It was juicy, though I only ate one since it isn't GF, and I didn't want to get sick. Ate just my fries, though, they didn't sit great, which I assume is a gluten thing. But I didn't have the sauce, and I have to think that is what makes this place. It was like watching everyone eat the sauce, and the chicken was a delivery method. The seating availability is good - patio when it's warm, booth or back table when it's chilly. The food is good! I often like to try something new, and I've never been disappointed. I watched multiple DoorDash drivers come in, wait briefly, and leave with their orders, many of which were fulfilled before mine. I had only ordered six tacos, yet I waited over 30 minutes, along with several other dine-in customers who also seemed to be waiting a long time. On top of the wait and lack of communication, the tacos themselves were disappointing--mostly packed with cilantro and barely filled with steak. It was disappointing to see online orders consistently prioritized over guests who took the time to come in and order directly. I've never experienced that kind of service imbalance at a restaurant before.
