Had a small lunch with my friend. I tried the Dubai milkshake and chicken nuggets. The nuggets were alright with tender chicken, but it looked a bit dark and small. The Dubai milkshake looked good and was pretty delicious with the pistachios and chocolate. But it was quite thick and a bit hard to drink. But then when the ice melted, it did get a bit watery. It was still enjoyable. It was quite expensive though as the milkshake was $10 and the chicken nuggets was about $6. For the same price I could have got in a cocktail during happy hour at another nice restaurant. Service was pretty good. We ordered though the kiosk, picked a number, sat in the table, and then they deliver it. There was a good amount of tables, and we watched a horse racing on the TV. I still like Shake Shack and the food and shake was enjoyable, even though quite expensive. I will visit another Shake Shack again, but maybe in a different location that has lower prices. I decided to stop by Shake Shack, but I was shocked by the prices. I pulled into the drive through and saw that a burger, fries, and a drink were nearly $19.99 before tax. After tax, the total would have been $21 for a single meal. That is difficult to justify for what is still considered fast food. For a family of four, especially if the kids wanted shakes, the total could easily reach or exceed $100. That is simply outside the budget of many average families. Unfortunately, the customer service at this location does not improve the experience. The employees are rude and unwelcoming, which makes visiting inside even more dissapointing. When I was asked, "How can I help you?" I responded, "You can't with these prices," and decided to leave without ordering. I understand that restaurants have experienced rising costs, but these prices seem excessive for a FAST FOOD restaurant. While the food may be good, I cannot justify paying over $20 for a single meal. At these prices, I will be spending my money elsewhere. read more

Always a good choice for a good burger and shake. The burgers are always very well cooked and very flavorful, and the shakes are all high quality. The fries are also top tier for something as casual as a Shake Shack. The service is relatively quick, and you can order electronically, so there is little interaction needed if you are nervous around people. There is cornholl and shuffle board inside, and a few TVs which is great! Overall this location is great! Truly a five star experience! read more

One of my better experiences with a Shake Shack is at this location. Nice location; spacious and clean, with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. There wasn't anyone at the register when we came in, but were able to order at their little kiosks. It was pretty easy to navigate and our food came out pretty quickly. Our food was hot and fresh. Personally, would've liked more cheese sauce on the cheese fries. Otherwise, everything was enjoyable. And although there is no drink station outside the register, we were able to ask for drink refills at the counter and they had no problem refilling our drinks. read more

Lately while visiting Shake Shack, I've been impressed with their quality of food and shakes. To date, I've tried their delicious chicken sandwich (Chicken Shack) and most recently, their new and limited time only, Korean Style Fried Chicken Shack. I really liked the Chicken Sandwich the best. Quite frankly, it's one of the best I've ever had. That's how much I enjoyed it. For shakes, I've tried the Coffee & Donuts and the Frozen Hot Cocoa. Both were really good. My only complaint about Shake Shack which has been consistent, is that they're overpriced. I feel their burgers are good but not great. I like how this location isn't far from my home. If it was farther away, I wouldn't go out of my way to grab food. It is conveniently just off the highway (I-25). Not a bad option if you're traveling on the highway and need a quick bite. I like how the dining room is modern and clean. Not a bad setup. I recommend some more televisions and lower the music. Also, when stopping by one morning, just at opening, a staff member (most likely a manager) was opening the store. She didn't come across as friendly and had a "sour look" on her face. Also, she didn't greet me nor express gratitude for choosing to come inside the restaurant. Another time I stopped by to purchase a sandwich at the drive-thru, the staff member (possibly another manager) was friendly, personable and offered great customer service. He had a great vibe. To the store manager or district manager, please take note of the discrepancy and align so that customer service becomes a standout and not an option for advertisement purposes. The food quality has definetly gone down since my last visit few years back. I received my hot dog only to find out it had a chunk missing on one end. Wasn't clear if it was a tear or a bite tbh but the staff were very kind and apologised for the bizarre situation. A new one was served and everything tasted a little skimped for flavor. Service was really good, however, the price is absolutely ridiculous for fast food that has gone downhill since last year. The chicken sandwich felt more fried coating than actual chicken. The pickles were good, there was hardly any sauce on either of ours, so ask for extra if you like the sauce. Fries were hit, but too hot to eat, but once they cooled down they were good. Stopped in for lunch on Sunday finally. So many places to eat at in this area. When we arrived there were a lot of people standing in the front. Then we realized there were 4 self-serve kiosks that everyone was ordering from. Then shortly after there was finally someone at the front register helping a couple. The kiosks were pretty simple to use. I ordered the Hot Chicken sandwich and the Hot Cheese Fries. My wife ordered a hamburger that she was able to customize the way she wanted. The Chicken sandwich was awesome, nice size chicken, Slaw and pickles. Very tasty I must say. The hot cheese fries hit the spot as well. All around a good experience. Another thing that was nice was when ordering from the kiosk you put in your cell number and it texts you when your order is ready so you can keep an eye out for it to come to your table. read more

