This is my Mike's location and i have never had an issue with service, quality, or customer service! The employees have always been GREAT! My sandwiches have always been delicious and made exactly to my liking! I always get the Club with extra, extra banana peppers and even though I can tell they do not want to do this, they will squish my sandwich down so i can get everything i want on it AND so i can get my mouth around it! I ask them to put banana peppers from one end to the other end so i get one in every bite! I get welcomed the minute i walk in the door and it is always clean! I love MY MIKE'S!!! It's definitely a sub above , with hot and cold sandwiches for options! This location has a very friendly staff, this place is always busy! I think everybody knows about the quality and how they make it right in front of you where they sliced the meat ... Recently, I got the spicy chicken sandwich, which I've never had ! I would give it 3.8 out of 5 I think it's good for the protein and tastes pretty healthy, but I think lacks and flavor in depth. I think maybe I would add some lettuce and banana peppers. If you go there at night, they are gonna run out of their rosemary bread, which is understandable but stinks because it's definitely a better bread choice! The other thing that I think they could do better at, but I understand is some acknowledgment. Was there a Sunday at noon so obviously he's gonna be busy I don't expect to be there for two minutes, but I was there for about 10 minutes at the counter and people are just kind of working busting by and I think all they need to do is be like when we are done with these online orders we will be able to help you. Just a little acknowledgment will help because there is definitely some people that are leaving because the wine was not moving, but orders were happening. Recommend you get cut into 4 as these subs are piled high. Recommend you get it Mikes Way option to get onion, tomato, shredded lettuce and seasoning added. I got mine, the Club,no seasoning. Get ready for overflowing ingredients to scoop up! Huge sub piled at least 5 inches high, mine had mayo and oil/ vinegar mix and was delicious. Each one wrapped in hefty paper. Drinks ala carte along with other sides. Also placed in logo bag if carry out. You can order ahead on line and custom your sub. Hot and cold varieties. I want to share my experience working at the Jersey Mike's location in Burnsville, MN, to raise awareness about serious safety and management issues. On August 14, 2024, I was physically assaulted by a coworker during my shift. Despite the escalating aggressive behavior, management failed to intervene or protect me. In fact, I was instructed to go outside to "talk" with the assailant alone, which led to a violent attack resulting in severe head and hand injuries that required medical treatment, including staples and a deep puncture wound. Following the incident, instead of receiving support or a proper investigation, I was wrongfully terminated and even charged with disorderly conduct, despite being the victim. Throughout my time there, I was reprimanded for minor issues like the amount of onions on sandwiches or forgetting safety signs, while the company neglected serious threats to employee safety. The management's lack of responsibility and failure to enforce workplace safety policies created a hostile and dangerous work environment. This experience has had lasting physical and emotional effects on me. I am sharing this review to warn others considering employment here and to urge the company to prioritize worker safety over trivial matters. I also heard reports by coworkers at the time, of a new coworker smoking meth in the workplace bathroom, yet no action was taken by management. I've gotta tell ya, I don't always *crave* Jersey Mike's Subs but a few times a year I just HAVE to have it. I really didn't start eating here until I lived in Chicago a while ago and have craved it ever since a few times a year. This location in Burnsville has been consistent throughout our five or so years living here. The service is always great (especially when I can't seem to make up my mind - which happens a lot!). I love that everything is made to order and there is such a variety for both hot and cold subs! You can't go wrong with any of the cold subs mike's way - and any of the chicken bacon ranch combos with the hot subs always hit! Sometimes I splurge and get a brownie because why not? When we first walked in there were 2 people waiting for their sandwiches. We waited 5 minutes to just get an employee to even acknowledge we were standing at the counter. We said our order three times because Celina just couldn't understand us. 5 minutes later we paid and waited.. our receipt says 6:52 and here it is 7:28 and we still don't have sandwiches. 10 minutes ago we went gorge counter and celina never handed it in to be made. Drove by the location on Co. road 42. My wife and I thought we would give it a try. The subs were decent, nothing that would stand out. The service will make it a situation where we would never go back. My wife ordered a #8 and I ordered a #9. For some reason there was an additional #9 on the counter. The cashier wondered if we ordered three sandwiches. We pointed out the two that we ordered and he was insistent that the other #9 was mine. Several back and forth comments lead him to opening up the sandwiches. He was angry and upset that the other #9 was not mine and that the two we pointed out were the sandwiches we just watch them make. He took our money in a huff and rang us up. Came in and was cordially greeted. We explained it was our first time here. They were so patient and helpful while we figured out what to order. They explained everything and the process so well. They made sure we were taken care of. This is service you'd expect to see at a nice sit-down restaurant..not a sub place. Wow! Super impressive! I ordered the loaded Italian sub. I have been going to 3 other Jersey Mikes and this location failed! Huge! They have no idea what goes on a sandwich. I asked for Mikes way and got mayo and I asked for extra pickles and got a total of one on my sandwich. The portions are off and the people unfriendly. The Eagan location is awesome!!!!!!!
