger was delicious as well (tasted a little like a Whopper but better). Small fry could have fed 3 or 4 people, seasoned but just an average fry, maybe better if didn't take it home. I decided on a Junior burger and while it was a good size - I actually wished I got the regular one - as it contained 2 beef Patties. The fries were insanely good. You could tell the frier oil was super fresh. The smash burgers were equally delicious. It brought me back to street meat burgers at 2am in Fredonia. Nope. I hate to be that guy but if you like Cluck Cluck Moo Moo you must have pretty low standards. First off, the burgers were a soggy mess and they got to us in five minutes. Two of them weren't even wrapped all the way. One had the wrong toppings. My kids begged me to let them throw them out. Nowhere on DoorDash does it say that a burger has two patties so when we ordered an extra patty they had three - which is way too much. They were also too salty and I like salt! The fries SUCKED. Could have used some of the salt from the burger. Think British style soft floppy fries. To make it all worse, they didn't come with ketchup or vinegar and since we were eating in a park we ate plain soggy fries - they disabled instructions on DoorDash so you can't even ask for ketchup. We've eaten here several times now and really LOVING their sandwiches! I am a big fan of the pork chop sandwich. It has a super tasty, crunchy and juice pork chop, topped with a delicious lemon caper aioli. I love capers so this combination is just pure heaven to me. We also love their chicken sandwiches and the smashburgers. I tried "The Works" smashed burger and it was just ridiculously good! Perfect patties that taste fantastic! I had a personal list of favorite burger places in the area, but this place beats them all! My pictures don't do the sandwiches proper justice at all. These babies are pure flavor bombs and will make you come back for more. Personally i also think that they hit the mark with the prices of the menu-items. Money is tight these days for most people, but also for restaurants. They managed to keep the price and quality at the perfect balance. A lot of places have lost me unfortunately by increasing their prices to a level where i just have to pass. But I will definitely be coming back to Cluck Cluck Moo Moo if things can be kept at these prices and the restaurant can hopefully sustain itself by doing so. Everyone that works here are very friendly and the waiting times are fairly short. The small waiting/seating area with a couple of stools is clean and offers enough space to enjoy your food.