First, I'd like to comment on the price. We had 2 very small drinks, 2 burgers and 1 order of fries. All of this was almost $40. For fast food, it was highly over priced. The burgers were okay but a bit salty. Not a huge fan of the queso type cheese. At least for the bacon avocado burger, it had large slices of avocado. The fries did not have a lot of flavor. We threw half of them out. The best part of our meal was the free sample of the Oreo ice cream. It was great and I would probably return here for a shake but not anything else. There is a lot of hype about Shake Shack. Frankly we found the service lacking! We ordered the fried chicken sandwiches and they did get the orders right. The food is good, but let's not kid ourselves, it is fast food. It's October so of course we ordered the pumpkin shake which was delicious! We planned our visit around their hours and they were not open on time. We were able to order online despite the fact that the doors weren't open. The team was friendly once they did open. read more

So, we've been here now about 5/6 times since they've opened. Read about the company & their food quality-commitment and we were intrigued. The first time we went was about a week after they opened... a bit rocky but food was great. The following few times we had zero issues and excellent burgers and fries. Our last trip this past Sat we even commented that the fries were crispier but not burnt - five star for a burger joint honestly. Quick - have Gluten Free buns which are great tasting, fries have improved and the vanilla shakes are a treat to finish it with each time! Tried a new place for lunch. I ordered a hot one spicy bacon chicken sandwich. He had a double stack I believe. So fries are separate but I didn't know that so we ended up with one order of fries. Decided on water as it was a hot day and didn't want soda. There is a triple filtered water dispenser on the side of the order counter which was great. Some observations - nice wide lanes for the drive through and parking up front to wait for your drive through order. There are self service order stations for you to place your order if you don't want to wait in line. They text you when your order is ready. There's also a game you can play. I don't know what it's called but someone was playing it. The server who brought our meal couldn't find us as the person who took our order at the counter entered the wrong number on the order ticket. He circled around and around before he tried us. I'm glad he found us. How was the meal? It wasn't spectacular. Nothing which set it apart from another burger place. He said his was fine but nothing which would bring him back. And mine was lackluster. The fries were average. Parking was fine space wise. It was nice to try but doubt we'll come back soon. read more

Ordered a bacon avocado burger and had to take the bacon off because it was room temp, see-through thin, and all fat. I'm sure the bacon is pre-cooked, but seeing as the place had just opened would've thought it would at least be the same temp as the slightly warm burger. Also wish they'd had someone behind the counter to take orders instead of offering to assist navigating the self-serve order screen. I can see how that option saves time when the place is busy, but that was definitely not the case at the time. Anyway, member in my party misinterpreted an option they'd selected and when they asked about their order, the manager just got confrontational, escalating the situation towards hostility. He stuck to pointing out how the customer was wrong instead of taking an approach that kept things calm, respectful, while working to a mutually satisfactory resolution. Even if the customer is wrong, there's a way to handle it professionally. So, probably won't be back to that Shake Shack any time soon. The avocado on the burger wasn't bad though. read more
