Ordered Door Dash... train your staff to know when the fountain drinks need changed. The Powerade tasted like 98% water with a splash of blue. No way someone saw that and thought it was okay. It took 20 minutes to recognize the order from submitting it on the app. The fries were so cold/soggy as if they pulled it out of a dirty clothes hamper. Would it have been hard to throw the fries back into the hot oil to make them taste like they were fresh if your lazy staff didn't want to make new fries? I tried calling up there to tell them to change the Powerade and the phone gives disconnected after first ring. Probably a bunch of teens up there that don't care. Management, do better. read more

Quick lunch and I was glad to see they had two fish options. I went with the Cajun fish wrap meal. Curly fries was a little over fried I feel. And the remoulade for the fish was a little salty. Also a lot of wrap so I didn't eat all of it. He had a chicken sandwich but he didn't care for it as he said it's chicken tenders on a bun. The place was clean so that was nice for sitting. Lots of space available in the private parking lot. Not a bad visit but I prefer fish sandwiches so we don't come often. read more

I would appreciate it if the manager and staff washed their hands. Also to not wipe their hands with gloves on their butts and then go right back to making food... I was utterly disgusted with my Arby's experience tonight. I am a mom traveling with two high school aged boys and we stopped to eat. We used the restroom and it was evident that men had been using the Women's restroom (toilet lid was up and urine on the floor). We went to order and there was music blaring from behind the counter. It was rap filled with the "n" word. I was appalled. The words then changed to include sucking dicks. I told the cashier that it was a pretty terrible music choice and he laughed and said yes. We had a horrible experience at arbys in castle rock yesterday. Ordered the two for $6 sandwiches a drink and fries. The total came to over $12. How this order came to $12 is beyond me. Of course they also didn't provide a receipt. When the order came out it was only the two sandwiches. When I asked about the fries. They said we didn't order fries and would have to order them again and pay as well. The employee we dealt with was the most rude person I have encountered in quite a few years. Awful experience!!! Every time I visit here the Manager and Staff welcomes me and seem genuinely glad I came. It's refreshing to have folks wait on you who enjoy their job. We keep coming back because of the friendly staff and the good good, plus it's conveniently located close to our doctors office and the interstate. Parking and traffic can be tough at times and the food is well.... Arby's which is good but not fantastic. All in all for fast food, ambience, and location it's a great place. read more

She was very upset called the restaurant to talk to a manager and when she was speaking to the manager the female manager hung up on her after telling her the hair must have come from us (I'm bald and my wife has short hair! She called back and the manager said she wouldn't be yelled at, I was next to my wife and she never raised her voice. Was not aware they stopped serving waffle fries, so instead of the cashier telling me they no longer serve waffle fries, he served me hashbrowns. I drive through maybe once or twice a month, usually get what I order, and food is okay. Tonight, the employee must have been having a bad night, but why didn't a manager notice his behavior? When I got to the pick up window, he tried to give me two other orders, not mine. Then after clarifying, he still tried to hand me another wrong order. Got that resolved and got the wrong drinks, but luckily I checked before driving away. Got home, no sauces, even though he asked me what kind of sauce I wanted. The people who work there are perfectly nice and fine, but Arby's as a restaurant - that is really something else! Let me start by saying I am a healthy, physically active young adult. But, after eating at Arby's - I feel near death, like I might go in to kidney failure and cardiac arrest. I used to eat at Arby's when I was a kid - no problem. Now, if I am forced to go - I'll get a market fresh sandwich, turkey Rueben or French dip sandwich. It doesn't matter when I go, or what item I order off the menu, I ALWAYS GET SICK OR HAVE SOME KIND OF EXTREME REACTION! I get severe swelling and have gastric problems. My eyes will swell shut, my hands and feet get huge, I can't even zip my jeans (and ,no, my jeans aren't that tight). I have eaten at Arbys probably 5 times in 3 years at varying locations. I always think my reaction is some kind of fluke. But, after this last time, I'm convinced it's not. I'm not sure if it is the Sodium Phosphates in the food (known to cause kidney failure), or something else - but, I know I can't be the only one out there. My friends complain of diarrhea, gas and upset stomach after Arby's food. Why the FDA would let this and all the other crap infiltrate our food supply? This is just gross and will most likely kill you in a short time if eaten more than once a month. I will not be forced to go here again. YUCK! read more
